Great product. It's very black, it goes on very well, and the actual liner part isn't too thick. The packaging is slim and very easy to hold. I will definitely buy this product again and again.

I love this eyeliner! I usually just use it on my lower lash line. It has excellent staying power and has very little smudging. This is my Holy Grail eyeliner!

This eyeliner is NOT colorstay. I have monolids, so it's hard for me to find an eyeliner that doesnt smudge onto the top part of my eyelid. Ive tried applying Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Potion, but still the eyeliner smears. Although, I got the eyeliner in a black, and yes it is a very pigmented product. The packing is ok, I just wished it wasnt so flimsy; you have to roll up the eyeliner in order to get it out which can be inconvenient. All in all, I do recommend this eyeliner to others without monolids.

In Australia, this isn't particularly cheap.
I have sensitive eyes and had a reaction to this so sadly I can't wear it.
If you do not have sensitive eyes though, I can see that it would be a decent product. Pigment and texture are good.

For a drugstore eyeliner, I have to say that this product is pretty impressive. Before, I was using Bare Escentuals Big and Bright eyeliner, which smudged like crazy and had no staying power, even with primer and/or black eye shadow. My brother's fiance uses this eyeliner so I decided to give it a try. I've used on my water line and and the color doesn't budge or smudge. They weren't kidding about the 16 hour long wear, that's for sure. I've also used it in between the spaces of my eyelashes to make my lashes look fuller and the pencil doesn't smudge, even when my eyes are watery. I've used it on my lash line as well and it works pretty well. It's not as soft as I'm used to but it's not advertised as such so no complaints there. I don't really see the point of the sharpener. I think the product would benefit from having a smudger there instead. If I want to sharpen my eyeliner pencil, I've got a sharpener that does just that. The price is very reasonable and much cheaper than Bare Escentuals, which doesn't have as many pros about it as this eyeliner. I hope I can find a dark purple of this eyeliner because I think that would be really nice to make the whites of my eyes whiter. Overall, good value and good quality for what you're paying for. It's worth trying and if you don't like it, you can always return it so it's a win/ win situation either way.

Hands down the best e/l. I have UD zero and the only reason that pencil lasted me more than a yr is because I have stopped using it. I reach for my Colorstay instead. It is very pigmented and guaranteed to stay on your waterline. I also use this to tightline. It is affordable and is almost on sale at CVS every other wk.

This product works ok, it did smudge on my lower lashline & it wears off within a few hours, as I have oily skin. I think it would work well with normal to dry skin. It's an automatic liner with an attached sharpener, if you like a point on your crayon. Also, setting it with black eyeshadow does extend the wearability of it, but I'd like to find a liner that I don't have to do that with.

I have this in many colors but black is my fave. It smudges a bit on my oily upper lids, but only a little, which is amazing because my eyes water like crazy all the time! It lasts forever on my waterline and is my HG pencil eyeliner! I love every color I have except the charcoal/gray one. That one isn't as creamy and powerful. c:

The Revlon Colorstay liners are very nice. They last considerably longer on my waterline than most other liners. The color selection is excellent and the texture is nice... creamy but still quite controllable. The only thing I dislike is that you can't sharpen them to a finer point (they are self-sharpening). The color longevity without smudging is worth it, though.

This is a great black- very pigmented, long lasting, and matte. The perfect black pencil liner, IMO.

I started by wearing this on my lid and I wasn't happy with it, so I switched it up and started wearing it on my waterline. It works MUCH better there. Staying power is great and the colour is nice and dark. I'll probably be getting this in a couple more colours soon.

Honestly, I am fairly disappointed by this eyeliner, partly because of the great reviews on MUA and partly because this eyeliner did not live up to the advertisement (but that's not a surprise right?). The black is a true black and the swivel design of the liner is great, but this eyeliner always smudges on me. I can only wear it when I do the smokey eye so that you cannot see it if it smudges. But most eye makeup tends to smudge on me, so I guess it isn't much of a surprise.

I really, really, REALLY wanted to love this product. It had gotten so many rave reviews on YT, and popular beauty bloggers.. and I thought i'd find my HG eyeliner..

BUT.. I didn't! a lot of ladies who had used this said this was their HG eyeliner and that it wouldn't smudge.. and even a few had the similar oily lids/runny lower lashline/waterline problem but swore this worked for them..

So.. instinctively I bought two! because everytime I went to the store (target, and walgreens) they were sold out in Black - so i figured it HAD to be awesome!..

well I first tried it on my waterline as that was my main thing.. well it didn't stay all day.. it had rubbed off on parts of my waterline which was weird looking!..

so secondly i used it on my waterline and bottom lash line when i went to disneyland yesterday.. and boy did i have racoon eyes!

and thirdly i used it today for work and i thought hmm i'll test it on my upper lash line to see.. so it did stay on my upper lash line pretty well.. it wasn't dull.. but it wasn't super black like a gel eyeliner.. but again it ran and smudged all over my lower lash line.. making me look like i had bags for days..

the price was inexpensive.. but i'll definitely NOT be repurchasing it - as this did not work for me.. it did not stay and it was not smudge proof for me (mind you i did not touch my eyes at all today or the past 2 days i've used it)..

so i hope it works for you if you decide to use it - but it didn't work for me..

I like this eyeliner. It's decent quality and it stays put. I have only used it around the eye and not on the waterline so I don't know about that. It does have a little smugder at the other end but I prefer to use a brush to smudge. Overall, good drugstore find and I will keep buying it.

This is a great eyeliner!! It glides on really well, the first time I bought it a quarter of it BROKE off, not cuz I twisted to up but the top was DRY!!!
I was like wtf..I spent 10 bucks on something that doesnt even work, after I broke off the tip, the rest was okay and it glides on well on the top lid..and it doesnt come off!!!
Except on the waterline, it smudges within a few hours but way better then other eyeliners!! The best one I tried. I think the price is worth it- It stays long on the top lid . Love it =D

This is a great eyeliner. The color is very pigmented and is a true black. Sometimes it's a little difficult to apply, but it helps if you warm it up in your hand so it's creamier and not so stiff. It does stay on all day. However, it does smudge a tiny bit, but I do have oily eyelids. Wearing powder underneath really helps with that. If you don't have oily eyelids, then it'll probably be fine. You do have to apply it correctly because it doesn't smudge very well.

I purchased this eyeliner at Ulta because they were having a BOGO on Revlon. I am amazed. I didn't expect this to go on so smoothly and so rich and dark. I have been using the L'Oreal HIP gel liner, but on some days it's easy to apply and on others, it's too time consuming, it smudges, etc. The ColorStay doesn't budge. It says 16 hours and it means it! At the end of the day this looks as fresh as it did when I put it on. No smudging, smearing, fading, raccoon eyes--absolutely no wearing off. I layer it heavily so it gives me the same look I get from the HIP or liquid, but in half the time and effort. Definite repurchase.
