The best moisturizers are from TBS. This butter is light but great, it doesn't feel sticky but leaves the skin very very nourished - you might have to reapply in elbow/knees.
The scent is rather sweet floral/fruity, feminine and not childish, and altough always present, it fades to a non-overpowering level. Must try.

I have purchased this only once. I honestly think it's up to you what smell you like, but I love all the body butters from the body shop. This one is one of my top 3.

I love the Body Shop products and the Cherry Blossom body butter is newest addition to my list of favorites. It's really smooth and velvety and great to apply on to the skin. The skin feels nourished and smooth and not at all greasy. It also leaves a really nice light floral scent that people can get only if they get close to you, which is they way it should be. And of course you get the nice smell and feel really good about it :) It smells even more gorgeous if applied after using the shower gel from the same range.

The Body Shop body butters tend to be a bit expensive but they are totally worth every penny. I have tried many different brands but am convinced that The Body Shop makes the best body butter!

I love it. It moisturizes and gives me a floral scent that lasts throughout most of the day.
It feels really luxurious. But I might be a bit ignorant when I say this...but I like fruit based, or plant based ie. aloe creams because I convince myself that it all adds some sort of vitamins to my skin...but with this butter it doesn't really give me the satisfaction of thinking I'm doing the best thing for my skin.

Maybe it's just a mentality thing.

I received this as a gift from my friend, along with the Cherry Blossom bath gel. Go shower with the gel, and slap this body butter on and you will smell really divine. I'm never one for floral scents, but this took me over. It's a very delectable floral scent that have a nice light note to it.

The scent is not overwhelming at all, and I like to use this body butter as a hand cream and all over the body. It is meant for normal skin which is fine by me despite my skin gets a little dry due to the conditions I sleep in. The body butter is very appropriate to be applied during the day if you wanna skip out perfume.

Would definitely repurchase because it smells so good, and perhaps I would try out the Cherry Blossom collection(Body lotion and EDP)

I got this in a gift set. Creamy texture similar to other body shop body butters. Leaves a slight oil slick but helps soften the rough patches of skin on the heels, ankles, knees & elbows. Will last a long time for me cos I alternate diff body lotions each night. Personally Im not fond of the scent but love the softening results.

Pros:
- very nice fragrance, like a retro cream
- great creamy consistency
- nicest product from the Japanese Cherry Blossom line

Cons:
- small amount of residue
- not really that moisturising

Considering this is a body butter and the price, I would have liked it to be a little more moisturising. However, I really liked the smell of this and the consistency made it easy to apply.

I got this as a Christmas present from my boyfriend and was estatic when i got it. But when i took it home and tried it i was not overly thrilled. Despite what others think, i really do like the packaging. I dont understand why people think its bad because every body butter i have seen are in those type of containers. Anyways, i don't love the scent and it doesn't last very long. But during the winter time it did wonders on my dry patches (knees, elbows, feet) .

This body butter is a cut above the rest. If you're tired of the fruity scents, try this one instead. It has a gorgeous scent, fresh and delicate floral notes on a fruity musk and sandalwood base. More 'grown-up' and great for night time wear.

It's creamy, quite thick but it soaks into my skin better than others I've used. I have dry skin in the Winter, and unfortunately this isn't moisturizing enough during those months but is perfect for the Summer as it's aimed for those with Normal skin.

The softness and scent is long lasting despite its subtlety. I always feel like I've managed to pamper myself just a little whenever I use this. Highly reccomended.

I got the cherry blossom body butter at the body shop store, part of the 3/30 deal. I have always been a fan of their products, I love to buy different body shop butters to switch it up after a while the same scent gets boring for me. I am almost finished my cherry blossom and my skin is super super silky smooth this one softens the best so far out of all the other butters. I love how this lingers on my skin for hours & hours My body chemistry agrees with the scent. LOVE IT!,,, as for hygienic purposes It depends on the individual I always use clean hands before using my body butters anyways. my other faves from the body shop are satsuma, strawberry, mango, Moroccan rose

The Body Shop Body Butters have amazing scents and this is no exception! I really love it.

It is floral but not over-powering.
It goes on the skin a little sticky and if your skin is dry and might like you use another body butter as well. This doe not hydrate very well.

I was given both this body butter and the shower gel as a gift and loved how they both smelled. It's a happy, floral smell. However as time went on I got a bit tired of the smell using both products.
Having used other Body Shop body butters before, I have to say that this one is not as moisturising as others (hence the recommendation for normal skin, instead of dry or very dry skin). This would be okay if only the body butter wasn't so thick: it seems to just sit over the skin after you apply it, which is really unpleasant in hotter days and just gets into the clothes in winter days.
Overall it's a decent product, the scent lingers on for quite a while and the 200ml last for a long time, but I wouldn't buy again because I tire of scents easily.

TBS body butter have different textures and consistencies i find. This one has got to be the smoothest and creamiest of them all!! It has almost got a whipped feeling to it! I'm usually not a fan of floral scents but this is just such a delicate and pleasant smell! I'm wearing this now to work and i can already smell it!!! I LOVE it!! I don't find this greasy at all. I used it right out of the shower and it absorbed into my skin beautifully!!! Price IS expensive for a lotion BUT i got this as part of their 3/$30 so it was pretty much half off. I would buy again on that promo but not regular price :)

Yes, tub isn't very hygenic but it's a body butter. I think it would be too thick for a pump and in a squeeze tube you prob would get less product :P.

A delicate scent which I have found to not last that long. I've also found this pretty thick and sticky to wear in Summer. May keep it for Winter use. I think BDS body butters tend to be expensive for the amount you get. I'm not a fan of anything in tubs actually.. 1 its bothersome especially after I've finished smearing it on my body and wanting to close the tub with slippery fingers. 2, its not hygienic. Will I repurchase..probably not, I don't see the real value in this. There are far better quality moisturisers in the market for the same price per ml, or cheaper.

One of the softest scents from TBS.

Every other thing will probably knock you out, but this is a gentle soft scent that you may find hard to detect at times.

It's very nice, and not the most moisturizing, since it's for normal skin types, but it's a good all-over-the-body and not overwhelming body butter.

I do wish this came in the small version sometimes!

SO SOFT!!! I've used The Body Shop's BB before without such great results. It felt regular. This is totally different! I bought this on a whim maybe 6 months ago or so because it came in a whole set and it was cheaper than buying everything alone. Well the other night I decided to put some on before bed, and WOW I woke up with the softest skin! Even after my morning shower my skin was soft and supple all day! Even my Mom noticed how nice my skin looked and felt. The scent is very light and floral, so it would complement a light floral perfume. And the scent really seems to last too! The only downside I can think of is that it takes a little bit for it to soak in my skin, but I don't mind since I use it before bed anyway. Bonus: My sheets now smell like Cherry Blossoms too!

I saw this in the store and tried a little on my hands/elbows. I LOVE this scent. A million times better than the BBW version. Soft and beautiful scent that lasts and isn't overpowering. My skin is still silky soft from it. It melted into my skin very quickly and isn't greasy. Now if it wasn't so expensive....
