Let me begin by saying that I DON'T GO ANYWHERE without one of these in my purse.

I've used some pretty horrible lip glosses out there -- that shall remain nameless (for now). :)

But the Iman Lip Shimmer is outstanding! Great colors, very high gloss, great wear. Another example of good product testing and formulation. A great selection of colors always makes it hard for me to buy just one when I'm shopping for makeup.

A TIP FOR YOU: I like to highlight my lips, which I am told is my best facial feature. I outline my lips with a darker shade and then "fill in" my lips with a brighter one in the same color palette. It always looks dramatic and I always get lots of compliments.

This is one of the best lip glosses I've tried so far, and a great lip gloss to have in your makeup arsenal.

Available at Ulta and drugstore.com. This is an opaque, medium dark shade, warm golden brown burgundy with no pink or orange undertones. Hard to describe this rich looking color great for the fall. Apply sparingly. This is a rich, thick gloss that has a very nice feel to it. Long lasting for a gloss. Easy on the pocketbook at $10 in a hard to find shade.

Asians and people of color seem to know more about this brand Iman, but there are a couple of colors that could work well with other skin tones. The luxury lip shimmers are especially flexible and would look good on a variety of skin colors. The only lipstick that I could find that looked good with my fairer skin is Teak which is a golden burgundy as well. A shade that looks scary dark in the tube but is one of the most beautiful lipsticks I own and my husband agrees. The rest are simply too brown or too dark for me, but would look lovely on more pigmented lips.

This Product is so good. This is my first Iman lipgloss and im satisfied!

The color was pure and its so moisturising unlike other lipglosses that dry out fast(Covergirl Wetslick)!

Im so going to get more of this in the future
