Let me preface by saying that I have clinically dry skin and allergic contact dermatitis. My skin's natural state is parched, and few products provide sufficient moisturization, let alone work without irritating my skin further. I usually use Aveeno shaving cream because their products seem to be the only ones gentle and moisturizing enough for my skin. I saw this product at Walgreens with a coupon for the razors I buy (Bic Soleil), and because I am a HUGE fan of eos' healing lip balm, I decided to try it.

First of all, it smells very nice (unlike my usual shaving cream, which smells like Play-Doh). The packaging is ergonomical and doesn't get slippery in the shower. The pump is a great addition.

I wouldn't call this a shaving cream so much as a shaving lotion. It doesn't lather much at all. However, a little goes a long way if you can accept that you're not going to get a lather. True to the rest of eos' product line, this is EXTREMELY moisturizing. You will feel super silky as soon as you rinse off. This product has pretty much eliminated my need to lotion after shaving. I also haven't had any razor burn since using this product (I usually get bumps on my shins from shaving).

I know this product works because of how often I have to rinse my razor when using it. I can usually get a few uses out of one razor, but after I use one with this product on my legs I have to toss it because how much dead skin it's removed. Sounds gross, but it's a really good thing for your skin.

I would definitely recommend this product if you need extra moisturization, as long as you don't mind it not lathering much.

I love this product! The packaging is cute and attractive, I don't mind having it displayed in my bathroom. I love the pump, it dispenses a good amount of product. The scent is light and very nice. I've tried it both wet and dry, and find it works best when you're sink shaving opposed to shower shaving (aka: the less water, the better). It washes away extremely quickly and is very watery in the shower, but with a little water used it is creamy and allows for a very close shave. It is good for sensitive skin and leaves me with smooth silky skin. I will definitely be purchasing again!

I really can't say enough about this shaving cream. I'm one of those people that even if I use a new blade and shaving cream/gel, I will definitely have stubble within 24 hours. Not with this! I shaved my legs and noticed they felt softer than normal. I shaved my armpits and went about my business. I have to shave my under arms everyday or it looks stubbly. I actually went a few days using this shaving cream. I also used it on my bikini line and wow! I usually knick myself there. Nope. Not with this. I will definitely be repurchasing. The price was a little steep considering its a shaving cream I got from Wal-Mart, but its great given the results. New HG product... And I didn't think there was an HG for shaving cream. Great product.

This is actually the only shaving cream I can use. I like the smell of this one and the purple colored one (Lavender Jasmine). It’s the most hydrating one I’ve found. It’s legit the only one that doesn’t give me cuts. Leaves my skin silky smooth:). I’ve even used really crappy razors with this and it still works phenomenal.

I can't believe people love this stuff as much as I've heard from so many people... I honestly didn't like it at all. I found the moisturization average; no better nor worse than any other shave gel/cream I've tried. It smells nice, super sweet and yummy. No issues with the packaging, the pump is efficient and didn't get stuck. My problem with it was how much product I had to use to get it to do the job properly. I had to use six, seven pumps on one leg. It was just not cost-effective enough to repurchase especially since it wasn't really any more moisturizing than a foaming gel.

You could get a better and smoother effect just by using the moisturizer from the moisturizing strip on a brand new razor. It's nothing spectacular. Waste of money.

This is my current favorite shaving cream!! Amazing smell, packaging and moisturizing factors. I also love the fact that you can dry shave without it cutting your skin. I've literally gotten no cuts when using this cream. I actually prefer shaving dry now b/c of this shave cream. It seems to last longer, but maybe that's just b/c I have light hair (color/texture). I took off one lippie b/c it's kind of thin when used wet. I prefer the thickness it has when used dry that you can massage into your skin to double as a moisturizer afterwards. It also doesn't have a ton of crappy ingredients, which is a MUST for me! All in all, great product that I will def repurchase. I

It is cute bottle and smells half way decent (though the scent is very light and almost not there). However I feel like while shaving wet it just doesn't cut it. It isn't because it doesn't foam or anything that individuals have previously complained about. I personally dislike the fact I have to be 'generous' with my pumps and even doing so it still turns out thin and watery. Which makes me think that it is doing nothing for me and that I am essentially just shaving with over glorified soap than an actual cream or gel.

