This is a vivid hot pink with shot through with blue shimmer. So unique and pretty! I got it at Walmart for $2.

This is basically exactly like Pure Ice Heartbreaker (which everyone loves!) except its pink instead of blue. Its a sheer polish that just adds shine, shimmer, and depth to whatever polish color is underneath it. It looks FANTASTIC over a hot pink polish!!! If you like Heartbreaker, you'll love this too!
