I won this item, so that why I think it's cheap (the best price is always free).
Intensely pigmented. I don't use it for color, but more for lining. I've had mine since March of last year, and I still have the item.

stained my carpet and couldn't get it out from the jar since it has no sifter lid. I guess that shows its pigmented plus it was like 7 bucks for a shadow thats tiny. C/S sucks, never answers emails, and took forever to ship!

This is truly the most intense black eyeshadow pigment I have ever seen. I don't use it as a regular eyeshadow, such as on my eyelids. As, instead I choose to use it as a black eye liner shadow.
This product is very pigmented. So, you definitely get a very rich shade of black eyeshadow that can be used to expertly line your eyes with. As, nothing makes one's eyes stand out more than you line them with a color that exudes a rich color to it.
