I received this yesterday and I love this color I think out of all my chanel glossimeres this color is my favorite. It is so beautiful its a pinkish coral color.I know it is a limited edition so if you want to try it you better try to purchase now before they are all gone. I am planning on ordering atleast 5 more today .Wish I could buy more but they are alittle pricey and with the holiday just over can't afford right now.But well worth it to me.

I am a NC35ish in complexion, this does not wash me out at all. Its a gorg apricot/peachy shade with almost a halographic shimmer inside. Its beautiful in the tube & on my lips. It doesn't look overly shimmery on but it does bring an extra pop, if that makes sense. I am always pulling this out of my lipgloss bag and that says a lot! I have way to many to ever use in my lifetime. This might actually get used up.

The color looks stunning in the tube. It is pigmented and on me it shows up as an apricot pink. Unfortunately, it doesn't last and its almost holographic effect on my lips washes me out (NC15). I don't regret getting it but I woudn't buy again.

Iíve never been the fan of shimmery lip glosses, but this new collection looked so appealing that I caved in and splurged some money on Silex.
I didnít expect as strong pigmentation as Aqualumiere glosses have, but, since I find Chanel glosses one of the best, I expected at least a decent amount of pigmentation. I should have know better. I have tried it only on the back of my hand in the store, and this shade looked wonderful: bright peachy pink with an enormous amount of golden glitter (which I thought OK for the summer). Unfortunately, on my lips I could only see glitter and it made me look horribly washed out. The gloss looked good for half an hour (except that I picked wrong shade), but afterwards it disappears and the only thing that remains is glitter which is not that easy to remove (it took me 5 min of scrubbing to remove all traces of it).
Good thing about this gloss is that it is not sticky and, except for the glitter, the texture is similar to Aqualumiere gloss.
Iím giving it 3 just because I expected better from the Chanel.
I certainly wouldnít repurchase this shade, but I might consider purchasing it in Jupiter.

I got suckered in to the new glossimers because of their pretty shimmer. When I got to the Chanel counter I decided to go with Mica and Silex (and later got a backup of Mica and bought Meteore) because I love light pinks and anything that's coral. Silex is a gorgeous mixture of both. It's both pink and coral and it almost has sort of a duochrome effect when it's on the lips. On top of all that it has a gorgeous gold sheen to it. This color is perfect for summer and I am loving it with the new Urban Decay Get Baked palette. Something with the bronze/gold eyes and the gold in this l/g makes my whole face come alive. I'm warm--NC35. I'm sad that this l/g is LE and am thinking of getting a backup. I know that Mica sold out at one of my counters and I bought the last at another so this one may be the same. Don't miss out on this, the color is to die for!
