I used to love this products like crazy! It's my HG!! I do not leave house without it. I have been using this products like 3-4 fours. it is AMAZING!!! Totally amazing!!
However, recently I went to a beauty showcase and it opened my eyes as in all the harmful ingredients in makeup/ cosmetic.
Talc and paraben are not so safe according to them. I did my own research and found mixed results.
In the end, for the sake of my skin, I ditch this product *heart broken*
I do realise that this product can dry up the skin a little bit (still way better than other BB cream I have tried on).
So, I am using mineral makeup now.
I hope my skin will clear up and become better.
The thing is, I have been using this products for years, it didnt break me out. But ,who knows that kind of changes it has been doing to my skin.
My skin has gone worse, I notice. I cant really say this is the result of this BB cream, but i do have my suspicion.

I've tried so many bb creams. Dr G is my favorite, I find that the consistency is thick when I first squeeze it out of the tube and when I apply it, it goes on kind of thick-looking at first but it melts in to my skin and literally just ends up looking like my skin, it doesnt look like I have anything on my face, it adapts to my skin tone, it evens it out and it makes my skin look and feel hydrated. I'm 37 and my skin is on the dry side, other bbs tend to accentuate the lines around my eyes when I smile, this one doesn't.
*edit* i meant to add the type of Dr G bb cream i used as there are several and they all work differently. I bought a sample package that had all 5 types of Dr G bb creams and the one I gave 5 lippies to is the "primer BB Protector SPF 38". Its the hardest one to find online which is really disappointing. Its in a grey tube and looks almost identical to the "Hydra Intensive Blemish Balm SPF 30" but they have totally different results. The primer BB is expensive in its full size but I can't imagine anyone being disappointed if they found it and tried it.

The Dr G BB cream is actually quite good at evening out the skin tone. It is a bit grey but tends to neutralise a bit. It looks really natural. I apply this over my moisturiser in the morning and set it with powder. Even doing this, I find that it does not last very long on my skin it starts to fade a few hours after application and has very little coverage by perhaps 6 hours? And for a full day at work this is not good enough.

SASA! yup bought it there like last year and still trying to use it up. mainly cause I get lazy and either don't put on make up (running late to scl) or put on a little ( pea size = you get a lot from a little)
Coverage: 7/10 Buildable for concealer
Lasting:8/10 pretty good but will start to reveal patchy blemishes (recovering pimple) if u sweat at a club. No seriously, that's the only time it slipped. I do set it with a light hand of powder.
oil: Summer = Set T-zone Winter = I don't need to cause it sets to a Matt and but still hydrated on my dry/oily t-zone skin
Con: i did start having little bumps all over my face since this summer and I am switching to Mineral foundation for a while till I figure out what is happening...

A great BB cream! I bought this after a Sales Rep at Sasa said that it is a famous and popular BB cream in Korea.
It looks very natural on and i would say it gives a medium coverage. The colour match is also perfect, it is not as super fair as most BB creams so those of you who are very pale, this may not work out colour match wise. Hasn't broken me out. I would say this is the perfect school/everyday face product since it has SPF of 30 and looks extremely natural. It is a matte finish but throughout the day I do get SHINee (hehe) so I do have to touch up with some powder.

I have acne-prone skin and have some scars. I have been using this BBcream on my face for more than a year and haven't experienced breakouts ever since. I use a tretinoin cream at night so that might help, but I was concerned that some "foundation" would clog my pore and it hasen't been the case. I use the BB cream for my under eye circles and my little scars. When I used to put it on my forehead it would get greasy in the afternoon. I've had the tube for about 14 months and it is still 1/3 full I would say. I use it everyday, half a pea size amount. ♥ this stuff

Upon first using it, wasn't too impressed as it gave a grey/ashy cast to my skin, and after using it for about a week, I little bumps all over my skin developed so I stopped using it for awhile.
Recently, I went back to trying it out again and realised that a little goes a long way! The coverage is excellent as it hides blemishes and redness better than most bb creams/foundations that i have. I have dry skin that flakes off due to acne rosacea, and it is even able to hide this flakiness slightly better than my other bb creams. As for the little bumps, i have tried to use very little cream by only covering my redness prone and dry areas, and so far, have not encountered more problems, in fact, my skin always seem to be slightly better (less red) at night after wearing this the whole day.
The packaging is quite crappy though, it comes in a squeeze tube which is ok, but the tube recently started to give way at the seal/seam near top! The bb cream can leak out if you carry it around and squeeze it too hard, so i don't dare to bring it with me when i'm travelling.

i have been using this bb cream for over a year after trying lots of mineral foundation(EDM,alima,lumiere..) also i tried some sample of other bbcream.
this one provide a better coverage than other bbcream and it's not as 'whitecast';as the others.i have very oily skin, this one does not break me out, also i feel it;s hydrating.
the only thing is ,it doesnt provide the color for the different skintone,i would like it be even darker tone.
2012-4.7updated,i now gofor a new perfect bb cream- ettusais bb cream, love the color and texture!

This is an amazing product. My first try in BB creams and it has worked well in smoothening out my skin and providing SPF coverage. The ONLY reason I didn't give it full marks is because this BB cream leans towards a pink undertone and as an Asian it doesn't match my super duper yellow skin. For anyone with pinkish tones, go for it. It doesn't lead to breakouts, has buildable coverage, protects against the sun, and brightens the skin. Just wish they had more shades available.

