At first whiff of this, I was like WHOAH! It's definitely a very masculine scent. The final drydown is actually very nice, you can really smell the musk and amber in this. It's not something I would wear very often but I can see this being a great scent to recommend for men.

notes: The warmth of doeskin, dry plains grasses and soft, dusty woods warmed by amber and a downy, gentle coat of deep musk.
in the vial: sweet, light and wine-y.
wet on skin: kind of boring. dusty and powdery - i think its the amber, which i rarely care for unless its sweet and not at all powdery.
dry down: still powdery.
verdict: boring fail, but in a way that could be someone elses #1 favorite.
