This polish is the perfect medium berry color. It is a creme, and has a strong magenta purple undertone to it. It also has a slightly muted quality which makes it perfect for fall. I am surprised at how much I like this polish; since it was one of my first Fingerpaints I think it was a good introduction to the line. The formula is great - it went on smoothly and in two coats. It was a little slow drying but a quick dry top coat helps. I would definitely rec. this color if you are looking for a nice berry colored polish.

A dark plum-magenta creme, this is a gorgeous color! It reminds me of O.P.I.'s Pamplona Purple, though it's darker and seems to be a bit more red. I didn't have any problems with the application and was opaque in two coats, dries well on it's own, didn't chip for a week! This was only my fourth Finger Paints purchase and I must say I'm impressed by the brand. I definitely recommend this color!

HATE the formula. So drippy! Hard to control where it goes. Covers okay in 2 coats, but looks a little hollow. 3 coats =gorgeous! First coat is a pain to get on neatly, but 2nd and 3rd coats go on just fine.

LOVE the color. Why is it so hard to find this color in a creme? Every other version of this color seems to be frosty or glittery. It is a magenta purple, a deep color, but not approaching black. Not bright or flashy. I really like this shade, as an alternative to straight purple. Anyone looking at it on it's own would call it purple, but put it next to purple and you will see it has a lot more red in it. Could be called violet.

This is what I wanted orly plum noir to be, but that turned out to be much darker than I thought. Does not look like it does in the bottle. This, on the other hand, looks lighter and brighter in the bottle, esp under the fluorescent lights at Sally's. Don't judge it in the bottle.

This is actually a great nail polish brand which is a hidden gem sold at sallys. I picked this color because purples are hard to find that actually show up correctly. Most dark plum colors look black or they are too reddish purple (similar to a dark fuschia) or at times can also look too inky bluish purple. I'm pleased to say that this color is exactly like the bottle, a dark plum, with 2 coats. With 3 coats, its can look blackish plum but still has a purple hue. This color is very flattering on medium skin. The texture is very glossy.

This is a so so color on me, Its like a really dark plum that has a matte finish, sorta boring and pretty dark for me.. I don't think I would repurchase this one. Dries fast and I love fingerpaint bottles.
