I love this product because of the beautiful scent, thick consistency, and powerful cleansing capabilities. The SA told me never to use it near my eyes and continue to use my regular eye makeup remover. After massaging this pleasant concoction onto my face, I use a bit of warm water and massage some more. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft, clean towel.........heaven!

This product made my skin breakout like crazy-despite following the instructions perfectly and making sure every last trace of it was removed, I am now covered in horrible spots and my face looks a mess. This balm rinse is part of the Bobbi Brown 'extra' range and was what I was looking for as a make-up remover. I intended to use this solely to remove make-up and then to follow up with my holy-grail Armani crema nera mineral cleansing foam. Firstly, this stuff is a nightmare to work into the skin. It's very sticky and does not spread well at all. It took a lot of effort to remove mascara and once it accidentally got in my eyes and burned really bad. I used a muslin cloth to remove the balm and wasn't happy with the results. By the next morning, I had 2 spots. The smell is very medicinal and lingers, which I don't like. I tried this as a cheaper alternative to my beloved Armani cleansing balm, and it was the biggest mistake I made. Won't be using this ever again and would not recommend it at all. Would not even give this a one out of five.
