A great polish! Grey-tone muted blue with fine micro-shimmer. The polish is a bit thicker than the other Essie polishes that I have tried so it only took two coats. One of my fav blue shades and wears well without top-coat.

A gorgeous grey toned pastel blue with very subtle shimmer. The first coat applies streaky but evens out perfectly with a second coat. This was quite hard to find in europe as it came out in 2009 but was well worth the hunt. If you can't find this colour, China Glaze Sea Spray would be very similar (though Sea Spray is a tiny bit darker). I also love wearing this with China Glaze Techno on top just to create some sparkle!.

I am in love with the color of this polish. Its not the bright vivid or dark midnight type of blue that can sometimes only be meant for specific occasions. Its a grey/muted blue, absolutely gorgeous and surprisngly wearable shade for either play or work. I see this also wearable for all seasons. It has the air of springy-ness to it but also the fall feeling with the grey tones. I am tanned now and I love it with and without having a tan. The only downfall is that I need about 2 to 3 coats to make it work for me without it looking streaky. I also think it maybe LE, if so thats really too bad because its so darn pretty.

such a pretty color! it's a dusty greyish cornflower blue shade that's perfect for spring/summer. I have owned other baby blue polishes that were very stark, but sag harbor is surprisingly soft/muted and definitely work appropriate even. love!

Soft satiny dove blue with a subtle pearly shimmer. Really beautiful color with this sort of soft glowy look. The touch of gray prevents it from looking like an Easter egg color, though. This polish is a creme but the formula isn't ideal--it's a little thick and sticky and dries slowly. You need at least two coats for opacity. This is not a color you can just slap on, even with a quick-dry top coat. I love the color, but I'm knocking off a lippie due to the formula.

Love this color!!! It's great for this season's pastel trend, and it's a very wearable shade of blue. The formula wasn't streaky and went on perfectly with 2 coats.

LOVE it! After buying Mint Candy Apple and not totally diggin' it, I found this on sale for $4.99 at Ulta and couldn't resist! I put it on as soon as I got home and it's suuuuch a gorgeous color. It's a creamy grayish-blue that's extremely flattering against my pale skin. It looks so chic without being dull.

Love this color! In the bottle, you will see a very soft pastel blue with grey tones, and some very subtle white shimmer (not a frost). The blue actually to me leans green. On nails, it morphed into a darker and more purply version of the color in the bottle, and the whitish shimmer is revealed only in direct sun, making it just seem a bit pearlier than a cream in low lights. I did like the morphed color, and I'm calling it a pale greyed periwinkle. (Probably owning to high amounts of pigment in my nailbeds showing against this quite pastel color). I do not mind the color. It is unique and it looks nice on my skin.

I thought I'd comment that I didn't have application problems with this in the least. It was runny but in a good way, because it was workable and did not run into my nails' rain gutters as I worked. Two coats and got great, non-streaky coverage. I'm a huge fan of this, but it's not exceptional enough to warrant a 5 though I'd repurchase.

i choose essie saag harbour, hoping to chase away the bluess. I like the bottle small & simple and this is my 1st essie polish, the formula is watery like MISA but the color is terrific, just one coat & you are done... luv it kudos to Essie...

When I first saw this color (thanks to Scrangie) I thought, um, that's not for me. Too bland, too gray!
Then I started to wear other blues and most are just too stark or bright for the fingers especially if you have long nails! I don't really like looking like I came straight from the club all the time. Then after seeing it on other various blogs it started to grow on me. It is not too bright, a very subdued light gray blue with subtle shimmer and is easy to wear. So I ordered it and it's a great shade! I think it would go with any skintone!

A unique greyed, moody pale blue that works surprisingly well with my NC25 warm skintone. Application was tricky: can be gloopy and streaky, especially the first coat. Because the colour is so unique, I'm willing to put up with the application issues.

I would buy this again for the color alone. I love it. But the application was difficult. It was too thick and the brush was way too small. I had to use 3 coats and there are bubbles forming. But I am attributing that partly to the humid weather and the fact that I had to have the ceiling fan on. We'll see if the other colors in this North Fork collection have the same problem. I think it is workable.

I love this color. It was little bit thick but I was shocked to see that it lasted on my finger nails for the whole week without any chips at all! It never happend to me before with any nail polish.

This is such a lovely colour, I hate to give it an average review... but product satisfaction depends on a lot more factors than just a nice colour, and on every other count, I just don't really like this. Maybe it's just my bottle, but I found the formula really thick and awful to apply. It's literally the same consistency as house paint. It was almost like it was pulling on itself as I tried to move the brush up my nail. I'm having problems with bubbles in the finish, as well. Hate that. The brush is really skinny, which some people might prefer, but I happen to like big massive fluffy brushes myself. I would not buy this again, in spite of the lovely blue-grey, rainy-day-sky shade.
