Very useful. I have used it for concealing, applying eyeshadows and touchups. Can be used with liquid, cream and powder product. The bristles are a little stiff which is good for concealing.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair Hair: Red, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Green
A nice brush to have. It is very small and allows for precision application of eyeliners and such. The bristles are not too stiff but not too soft and flexible. For the price this brush is well worth it. I guarantee you will have a use for this brush. I would definitely repurchase!

I use this for lip colour. Very precise and soft. But way too small so I had to go over quite often.
The lip colour came out well though... Hmm....

I had an amazing coupon through E.L.F's website and this is one of the brushes I bought. I have used it a few times now. I prefer to use a dark powder eyeshadow for eyeliner and this brush makes application so much easier! The lines comes out perfect almost every time. Great brush!
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Sensitive, Fair-Medium, Warm Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
I use this brush for concealing and lip lining I love how small it is but hard to wash though!
Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Cool Hair: Other Eyes: Hazel
I've been using this brush for a while, it doesn't shed and the bristles are so soft.
It's my favorite for gel eyeliner, I've tried a lot of different brands for that purpose (ecotools, shu uemura, sephora, coastal scents) and this one is the less expensive but also the one that works best for designing a line because it's so soft and so firm at the same time. It doesn't work for very very thin lines but that's not what I use.
Edit: after a couple of years the metal part became loose and although I tried to glue it to the cable it's still loose, it's still a good product for the price but I wont buy it again.

I find it difficult to apply eyeshadow with larger brushes in the precise shape I need to to avoid looking clownish since I have a lot of lid space. This brush is perfect and great quality for $3.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Dry, Fair, Cool Hair: Blond, Straight, Medium Eyes: Grey
I've had this brush for a month and have mostly been using it with eyeshadow and needless to say it works great, it's one of the smallest, most precise brushes I have ever seen. Today I used it for gel eyeliner and it worked just as well. The line was a little thicker than I expected it to be but still, I can't wait to try to draw a cat eye with it. It's so well made, it doesn't shed and the bristles are so soft. I got this on sale at 50% off so I can't believe it only cost me 2 euros. For this price you won't find a better brush anywhere. Have already purchased another one.

My sister got this for me, and I'm at a loss as to what to use it for. I prefer slanted tips for applying gel eyeliner, or very think tips, so this one, with its rounded tip, is not very useful for that. I have been using it to apply concealer, and it does do well at covering up my blemishes. Occasionally I'll use it to apply a light eyeshadow in the corner of my eyes. It's a nice brush, and I like having it, but I wouldn't repurchase.

When they say small, they mean small! This brush allows for MAX precision of applying gel liners and lip color. It will not work as a smudge brush so don't think about it!
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
I love this brush for applying lipsticks (especially red). It glides around the curves of my lips perfectly (especially around the cupid's bow). Soft bristles and dense enough to use for lipsticks. Has not shed yet after washing multiple times. :)

e.l.f. Studio brushes are the best value on the market. I own several types of Studio brushes, and I just started using the small precision brush. It works perfect for tight lining my top lid. I have tried every brush and finally found THE brush to pick up gel eyeliner. I use it to gently line the top of my lid too. It works perfectly ~ no smudging. As soon as there is a Studio coupon, I will be adding another small precision brush to my collection...

Good for straight-up liner. Picks up product very well. It isn't so great at tightlining or smudging - try the ELF Small Smudge brush for that. I've been using it for about a year and I haven't had any shedding or ferrule problems.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Sensitive, Fair, Cool Hair: Brunette, Wavy, Fine Eyes: Hazel
I am obsessed with this brush! I own several and use them for everything from gel eyeliner to lip glosses. These also work great for applying highlight to the inner corners of the eyes (especially for me since I have SUPER tiny eyes!) LOVE this brush and definitely recommend!
Age: 36-43 Skin: Very Oily, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
For a non professional makeup addict, you cannot beat the value of ELF brushes. I own 4 of these and use them for spot concealing, smudging eyeliner, applying shadow to my lower lash line...I can go on and on with the various ways I use this particular brush. I have washed them many times and they are still in great shape. The best part is even if one wears out, for $3.00 (or $1.50 during a 50% off sale) I will happily replace it. But so far have not needed to. I am a HUGE fan of these brushes for the price.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Very Dry, Fair, Warm Hair: Blond Eyes: Blue
This brush has a ton of uses. I found the best use is for applying a charcoal coloured shadow along the lower lash line and outer v. It gives a more smudged look than your regular angled brush.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair, Warm Hair: Brunette Eyes: Green
I haven't used this one so much, but I can see it working for a lot of things.
1. concealing blemishes. This brush is very small, very thin, and can be washed and dried quickly
2. lips- bigger than the smudge, so it can get more at a time. it would take a little while, but it is again very thin so it would not waste product and i believe would set it very well.
3. eyebrows- good size and can be used for a natural effect since it is not as stiff

I am reviewing both the Small Precision Brush and the Small Smudge Brush at the same time, because they are very similar. I honestly believe that it is not necessary to buy both, and which one you buy depends on the size you prefer. The Small Precision Brush is slightly larger than the Small Smudge Brush. Frankly, it seems to me that the names are reveresed. I think that the Precision Brush is actually the better smudger (since it's bigger) and the Smudge Brush is more precise because it is smaller. But whatever. I use these more-or-less interchangeably to apply cream eyeliner, and IMHO, this is really the only makeup use I'd use this for. The bristles are short, Taklon, and a little stiffer than I'd like for shadows or smudging. I also prefer natural bristle brushes for powders and smudging. I personally prefer the Precision Brush (the bigger one) because I find that the Small Smudge Brush is a bit too small, even for creating a fine line. It is sturdily made for $3, so it's worth a try if you are looking for a brush to apply cream eyeliner. I ended up putting the small smudge brush into my manicure kit so that I could clean up stray white polish for when I do a French Manicure. (Dip the brush into polish remover and do precision polish removal from the nail with the brush). All-in-all, I feel I get more than my money's worth with these, and would definately repurchase if I had the need to again.

Amazing! I love this brush. It's perfect for applying eye shadow to the lower lash line and inner corners :] I also use it to apply eye shadow to set my eye liner. Definitely has precision! <3

I adore this little thing! I can get a perfect line on my top lids...which for me has never been easy. I must say I am impressed with the Studio line of brushes so far.
