I bought these liners in what I can only describe as a recent wig out in my local drug store when I decided to go crazy for some bizarre reason and buy makeup there. Obviously this was the makeup god's way of teaching me to never stray from my local department store brands ever again. I bought liners in Grape Expectations, Bubblegum and Sunlit.
Grape Expectations has to be the worst of the lot and I pitty any girl who blew their allowance and now only has this at home as their purple liner since these seem to be wickedly aimed at teen girls. The color is so dark it's gross once worn and is stiff and grips and rips at my eyelids when I tried to apply this. I finally managed to get some color off on me but the area looked red and inflamed from me having to press down. I'd take it outside and burn it if it weren't against county regulation laws.
Bubblegum goes on bright and smooth surprisingly enough but the color is so repulsive I have trouble imagining how I'd use this and this coming from someone who loves the bright pinks of Makeup Forever.
Sunlit actually surprised me by turning out to me nice. It's easy to apply and has a color that looks like a gold with a very intense yellow base to it. Compared to the other colors its leaps and bounds beyond the rest. But when compared to other liners it's still pretty generic.
Obviously after testing these the only conclusion I can come to is that Jesse's Girl is in no danger of loosing it's rep for being the lowest of the low in teen girl products. I shudder to think about the poor teens spending their money on this poop and walking around with absolutely hideous shades of "bubblegum" on their eyes.

The eyeliner was super cheap at my local drugstore and come in a variety of colors. I bought a purple one and a black one, but I've only tried the purple one. I normally prime my eyelids before putting on pencil eyeliner, so I didn't notice any smudging or creasing throughout the day. Not bad, I'd say.

I bought this eyeliner in grape expectations. I love the eyedusts so I was hoping for a good quality rich purple KOHL LINER like it says. Disappointment. I had to press down SO HARD to get a true color. Hardly any color came off otherwise. Once I pressed down hard the color was a pretty nice purple, but when I looked in the mirror 2 minutes later half of it had smudged off. Dont waste your money on jesse's girl eyeliners even though they are cheap, but get their amazing eyedusts instead. YAY FOR MY FIRST EVER MAKEUP ALLEY REVIEW EVER hahaha.

Found this at Rite Aid. Wanted it to be a bright colorful pink with some glitter but....what a let down. I have never used this brand before. It is hard as a rock! No color at all comes off, just sparkles that go everywhere. I actually felt like the pencil was going to cut a hole in my eyelid! That is how hard and useless it is! I might try a different kind of Jesse pencil, but surely not a sparkle one.
