I'm a NC20 and a 01 for this foundation. Great coverage and a little goes a long way. I mix it with my Clinique dramatically difference gel to turn it into a tinted moisturizer with coverage. I love this foundation and definitely would suggest you to use it after moisturizing your skin and it's not really suitable for dry skin. One of my HG foundation and too bad it has been discontinued.

(colour- 04- beige) It's an OK foundation, coverage much less than Matt lumiere..obviously this foundation has discontinued..but it was a fairly good product..may need to use it a bit more and see how to work with it. Might purchase the perfection lumiere to see how that performs.

THE EXECUTIVES AT CHANEL SHOULD BE FIRED!! I dont mean to sound harsh, but for them to stop making such a popular, incomparable, superior product and replace it with an inferior product, is a bad business decision! Their Pro Lumiere foundation was THE BEST full coverage on the market -nothing even compares. The executives only need to spend a few minutes online to realize how many people love this product -obviously they arent in tune with what their consumers love and want. It was discontinued and replaced with Perfection Lumiere which is terrible for people with dry skin. I tried all of their liquid foundations and none of them work for my skin. Many pro make up artist adore Pro Lumiere and it is obvious that it was a good seller. I understand that the manufacturers discontinue certain ingredients and such, and companies have to adjust, but they should try harder to duplicate its formula. I used to spend a lot of money at the Chanel counter, but not anymore because they've discontinued several of my favorite products.

Was very disappointed when I tried this. When the foundation goes on its a lovely colour and goes on even, but then after about an hour its patchy and bits are white, any time I touch my face in the slightest the foundation rubs off. Wont be buying this again.

This is the best foundation i've ever used!!:) People who is looking forward for a high coverage foundation this is definitely one of the best!! The coverage is high! My face feels really moisture when i used this (compared to few previous foundation i used!) haha. But i bought a slightly lighter tone colour. Might consider to buy another darker tone colour foundation to mix with so my face wont be too fair. haha! But the price is high in australia, $86(bought in Myer). I checked online, its only USD54 in US. Argg. But cant order online.=(

i bought this product in the winter and i have to say it was an okay foundation. it made my skin dewy which i like. it also stayed for an ample amount of time. imho, you should wear this in cooler seasons than hot because it will for sure melt off your skin no matter if you set it or not.
one major point for this foundation though is the pump. it is the best foundation pump compared to all the other foundations i have tried. you can definitely control how much you want to pump out the bottle.

I got this product in a different shade but I really loved it.
The foundation feels quite light and goes on really smooth. I apply it with my fingers instead of a brush out of personal preference but I can't see a brush applications changing the results much. The foundation spreads out and blends in well. The colour matches really well to my skin and looks really natural. I use a primer so it lasts all day and doesn't make me look all shiny or ghost like in photos.
The packaging would be better if not glass for travel, but it's Chanel, you have to expect something fancy I suppose.
I do repurchase and will continue to do so.

Talk about a disappointment. Spending $58 on a foundation I expected to find something I would at least be able to get through the day with a decent application on my face ... but no! I have dry skin with a little exception through the t-zone and I have to tell you this make up is oily and had melted off by mid day. I have tried several things to help it out - using a primer, fix+, etc. to no avail. I know that foundations can be difficult and often depends upon the person but I am upset that for this price this liquid is no better than it is. I do not recommend it - just again reminding me that money does not automatically mean perfection.

this is a pretty good foundation.
The colourrange is also good.
The only problem i have with this product is that is way too shiny.
My face looks wet and that does not go away after a while.
And when i powder it you can see my pores good and its too thick.
The fragrance is oke and the bottle is handy.
But it is just too shiny for me.

right now im going through a foundation craze addiction...I heard alot of mixed reviews on this foundation...so I decided to get a sample of it before I bought it, since its more in the pricey side....WOW..it gave my face such a beautiful luminious glow and made my skin look FLAWLESS...I got it in the shade 1.0 cameo(Im a NC30-35, MUFE 127,KORRES WRF3,ARMANI 5.5)...this foundation is definitly on my top 5 favorite foundations... its more of a medium-full coverage foundation, and you only need a small amount for your whole face...I will definitly be reperchasing this product!

I got this in light cameo which matches my NC25 like a second skin, it brights up the skin inmediately and the coverage is medium to full leaving the skin with a moist satin very luminous finish, I have combo skin and the staying power isnīt great, by the middle of the day it was quite gone and my face quite shining, Iīm not going to repurchase because I donīt think itīs worth the money this foundation is overpriced.
Revlon colourstay is still my favourite

This foundation is awesome. It covers my imperfections, redness, acne scars perfectly without cakey. I use this product with my MAC 109 or sometimes 187 and it really creates a flawless look as well as natural. However, the price tag is so high but as compared with La Praile foundation ( over 180 usd ) i could say that Chanel is much more well worth the cost :D
I use Chanel Pro Lumiere in Cameo 1.5

I got a sample of this from a lovely MUA'er here in a swap and I put the whole sample in a 5 gram pot so as not to have A. a mess B.any waste C. make it easier to use
So far this makeup is wonderful!(been using the smashbox light underneath)
I have used it twice and there is still TONS left to use
It is not heavy on my face-it lasts all day and looks lovely and doesn't get greasy(but it isn't summer yet either ;-) it is beautiful and looks "luminous" as the title implies(sometimes I mix a bit of NYX nude pigment into it too but even if I don't it is great!)
It is is rather pricey as far as my budget goes but I love it and may just find a way to purchase it after I use up my Merle Norman luxiva lasting(which I also like but does feel a bit heavy) and the Dior I have(which I like too!!!)
The color of the sample is "sand" was a bit warm but I can pull it off and it looks fine on me on some it may be too "orangey" I finish it off with a veil or trans powder which may help prevent that too
Thumbs up to this one!
