This is a decent conditioner for hair, but when it comes to skin, it's just bad. Don't know if I'm allergic to something in it or my skin is too sensitive, but my back, chest, arms and neck have huge, painful red spots and this conditioner is the only new thing on my routine. The littlest bit of it making contact with my skin will cause break outs, no matter how hard I try to keep it from running towards my skin.

I've used this conditioner as well as the moisturizing conditioner from this line. I think they are both great conditioners but I can't really tell a difference between these two products. The smell amazing and both do a good job of moisturizing. I didn't notice anything particularly amazing about the smoothing factor of this conditioner, but it did help some with frizziness. I would definitely repurchase.

If I could rate this product lower, I would. It literally did nothing for my fine, shoulder length non-colored hair. It was the only thing I changed in my hair care routine. I use a sulfate free shampoo, Aphogee Green Tea and Keratin protector and a silicone gel. My hair was so full of static and fly-away that I was actually better off using no conditioner then using this- that is not an exaggeration. Will not repurchase. I am surprised that the ratings are as high as they are for this.

I was surprised to find this conditioner from Pantene of all brands. Usually, Pantene's products are just loaded with silicones, but to my surprise, they DON’T form the bulk of this conditioner. There’s actually plenty of conditioning ingredients too. That said, the conditioner performs exceptionally well for my long, thick, coarse hair by detangling it, and indeed making it feel smoother (it does, after all, contain some silicones). Also, it smells very fresh and clean, not overpowering at all. I don’t use it every wash, since I like to alternate with silicone-free products. But this is a really good drugstore find.

This conditioner is...the same as their other conditioners. It softened my hair, the smell is great, and it shines it up. It's not a dazzling product, but it's great. I would buy it again, but not consistently as I always like trying different things.

I, personally, love this product.


I've been using Pantene since the mid-80's (the original gold cap series), and have nothing but compliments about my hair, year after year. I can say, at least, that my hair causes me no difficulties, whatsoever.


When I stumbled across this newer line, I decided to try it. I have naturally blonde hair (which I also highlight), which is long right now, and is naturally dead straight (i.e. very difficult to hold a curl). It is always shiny, but almost remarkably shiny, at times. For a period before trying this product, I'd been using a perfectly-fine vegan shampoo for a few months.


I like the smell of the product. I like the colour (pale, watery green). But it is the effect, I love the most. After the first use, I found myself sitting on the couch, stroking my own hair! (<~~~something I never do) I was going on about how soft and silky my hair felt, so my husband tried it, and really liked it, too. I also use the accompanying shampoo, although I suspect it doesn't have much to do with silky effect.


I would much rather it were a cruelty-free product and/or organic or vegan. But I like the way my hair feels using this product so much, I suspect I'll be buying it as long as it's available.

My hair is very dry and porous.I bought a bottle of this conditionner to help me with my sulfate free regimen. Every time I used this condish I have to use a leave-in to get the tangles out of my hair. Recently, I have swithed to a sulfate shampoo ( John Frieda Root awakening for dry hair) and after rincing, my hair had tremendous volume!!! After air drying, my hair felt stiff and pouffy. The combo silicone shampoo+silicone condish made my hair felling coated. I had to shampoo the next day with my sulfate-free clarifying shampoo and deep condition with Redken All soft to get the moisture back. No wonder why the smooth vitality shampoo as a very low level of dimethicone(Almost clarifying) .
Better stick to the regular pantene.

Awesome conditioner! Smells fabulous, rinses clean, detangles and leaves my hair feeling smooth, super silky and soft (but not overly soft so that it's hard to style like dove). Loooooove this line, it's my fave! The shine is great too and I love that it's better for your hair than ever. Did I mention how clean and great it smells? My fave line from Pantene and good at smoothing wavy/curly hair!!! :)

I normally use mane n tail or garnier triple nutrion 3 minute dryness undo as my staple conditioners. I occasionaly use tresemme antibreakage, but too much of that and I get nasty drying build up on my hair. Enter this condtioner- lovely scent, fairly decent price (though higher than garnier or mane n tail), nice creamy feel in the hand and in the hair. It ends there, abrupty. After washing my hair with the matching shampooo, I apply this condish. Letting it sit for about 5 minutes I rinsed. Oh. My. God. My hair has never been this matted after conditioning in my life. It was tangled beyond belief and I couldn't even get a comb through it even with leave in condish and detangler. I had to promptly wash my hair and am sitting with my tresemme on my hair letting it soak in for an hour to try to give my hair back some strength. This conditioner=tangles, matting, extreme dryness and overall disappointment. Sorry pantene, you fail again.