I really enjoyed this product!
Before you buy, Keep in mind that this isn't going to be your typical shaving experiance, whether you use the product wet or dry.
If used wet, the product will not lather, It mixes with the water and becomes quite liquidy. Although a decent shave, I prefer the dry method!
The benifits from a dry shave with this is that the product isnt getting washed down the drain, and is left on the skin to soak in and soften. I think people are typically so use to wet shaving that they are a little frightened of the dry method, and generally it's just something they're not useto. I apply a thin layer (about 3-4 pumps) from my ankles to just above my knee, making sure NOT to rub it in like a lotion (if rubbed in too much the product will start to be absorbed) I keep a cup of hot hot tap water nearby to wash my razer and keep the blades warm. I find the heat easily unclogs any residue that may collect in razer blades, and works much MUCH better than cold or room temp water. I also try to shake off any excess water on my blade as to not water down the product. If you dip the blade after each stroke you get an amazingly soft shave! Once you're done you just rub in whatevers left and you've shaved and moisturized all in one step. I think this product is great for vacations and people who are generally lazy like myself
Overall I enjoyed this product, smell was nice and the product not only helped me get a smooth shave but worked well to moisturize and soften my skin. Definately a repurchase.

Overal just so-so. Not amazing but did like that you can use it with dry skin. What pushed me over the edge is the packaging. Once you start to get toward the end up the bottle, it clogs up and doesn't work. It's really hard to get the last 1/3 out of the bottle. Won't buy again. It's frustrating

I bought this on whim, and I'm really glad I did, because I won't buy another shaving cream. I love that it doesn't lather like other shaving creams. It's much less messy in the shower, and I feel like I get a closer shave. I also find the pump to be very convenient for one handed use. The best part is that it gives a great, close shave, and my legs don't feel irritated afterwards. I cant say a lot about the smell, because the scent is so light you can hardly smell it The only thing i like better than this are shaving soaps, but I Love this stuff!

I got this on a whim because I had been hearing so much about this product. Personally, I think it doesn't live up to the hype. I found that my skin was drier after I used it. It gets the job done, but not every well.

Ok! finally a product has lived up to the claims on the bottle: this product has made me smile. I actually find that it is much easier to shave using this cream when your legs are dry than in the shower, because it is more like a lotion and it tends to get runny when you are washing. the smell is nice; nothing to rave about but its really sweet and fruity, but not that strong.
and it does moisturize AMAZINGLY. the results i get using this shaving cream is completely unprecedented with all the other brands i have ever used. my skin is heavenly smooth and soft and healthy (and trust me, i'm very accustomed to skin drier than death valley, born with it).
and the price can't be beat!
VERY impressed with this product.

I was tired of using the skinmate shaving creams. They never did much for my skin or little razor bumps. I came across this eos shaving cream the other day and it caught my eye! The packaging is so cute! I'm a sucker for cute packaging! Lol its so affordable, around $3 so I had to buy it and my first impression was that it felt watery on my skin and didn't foam much but it felt extremely smooth while shaving. The razor glides so smoothly. After shaving my legs feels nice and soft. It also claims to help prevent razor bumps and I can already see mine slowly disappear. I love it!! It smells so good also. And I still can't get over the pretty packaging!

I have been using this shaving cream for awhile now and I LOVE IT. It's extremely moisturizing and I have applied it in the shower as well as dry. I love the packaging - it has an easy pump and the product comes out smoothly. I like the fact that you can use it dry as there have been several occasions where I needed to shave really quick before going to class. No, it does not foam like other shaving creams; it's almost like a lotion. I took off a lippy because I'm not a fan of the smell but this is definitely not a deal breaker. It smells decent but just really artificial to me. For the price it does everything it says it does which is great!

I had a sample of this and I just used it. I used the Pomegranate Raspberry scent - NOT good. I did not enjoy the scent at all...it was a sour berry scent that was so fake. It felt nice going on, but I nicked myself almost immediately. It didn't provide enough slip to create a barrier between my razor and my skin. (I used a brand new razor too, just out of the packaging) I haven't nicked myself in years. I might be willing to try it again, but I did not have a good first experience with this product. I applied a decent amount, which makes me think you would need to possibly apply an excessive amount of this product in order to have a positive experience.

Kinda shocked this has garnered such harsh reviews. Ah, to each their own. Anywho.

I've been shaving for years using hair conditioner, and just recently switched to a foams, just for a change of pace. They were ok. I picked this up based on it's claim to allow you to shave dry. And, yeah, the bottle is pretty cute.

I find I can shave dry with it pretty damn successfully, although not without some irritation. In the shower it gave me nice, smooth legs and elsewhere with minimal irritation, plus it's moisturizing. And ladies, a thin coat of this stuff works. I use like a pump/ pump and a half PER LEG- two at the very most. Spread it on and let it set for a moment (as you would hair conditioner) then shave.

Compared to everything else I've tried, I gotta say I like this stuff.

This shave cream is simple and seems to do its job. It smells good and I get a close shave without nicks. It also doesn't make my sensitive skin itch as much after a shave--something that has happened with other shave creams.

I really wanted to like this since I LOVE the lip balm.I was disappointed.It smells and feels great when applying, but I can't tell you how many times I've nicked myself.And I can't get a close shave.I'll get out of the shower and still have hairs in some spots.On top of that, the pump stopped working halfway through and I had to unscrew the top and retrieve product that away.Very annoying.Won't be buying this again.
