i was surprised by how good this product actually is, i was iffy on whether or not to even try but i couldnt pass it up because of the price. it applies well and gives a nice solid line, good color...i have this in black and olive, the tip isnt too firm or soft.
and it doesnt fade and run during the day.

Great liquid liner - it's easy to apply and nicely pigmented - I bought it in black and a teal colour - both create a nice clear well pigmented line without much effort. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using this eyeliner for a while now, i mean for almost a year. It is surprising how that 1mL of product can lasts soooooo long, and it is cheap too. I had the product in black, and i do like how the color is dark. However, this eyeliner smudges onto my upper lids quite easily since i have really thin double eyelids... Overall, it is an okay product. I use it with an eyeliner pencil to make it last longer... I would probably buy this again if im short on money.

This is my HG eyeliner - this is the eyeliner I've been coming back to for the past three years. There is only 1ml of product, but it will last you a looong time.
I seriously don't have enough good things to say about this product. When it comes to eyeliners, I prefer liquid liner to gel and pencils, but this Joe brand eyeliner was unexpectedly phenomenal! - and at only $6. The pen style applicator is so easy to use and I love how I never have to tug at my eyelids. I also love how you just have to take off the cap and go - no fussing with cleaning eyeliner brushes or getting the right amount of product on the brush - the eyeliner just comes through the felt tip for the Joe eyeliner. I've had some days where I've worn this from 9am to 1am (yes that's right, over 12 hours) and although it smudges a tad (keep in mind I have oily lids), the product stays where its supposed to for the most part!
I bought it in the black colour (I think there is only one?) and it is REALLY black! Perfect for tightlining or just making my eyes "pop".
At the price and the effectiveness, I definitely won't be straying! This eyeliner is one to try if liquid eyeliner is your thing!

I really wanted to love this product more. It was one of my first liquid liners and it came in the perfect packaging. It is very fine and has a felt tip applicator. It is very easy to apply and easy to control. BUT..the formula is not as black as I would like and it smudges. It does not last long and fades very easily. ( within 20 minutes) Bad formula..great concept and packaging
But...I would repurchase. I'm a sucker for the felt tip, fine point, and marker style packaging.

Love love love. Before this I had never tried any sort of liquid eyeliner and it's been years since I've even used a pencil, usually I'll just use a dark shade of eyeshadow and an angled brush and call it a day. I was apprehensive about trying a liquid liner because I have heard that they are fairly tricky to use but I finally gave it a shot and I am SO glad that I did. I have this in black and it is nicely pigmented and opaque, not watery at all. I find it quite easy to control with slip-ups relatively easy to correct (I usually use a sponge-tip applicator from an eyeshadow palette or a damp q-tip). I will repurchase and perhaps try out some different liquid eyeliners once I have mastered this one. For $6 you really can't go wrong!
edit: it dried up on me, after only a couple of uses. I'm super bummed about it because I loved it. I even stored it upside down. I'd buy one more just to see if it does the same thing.

This by no means the perfect eyeliner. I have a heavy lid and if I make a thick line with this liner it transfers up into my crease. Which is not a look I enjoy. However, the eyeliner is super easy to apply. Also it is very black, and does not dry out like other felt liners.

I have this in Teal, and in Black. I absolutely LOVE these. They stay on so well and look so good. The only downside is, the teal one stains my eyelids like CRAZY. I don't miiiiind it but it's a pain when removing it. They're super cheap but worth it! I love them.

I got the brown and olive (they were out of black).
I actually find that the olive is very close to black. You know how some blacks are not that pigmented and show up a little green? That's how the olive colour shows up.
The brown is a little to light for my liking - you really have to layer it in order to see it at all.
I find the fine tip is actually a little too fine for the brown and olive. If they were more pigmented then I can see it being really useful to have such a fine tip - but because both the brown and olive need several layers to build up, the fine tip actually gets to be a bit annoying.
I didn't wear them for the whole day so I can't speak for how long lasting it is. I did find it very easy to apply (easier than liquid eyeliner brushes) and it's much easier to remove than pencil eyeliners.
Overall I like the product! It's pretty cheap, you can easily layer it to get it darker and it's easy to apply. Hopefully it doesn't dry out quickly...oh well - guess it will force me to be hygienic and actually throw out some of my cosmetics!

Not my HG, but it's good to go when I'm running low on money.
However I found that after having it for a while, the tip dries up, but the rest of the liner still has product.
Staying power is alright, for me it lasts around 5 hours and after that it kinda transfers onto my upper lid.

This is one of the best, easiest liners I've ever used. I love the fine tip, it allows me to draw a really thin line. It is a bit hard to do a winged look with the stiff end but if you take your time, you can do it! I would buy this again if our store would hurry up and stock up on black again!

A very good liquid eyeliner. I have both the brown and black versions and love them both. The staying power is great and I like the felt tip it just glides the product on my eyes. What I didn't like is the packaging a little bulky and I wish that they made a darker brown version. I would definately buy this product again.

I love this eyeliner. I'm obsessed with liners and the pen types are my fave. This one has an awesome felt tip and it applies well. It was also quite inexpensive to. I will buy again.

I really like these. I've repurchased the brown one several times. It's easy to use and the price is wonderful. I do wish that they would make one in a darker brown shade though.

I think this product is okay, maybe as something to get you by. I bought the black one. I think the felt tip is too soft/flimsy as it kind of had a hook tip. Also the color payoff wasnt that great. It comes out almost a graphite/dark grey color more than a black.

The colour and staying power is pretty good, though I don't like the "felt tip" since its quite stiff, it almost feels like im scratching the top of my eyelid. I prefer brush-type tips, i find they're easier to create the "winged-look".
I would buy this again because its cheap, and I appreciate the colour/staying power. I think I'll need to get used to using such a stiff tip

I am so impressed with this product. I threw out my Revlon liquid eyeliner pen after I used it (went dry quickly, after one eye).
Sometimes if I put it on in the morning and have to 'look good again' in the evening, I'll touch up since my eyelids are a little oily and the liner recedes into my lashline, but other than that; solid, black, opaque, goes on perfectly.. no complaints yet.
Packaging a little bulky for only 1mL of product.
$6 CAD

This product is quite impressive. It is a felt tip style liquid liner that is very easy to use. The colour is ink black and does not fade, smear, or transfer. This is very convenient and stays put better than my MAC fluidline cream liner. It is also relatively easy to clean off (with makeup remover).
I use this everyday because it's very convenient and gives me what I want. I'm not sure how long this will last though, so will give an update. I will definitely buy again!!