This did everything I want a conditioner to do to my hair, a) condition (well duh), b) provide good slip, and c) actually stay moisturized after I rinse it out.


I know it's not all natural ingredients, but I love that it has some oils in it because my hair is extremely dry (I flat ironed it every day back in highschool to the point that it would break off in my hands, bleached it platinum a couple months ago, and I have a thyroid condition that affects the health of my hair.... HA and you thought your hair was bad?!) Anyways, I'm just starting to get it back into shape by cutting out heat styling and shampoo all together, so I 'wash' my hair with this and rinse with cold water, and I've had great results so far. My only complaint is that it wasn't AS creamy and slippery as the Pantene Ice Shine Conditioner (which I loved), but they discontinued that so I had to find a replacement. I also like the scent of this conditioner, and the pale green color... I feel it made my Pantene experience slightly more interesting lol. I especially like that after I rinsed and air dryed my hair, my hair was... SOFT?? Maybe not free of frizz or 'smooth' (virtually impossible with curly hair, especially mine) but it was soft and that in itself was a small miracle. It probably won't work awesome for everyone, but it does for me so that's my review :)

meh. I usually stick to Pantene Beautiful Lengths Condtioner but decided to try this when it first came out. Its really nothing special. My hair was moisturized but not enough for my liking. My hair wasn't particularly smoother after using this. It is an okay but not awesome conditioner. I have relatively thick wavy hair so maybe this will work for you if you have finer hair.

I have thick long kinky hair that is relaxed and flat ironed straight. This takes it's toll on my hair and while I keep a standing appointment... ok 3 days a week appointment at my salon I recently went overseas and wasn't able to get my locks in shape. Fortunately a friend had a bottle of this amazing Pantene conditioner and let me tell you that it is worth it's weight and can definitely hold it's own up against any pricey salon brand. It made my hair literally super soft with shine and body but not too much. Definitely worth a try ladies and gents.

I'm going to try this with another shampoo and see how it works. I loved it at first with the matching shampoo, but now I feel my hair has a build up. They are the only thing I've been using. I didn't use any hair products so I could see if they'd work on their own. I have thick, long, and wavy hair. Maybe they are best to be used every other day.

I really like this product. Before using this product my hair felt like straw and I had flyaways aplenty. Now my hair is smooth and it feels so soft. The only thing I would see is a problem is the fact that it is really thick, and it does take a bit to wash out completly. But it's worth for the end results.

I am really liking this product! For the past few years, I have been following a regimen of sulfate-free, silicone-free hair products. This worked great for awhile, but lately my hair has been dull and frizzy and there hasn't been much I can do to change that. I added extra leave-in and product, changed products, all with no success. I was spending a lot of money and energy on my hair, and it had to stop. Enter Pantene Nature Fusion Smooth Vitality line. I am using both the shampoo and conditioner, and have been using them for about three weeks now. The conditioner seems to soak into my hair quite well, and moisturizes without weighing my hair down. When dry, my hair has a good amount of volume and is relatively frizz free (I live in Florida, so there is no such thing as completely frizz free for my hair, which is wavy and fine). As others have noted, the conditioner seems to leave a slight coating on the hair, which I like, as it helps bulk up the hair while also counteracting fly-aways. I will keep on using this as long as it keeps working!

My #1 favorite Conditioner, EVER! I use it with the matching shampoo.
It works wonders for my hair type:
(Wavy, fine, color-treated, damaged, flat-iron daily.)
PROS:
My hair feels silky, smooth and strong.
Rinses easily.
Smells incredible. (Normally, I don't like Pantene's smell.)
Makes my hair shiny.
Doesn't weigh my fine hair down.
Tames the wave, so flat-ironing is easier.
CONS:
It won't be my secret hair weapon for long, since others will soon discover it ;)

I really like this conditioner, better then the other Pantene conditioners. I have very long hair - to my tailbone - and highlighted, I had no problems getting a comb thru my hair and the smell is great. When my hair was dry it felt very soft and with no frizz. I know everybody is different but this conditioner did work for me and yes I will buy again.

Love this stuff! I never thought I'd write a testimonial for Pantene, but this stuff is great. My hair is long, medium-thickness (but the strands are fine) and wavy. This moisturizes and really reduces frizz, but it doesn't weigh my hair down. Totally, pleasantly surprised. Smells good, too.
