Only one review? Purple Beach should be a classic. It's a ridiculously easy-to-wear dusky purple and the duochrome effect turns it into almost a neutral. It's not flashy and it doesn't scream "look at me" but it's different enough that someone who looks closely at it will look twice. Doesn't photograph well because of the color play, but I have trouble imagining a skin tone this wouldn't look good on and when in doubt I reach for it. If you doubt that you should/can wear purple family polishes, try this one.
Brush is nice, not too wide and not too skinny. Formula is okay. Wear is good. Coverage is excellent.

Nubar's Purple Beach has got to be the most fun nail polish I've ever seen. The base color is a medium violet purple almost foil/chrome finish. However, it has all these other colors going on. It's considered a duochrome but there have to be at least five other colors. In indoor lighting it's just an ok color but wait until you step outdoors!! It changes from purple to green to lemon yellow to rose pink to bronze to blue depending on the angle you're looking. I just sat and stared for about five minutes I was so amazed. I'd take a picture but my application was not that great. There is a great picture on the net somewhere, though.
Now for the application: I knocked off one lippie because Nubar suffers badly from three-free syndrome. It was EXTREMELY gloopy. (I'm hoping that a dropper of polish thinner will help correct this.) Because the polish was so thick it was very hard to apply. It dragged and pulled at the tips and there were spots that did not get covered well. However, the color was opaque in two coats.
I can't comment on the wear yet because I haven't had it on long enough. I would definitely buy this color again simply because it's so much fun.
