HG! I don't know why this is targeted at men, its hands down the best styling product five ever used. my hair is pretty long and straight, so most products hardly do anything and half way through the day leave me looking like I'm badly in need of a shampoo. this gives texture and body that lasts, doesn't leave hair sticky or crunchy and doesn't make me go greasy! love love love it!

Excellent pomade that gives hair a healthy natural shine without having an artificial wet look. I also notice that my hair seems healthier and more "conditioned" when I use it daily. Fantastic for men looking to sculp and define short hair styles.

The description on the jar is that this will provide "Strong Hold and Natural Shine". The consistency is a soft creamy pomade. It's recommended for piecing out shorter and choppy hairstyles. First the good --- For my straight pixie-cut it did indeed help to define and spike out my hair while remaining pliable/touchable. I like the semi-matte finish -- doesn't look dry, but is not so shiny that it looks wet or greasy. It didn't plaster my hair down or make it collapse by midday. Now the bad --- something in this caused me to start having breakouts along my hairline and random spots on my scalp after only two days of consecutive use, so I had to stop using it :P
