This is the most perfect foundation I have encountered this far. Shade 010 (Ivory) is just perfect for my fair skin and just a tiny drop of this foundation is enough to give my face an even color and a matte finish. I don't even need to use a separate concealer with this foundation as it covers acne scars and any random redness better than any other liquid foundation that I've tested this far. Also, in my opinion this product also helps to clear up and condition the skin - at least it does not clog the pores.
Some other reviewers with oily skins (I have an annoyingly oily T-zone myself) have commented that the product "slides away" during the day but I have only noticed such behavior when I have accidentally put on too heavy a layer of this. When the layer is thin, the staying power is very good.
Even though this product is expensive it has been a good purchase as one tube lasts for a long time in a daily use because you only need a small amount of the product. It is just too bad that the product seems to be discontinued by Dior and this shade was hard enough to find even at those times when this foundation was still in production.

Another disappointing, expensive foundation!
The color (050 dark beige) didn't match my skintone so it gave me an ashy look, not enough coverage, and I didn't like the smell of the stuff.
After trying out lots of different make up brands I came to the conclusion that products which are less costly can be just as good or even better than the ones you spend a lot of money on.
A lot of the expensive brandnames do not live up to their expectations.

The velvety look is really stunning. Shades are good. But i have an oily t zone and after an hour many foundations begin to float over my slicky face. i also hate to have to clean my cellphone if i have let it touch my cheek. so i prefer transfer resist ones. but that velvety look is so great that i would like to have one for the nights which i would be probably photographed.

Thankfully, I received this in a swap, so I didn't have to spend $45 just to try this stuff out. The more CD stuff I try, the more I love them.
I am NOT kidding when I say this is the BEST foundation - EVER ! Where do I start when I describe this stuff ? Well, for starters, it's very dense and concentrated, yet goes on smooth and effortlessly. Is incredibly lightweight on the skin, and dries almost instantly, unlike other "high end" foundations.
When I first received this, I was taken aback by how the tube is so small yet costs so much $$. As soon as I applied it, I saw why. Thankfully, I only squeezed a tiny bit onto my finger. I have cystic acne, and this stuff makes my skin look flawless. It looks like I have nothing on at all, this has become my HG foundation, and you can bet your a$$ that I'm going to shell out the extra cabbage to buy this.
I have a feeling this tube is going to last me a long time due to how concentrated it is. If your skin is like mine, go out and get this. it doesn't even make me break out. I'm also incredibly pale, which makes it difficult to find a shade to match my skin perfectly. Some brands' "lightest" makeup is a little bit dark on me. Not this stuff. I can't find anything wrong with this stuff, and I'm picky about foundation.
On a scale of 1-5, I'd give this stuff a 20 !!!
