wow, I actually like this a lot according to the other reviews , it's not mousturizing, its watery, and taste like soap but I think it works nicely on me for about a fees and then it starts too slowly fade away. What I usually do is add one layer on lip balm after my shower and then apply a coat of this product over to lock in the moister.

I adore Nivea lipbalms (this is my...5th? Or something?
) and I so this in store for 3.50 CAD so i thought to try it out..It kinda sucks. Ok, it's really greasy and watery, but at the same time I kinda like the smoothy glossy feeling and smell of it. It's a bit like putting watered-down lotion on your lips. I love the packaging, though, it's cute! I tossed it in my maybe use makeup bag. Won't buy again though

I did not like this at all, it smelled weird tasted the same and it didn't do a really good job at keeping my lips soft. It was really watery at the same time. I ended up taking the lipbalm out and using the packaging for one of my depotted Nyx jumbo eye pencils in Milk, colour seemed appropriate. I won't buy this again, but at least the packaging went to good use and I could reuse it when the Nyx product is done

This is the most watery lip balm I have ever used. If you have dry lips, this will do nothing for you. If you have not so dry lips, I don't see the point in purchasing this. This felt like putting on a layer of water on my lips. The lip balm disappeared in a few minutes and did not moisturize my lips at all.

I surprise by the low rating because I love this lip balm!!! True, its not for very dry lips but it gives a nice hydration during the day. My lips arent dark so I dont mind the slightly pearly effect it has on my lips, I actually think its beautiful! I use nivea milk&honey lipbalm when my lips are really dry and light kiss for every day use :)

Ah, the rating is really low here! Well, this lip balm is not meant to heal dry lips, but for a hint of hydration during the day it's fine. I like the refreshing watery feeling but I don't mind the smell. It leaves a subtle shine on my not so pigmented lips but I think it looks actually transparent, not white after application. Packaging is nice and the price is ok

Am I the only one here who Acually likes this?!
I love the wet feel of it! yes, it not very good for very chapped lips.
but for people with normal, to soft lips, i would use this, It keeps them soft. I do like the container it comes in, It fits into my pocket perfectly.
I MUST admit the white residue it leaves isnt very awesome. I have dark pigmented lips, and it REALLY makes the white stand out.

Very strong scent/flavor and I usually enjoy scents and am not sensitive to them! I can actually taste this. Not heavily moisturizing, but then again it isn't marketed as being medicated or for heavily chapped lips. Feels somewhat "wet" upon application. This is good for moisturizing my lips after I apply my face makeup, as foundation/powder tends to travel to my lips and dry them a bit. Using a regular/heavier lipbalm seems to mix with the foundation residue and worsen the problem - accenuating the dry flakes. This is turn makes every lipstick or lipgloss look horrible. The light, thin, wet texture of this, however, makes it great for relieving the issue I explained above, allowing for a smooth application of lipcolor.

BLEEEHHHHHH!!! DX

This lip balm tastes like wierd soap! It felt really waxy on my lips, not silky. So much for what it says on the packaging!

Will not buy this again, but I will say that the pot was easy to use and the price was reasonable for simply trying it out.

But never again. Horrible!

This was one of THE WORST lip balms I have ever tried, I bought it today and had to return it immediantly. I thought the little tin was kinda cute but when I put it on and it felt like water was in my lips!! Wasn't too pleasant, and it had little exfoliating beads in it which was never mentioned in the package!! I am NOT buying this product again, good thing it was 2 bucks.. guys.. DON'T WASTE UR MONEY ON THIS IT DOES NOT WORK!! Just a warning.

I love other Nivea products but this one really disappointed me!! At first when I got it I thought the texture was really cool. It felt like water on your lips! It's very thin and wears off REALLY quickly. I have to pile a ton on to make sure I don't have to go back after a few minutes to put some more on. It leaves a white residue on your lips which I am okay with but I know some people absolutely hate it. The smell of it is gorgeous, it smells super clean and it smells like lotion. When it goes in your mouth tho, it's disgusting. Smelling and having it inside your mouth is totally different. It moisturizes my lips pretty well. Another weird thing is that this product has little tiny beads in it. I thought the reason there were little gritty beads in it was because of my finger, but after reading most of the reviews, a lot of people have mentioned it. I use it daily because I don't want to waste anything. So I don't let it sit without being untouched most if the time. I dont know what it is! I want to toss it out but I don't know if it's supposed to be like this. Personally I would not buy it again. I would rather get something more expensive that actually works!

I love the packaging of this product - it is so cute! It's like a mini cream-tub and even has a seal once first opened, like most actual Nivea creams. It is white in colour and has a very smooth and creamy, yet a bit runny texture. When applied it does not leave any colour (i.e. white) and feels very light, yet highly moisturising. The reason I have taken two lippies off, is that I really dislike the taste, it inevitable (being a lip product) leaves a bad taste in my mouth, a mix between tasting perfume and chemicals. It feels like I'm actually eating Nivea creme. I am also not a big fan of the smell, there's just something about it - I can't quite put my finger on it. It does leave your lips looking gorgeous though. The tub would last forever, since you only require a tiny bit to thoroughly moisturize your lips. The fact that it is very cheap it also an added bonus.

The texture feels different like there's some exfoliating beads in the product. The scent is original and it feels rather wet and light on the lips but I don't particularly find it moisturizing.

It looks like a lot of people don't like this product, but I use it as a "primer."

Now, there's a lot of water in this so it melts right into your lips when you put it on. I put another layer on and let it dry off a bit (10 minutes? Do your hair or something in the meantime), then apply gloss or lipstick. You'll notice a difference. It even helps plump up your lips a bit cause of all the extra moisture!

I originally bought this as a colour/scent free lip balm to use at night, I think Nivea's hydo care might be better for that though - it's longer lasting. Lastly, I have heard other people had trouble with the pot it comes in... since it's not air-proof the product goes dry if you dont use it for a while. I haven't had this problem personally but I dont think it would be an issue if you actually use it.

I was really perplexed by the "gritty" comments until I retried this product a few months after I'd broken the seal. So at first - it's a heavenly consistency, perfect for summer or when you only need a light balm....BUT....if it sits around unsealed for more than a few months something in it breaks down and crystalizes. I had to throw it away. Nivea/Labello should compensate the millions of people who've probably done the same.

I wouldn't think of buying this ever again. I got it because the weather was getting colder and my lips tend to get flakey and dry once the tempurature drops. I expected a creamy lip balm (I always love when they come in little tubs rather than sticks) but it feels like water going on and made my lips look greasy and wet. If the product worked I could live with the wetness but it doesn't do anything...It just sits on the top of my lips.

Don't waste your money, but if you do want to try a good Nivea product go for the milk and honey lip balm. It worked wonders on my lips!
