Im not to sure if im reviewing the right product, because i have a stila demi creme with lip glaze and the other end. I abolultly adore the lip gloss, the color, texture, everything-but the staying power is so poor you could blink and it would be gone. The Texture is quite drying i find and it does drag my lips when i apply the demi creme, but it is highly pigmented and really does stay true on your lips. Not for me though makes me look very old (to matte)because of my ashy skin.

I have this in Claret and I looove it. The color isn't something I'd wear everyday, but it looks so nice when I want to dress up my make-up style. It stands out nicely w/ a creamy/beige shadow and simple blush. The texture is a perfect matte and it has good staying power. My forever favorite of Stila will always be the lip glaze ( extremely addicting!) but this product is a really interesting buy. Totally reccomend it.

I have this Demi Creme in Demi Garnet, and I must say that I wasn't disappointed. I got this from a simply lovely swapper that I've had the fortune to swap with a few times. This lipstick is in one of those newfangled clicky pen packages, something which I don't buy as a rule, generally. This is because I don't want to walk 'round all day, trying to touch up my lipstick in echoey restrooms with a "CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK". However, I might just change my mind about this color. I'm a kind of neutral NC35 with black hair and brown eyes. The Demi Garnet turns a very matte cinnamony reddish brown on me and while it sure doesn't brighten my teeth (blue-based shade this is not), it turns my skin a couple shades paler, brings out the reddish highlights in my eyes and just generally makes me look a little more alive. It doesn't feel drying or particularly moisturizing, just super comfortable on my lips. The more I look in the mirror with this on, the more I feel my feet walking towards the door to get more of this one. :)

The color is creamy and long lasting. The first container I had was the clicky kind, which was annoying. The second time I bought this they had changed the packaging and called it a Twinset, and included a matching gloss on the other side, and now the applicator is a doe's foot sponge tip, which is easier to use. If you put it on and it feels more matte than you want, you can put the matching gloss over it.
I have pale skin and red hair, and I love the Demi Rose color, a beigey nude lip. (Usually if I want a nude lip, I have to go with something that has more pink to it, such as MAC Hug Me).
This is a good basic color that I like to have in my purse at all times, and would definitely buy again. Works well with my coloring.

I have this in Claret and I just love it. The shade is stunning - a YLBB sort of peachy rose color. It lasts really well without drying, and the applicator makes it easy to apply without liner. I had a sample of this and bought the twinset because I liked it so much. It is expensive, but not a bad deal for the twinset because it comes with gloss, and because it lasts so long, you don't need to apply it as much (listen to me justify my love!)

The best thing about this product is how the pigment lasts on your lips. The worst thing is the colors. I have this in demi-rose or demi-nude and the color just looks blah on my lips.

The best thing about this product was the texture. It wasn't so liquid that my hair would stick to my lips when a breeze blew by, but it wasn't drying either. The twist lip brush styling allows for precise and easy application, more so than a tube of lipstick, or even a wand. My rating reflects a big mistake on my part, by not selecting the most flattering color/shade for my pink undertones(demi rose), so when I wear it, I look almost sunburnt. This is especially dissapointing seeing as it cost quite a bit ($24), but a lesson learned; try before you buy.

I finally broke down and bought Claret. I really love the sample and was contemplating for the longest time whether or not to purchase. When I read that Stila is coming out with a "Twinset" version(duo end lipstick and matching gloss)of the Demi Creme, it made my decision easier. I really like the matte opaque finish, and the color looks great on me. (See my review under Claret for color description). Also, the staying power is awesome. However, I rated this product lower because its expensive for the amount you get.

Demi Claret is another fave ylbb shade from Stila. This liquid lip color is so thick and pigmented that I only use a teeny bit amount of this with lipbrush, I dont like to use it directly from the wand. Long lasting too.

I got a sample of the demi claret from sephora, and immediately went online to buy it. The sample came with a lip gloss type wand applicator, which I prefer over this click-up brush. I decided to buy demi rose since claret is a little dark for day wear on me. Demi rose is a lot lighter than I anticipated, considerably lighter than my natural lip color. Fortunately, it has a nice, thick, creamy texture that covers well and is good for pale lips/smokey eye effects.

Love this love this. It is the product I wanted so many other long lasting lipsticks to be. Of course it suffers from the old stila overpricing problem and theres not enough product but overall, one of the better stila items in my opinion. D.xx

I was at Stila's to buy the highly rated #13 eyeliner brush when I saw that this was selling for 50% off and couldnt resist.
I'm glad I didnt pay more money for this! The packaging is hopeless! Either no product comes out, causing one to 'overclick' and thus causing a lot of product to ooze out. ARGH.
The product itself is of good quality though. Very creamy and long lasting. I got this in Demi Garnet, which is a nice warm red.
But I will not be buying again due to the price and the lousy packaging.

I actually liked this; it wasn't drying to me at all. The lasting power depends on the shade you get-mine is in Demi Rose (love the color!) and it doesn't last long but it is decent enough if some gloss is put over it. I tried Demi Claret on my hand and it took 2 days to wash it off! I think it'll take me forever to finish a tube cos only a teeeny bit is needed to cover the lips but I think I would repurchase.

I found this to be one of the worst lip products I have ever tried. A drying, sludgy mess that feels more like goop, it left me licking my lips (something I hate to do!) in an effort to obtain some moisture. The only colour I own, Claret, is just an awful deception. From the tube it looks like an innocent pinkish-brown, but once applied looks far too dark and unwearable to ever pull off. I can't imagine ever spending a penny on this. Glad I got to try a GWP first!

I have Stila demi cream in demi rose. What a horrible lip color!!! Even though the color is demi"Rose", it not "rose" as its name. I think the color is a kind of nude which make me look like a zombie(It may not good on me). More over, the texture of this lip color is terrible, too. My lip cracked, cut and so dried after the first time using this evil product. If some one give me this Stila demi rose for free, I won't use it!!! Yuck!!

This is my favorite lipstick EVER. I love that it stays on a long time. I have 3 of these and they are expensive...but they last forever. Because they are so thick and creamy...you don't need much. If I want my lips to look done for an evening...I put this on as the base coat and add gloss. It lasts and lasts!!!

I bought this color in demi rose and it is a soso lipstick. I found it a bit drying and buildup on the lips was easy. My applicator broke and that was a real fuss because of the high price i paid for it. I found eventually the color was too peach for my complexion and now i am left with a useless lipstick. This will not be repurchased.

At first I didn't think this product was anything special. But I've just recently started using it again and really like it. It is really smooth, not sticky. It is like a lipstick consistency, not a gloss. The thing I really like about it is that it is non-drying, and it can be applied and re-applied and it doesn't get clumpy and gross.

Really didn't like this product, even though I'm a complete Stila faithful. The texure is just too thick, and reminded me too much of Max Factor's Lipfinity, which is just awful. The red and plum shades bleed terribly, and the texture is cakey and dry. Not happy with this one at all!

Bought this in Demi Claret for my wedding. It has now become my "signature color". It lasts a long time, the click-pen is convenient, the color is highly pigmented and very creamy. It is a tad bit drying, but to counteract that, I put Stila gloss in clear over it (doesn't moisturize, but at least my lips 'look' moisturized). ONE DRAWBACK: MY GOD, THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE LIPSTICK I'VE EVER OWNED!!! AND YOU DON'T GET THAT MUCH PRODUCT!!! But alas, I've searched long and hard for my signature color and I guess I'm doomed to buy this over and over and over...