I quite like this BB cream! It seems to be quite gentle on my skin and is very moisturizing, perfect for my combo sensitive acne-prone skin. Looks slightly grey upon first application but the color becomes natural after a few minutes. Coverage is medium to full, and may feel a bit on the thick side if you have oily or sensitive skin, but I don't believe it breaks me out. It's hard for me to tell because I was breaking out anyways from hormones but it is definitely better for my skin than other bb creams. Love the spf as well, as I tend to forget about putting on sunscreen ^^"

I love this stuff!!!! It's on the pricey side, but it's okay because it lasts me a whole year! Whenever I breakout, I reach for this. It covers my blemishes well and it helps heal them too! It dries those little suckers out! Also, I love the texture. It's I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The only thing I would say is bad about this it that it only comes in one color (at least where I buy it). Overall, amazing product!

This product helped clear my skin and is long lasting. A little goes a long way I've used it everyday for the last 5 months and its still half full. You only need half of a pea size for the whole face.

Covers well, and dries on skin easily... leaving skin somewhat matte. Not too on the pinky side, it does blend into natural skin tone. Only bad thing it does cause blackheads. I use Dr. Young bb cream instead, even though I look like a oil slick by noon. But that can be easily fixed with powder.

Love love love this. the trick is to go with the "less is more" policy. To get a good idea of how little i use - 4 dots on my face, then work it out. On top of that i either put a powder or clinique perfectly real make up.
The result - skin tone is evened out, flaws like scars are covered, and you don't really feel like you're using make up. the loook is also very natural and you don't look overly made up. perfect for work.
The price is not cheap when compared to other brands, but i think it's gonna last me a long time at the rate i'm going. Deffo a good buy for anti-foundationists like me.

I like that this Bb cream makes my skin look soft and smooth. It hides most of my flaws because it has a medium coverage. My skin is combination/oily and it seems to control my oil pretty well through out the day. It's super fast to apply with my fingers and has good staying power. I've worn it up to 12+ hours with no irritations or problems.
The downside to this is that it has a grey undertone which makes me look ghastly at first. It's easy to neutralize this however if you use the Warmth by Bare Essentials or a bronzer. This helps it match better to my skin tone. I havent noticed it helping heal my blemishes but I'm still new to using this product. This was my first BB cream purchase from sasa.

i wish this product didn't break me out. it would've been perfect. i used to have clear skin, and i just wanted some coverage. so for the first few weeks, this product make my skin look so clear, and i got so many good comments on it. but later i realized that i was getting a few pimples. more than what i usually get. but this product really matched my skin (i'm a nc20-25) and it might not work on darker skin tones because its pretty light. the tube sometimes squeezes out on its own onto the cap, and its kind of expensive ($50) and hard to find, but it's pretty good.
so pros:
-good coverage
-flawless skin
cons:
-broke me out
-expensive
-hard to find
-weird tube

Pros: Great BB cream for people with more oily skin - the oil control of this is better than some of the BB creams I have tried, though still not perfect. Note that while I have combination skin, I have a serious T zone problem, and this BB cream keeps the oil under control fairly well (I guess 4/5 for oil control). Blends quite well with my skin, but can get a little streaky. Excellent SPF.
Cons: Casts a grey-ish shade on my face and doesn't match very well. I have MAC nw25 tone.

Bought this product from SASA after my friend recommended it to me.
Unfortunately this product have me tiny bumps everywhere. I continued hoping that maybe my skin was just not used to the product...But more bumps appeared and i started getting mild acne =(
I stopped and my skin got better. I tried the product again (Cause i paid 43 bucks for it) but i got bumps on areas which i applied the bbcream. *didn't use it on my whole face.
Not sure what ingredient i'm allergic or senstive to.
I believe this is a good product. It just doesn't work for me T.T

I am new to the whole BB cream rage and since I'm in the U.S., these are rather hard to get. I've been ordering them from S. Korea and Japan off of ebay. I have tried several...2 BB creams by Somang (in Korea), Nanoce (a Japanese BB cream), Lioele, and Dr. G Hydra Intensive. Of all of these, I like Dr. G the best. There are a zillion BB creams on the asian market and I think they are all slightly different in terms of finish, shade, coverage, oil control, moisturizing properties, brightening etc. So it really takes a bit of experimenting to find one you like. As for Dr. G, it really brightens the skin, coverage is great, and it really gives a nice finish to the skin...like porcelain. I am NC20-25 and Dr. G is perfect for me shadewise. It is different from concealor in that it really refines the skin texture so you look like you have the no-makeup porcelain skin you see on asian actresses and models. But like a concealor, it conceals spots, dark circles etc. It is heavier in coverage than a tinted moisturizer but the hydra intensive does moisturize and brighten the skin and has quite a bit more coverage than a regular tinted moisturizer. So it's really in between a concealor and a tinted moisturizer...an "almost" foundation. I still wear sunscreen although Dr. G does have sunscreen protection and I always top off the BB cream with a little bit of Guerlain Beige Chic meteorites. I get so many comments on my skin when I wear this and it's usually comments like..."you have beautiful skin!" versus "your makeup is beautiful." I would much rather be complimented on my skin than my makeup anyday! The Dr. G Hydra Intensive BB cream really delivers in this respect. However, being a beauty product junkie, I do have Banila Co. Finish Multiple on order since I heard that that is also a great BB cream and I will review that when I get.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
it has good oil control & minimizes my pores.
my pores have been getting on my nerves as every single foundation i put enlarges my pores.
this bb cream fills in my pores nicely, giving it a matte finish.
Definitely will repurchase this again.
Alittle goes a long way. This tube will last me for a long time as little is needed.
I agree that the shade isn't the best but after blending the bb cream & letting it set on my skin for awhile,it slowly melts to my skin shade.
It really brightens my look!
LOVE IT!!!
