This helped my acne, but I ended up getting more acne where the product was applied. If your skin doesn't clog easily give this a try.

i bought the 0.5oz trial size of neem (not dream) cream with essential oils, and i used it on pimples and cystic bumps. since then i have bought a 2.5oz tube and i love it!
i feel this treatment does help to reduce the size of my cysts and also helps to heal up/shrink any pimples i have too. i use this when i need to put something on my problem areas, but cant walk around looking like a honey monster from using manuka honey.
using this too often, gives me little pimples i think, but using it sparingly on a problem area works really well for my acne/clog prone skin.

Neem usually works well on me (I love Camellia Rose/Jen's Neem Bar!), but this cream actually gave me more bumps on application. It's still worth a try though, just like all other GoW products.

A .5oz jar retails for $4.05. The product's under the What's New section of the GoW site at the moment. Here are the ingredients: Manuka Honey Water, Neem Leaf Extract, Neem Oil, Sugarmulse, Vitamin E Oil, Essential Oil Blend (Rosemary, Basil, and Myrrh), Cosmocil CQ. Note: the cream also comes in a version without the essential oils (depending on your skin's sensitivities and preferences.)

I have usually dry, very reactive skin but summer=sweat=random bumps. A couple of days with a couple of drops of Neem (Not Dream) on them and poof, they're gone. Now the miracle of this is this cream does this with no redness or dryness--the bumps just disappear. I lucked into a couple of samples and my bumps are random but I won't hesitate to purchase to have on hand when I run out of current supply.

At the time of this writing, this is a brand-new GoW product. I was fortunate enough to receive a sample and have already ordered two bottles since its release yesterday. This is another can-never-be-without GoW product for me.

Neem (Not Dream) Cream is without a doubt the best acne treatment product I've ever used. I'm a big fan of Garden of Wisdom and am absolutely amazed at the effectiveness of this cream. I find it to be like a thin lotion. I began using it after suffering a breakout on my forehead. My failed attempts at extraction, not once, but two separate occasions, left two very large, very angry spots.

The first day I treated said spots with a combination of neem oil and manuka honey. Thereafter, I used the Neem (Not Dream) Cream upon having received the sample. After treating the spots for a week, they are GONE. Only a hint of red remains where the blemishes once were, which doesn't even require concealer to cover. I have NEVER had spots heal this quickly, especially ones that were that bad.

This cream has an odd scent, and to me it smells just like Noczema, which I actually don't mind. That being said, if you've ever used Neem oil, you know what that smells like and this product doesn't smell nearly as offensive as Neem oil. I also notice that the scent fades after awhile. I personally wouldn't care what this smelled like, I would still use it, it's just that effective for me. I'm currently purging and I have no doubt that I won't have the blemishes or leftover spots for long thanks to this amazing concoction.

I truly can't say enough positive words about this. Obviously, everyone's skin is different, but this has done wonders for me. I'm truly surprised at its effectiveness.
