Although this is a non protein treatment which is my hairs preference, this left a halo of frizz around my head and the smell is just awful. For me it isn't minty so much as musty old man aftershave. I have just reviewed the macadamia natural oil deep repair masque if you wish to see my favourite treatment and my hair type, this product for me only gets lippies for combability and not irritating my sensitive scalp.

I bleached my hair 4 times in a time period of 5 months with regular root touch ups. Which isn't too bad for most people, but my hair is so fine it breaks even when i brush it! I hate it! This product is my holy grail hair mask aside from the macadamia one. I usually leave it on for 2 hours or overnight if i need extra moisture and this works wonders for dry brittle hair!
My hair is purple now and it doesn't strip colour cause it has no sulfates!
The scent is really calming before bed too, a herbal mint.
I encourage any dry haired girls or bleach blonde girls out there to buy this!

I didn't realize this was a color treatment in addition to being a hair mask until just recently of having it for two months now. I found that my hair was soft only right after i rinsed the conditioner out. My hair has been noticibly dry for the past few weeks and not sure if this mask is the reason why, but i won't be repurchasing this mask. Although, I will try l'oreal's other hair products to find one that works better for me
I've tried the Tres emme hair mask for $5.00 and I think that one did a better job.

I love the way this smells (minty) but I don't love this product. My hair is straight, medium thickness, blond and I have occasional high and lowlights added. My hair is dry and needs some shine and moisture, I felt that it did not penatrate the hair enough to make a difference. Sure it made my hair softer but it also looked dull and I prefer shiny locks. It also irritated my eczema skin, it burned because of the peppermint I guess. Love the scent, it lingers for a while, but the performance of this mask is not good enough for me.

I was in the market for a hair mask for color treated hair. My hair is fine in texture and oily. I was concern that the mask would weigh down my hair. My hair was not weighed down, and not oily after use. My hair has become damaged from using heating tools and the mask was able to provide enough moisture . My hair has a nice texture, very soft, shiny, and the color appears richer. I will happily re-purchase in the future when I run out. For less than $10, I'm really happy with the results. The scent is almost minty, but not medicinal, and my scalp did not tingle from the mask. The smell does linger, and may turn off people who are sensitive to scents. But the overall product was great.

I didn't like this at all. My hair is long, straight, fine and highlighted. I put this on in the shower in place of my regular kenra conditioner and left it on for about 5 minutes. Afterwards, my hair felt dry and my scalp was itching slightly. I don't know what it is but my hair does not like some ingredient in this conditioner.

I bleached my long dark brown hair about 1.5 years ago and have been re-dying it back to brown for about 6 months now. It is a struggle to keep it moisturized. I have used several different conditioners and like this one the best. I even got a compliment the other day on how shiny my hair is. The reason I only gave this product 4 stars was because I can't tell if it's keeping my color from fading. But that might not be fair since my hair has been bleached, and color will undoubtedly fade. Overall, this conditioner moisturizes well and makes my hair soft, shiny, and smooth. I will buy this product again.

MY FAVORITE! I love this stuff and by far my favorite product from the EverPure line. Let me say the smell is not that bad. You get used to it and eventually you might even actually like it.
Anyway, I have blonde hair with red highlights and after using this my hair is so silky and feels amazing. Its so moisturizing that if you lost your brush it wouldn't matter. The scent lasts on your hair so even after a couple days you can still smell it. I also love that the bottle will last you a long time because you really don't need to use that much. One of my top hair product must have's. Good Job L'oreal! :)

1 lippie off for the packaging, tubs are a nuisance when you have slippery hands in the shower!! When I first put this through my hair I thought the smell was terrible, it reminded me of peppermint foot spa fizzers! But as I left it on I got used to the smell and I actually now really really like it, and the scent stays in your hair for a long time! It has made my hair very soft and noticeably less frizzy, it took half the time to straighten it after I used this. My hair also feels less oily and heavy than it usually does. Good treatment.

Would you buy this product again? Maybe

My dark hair is dyed dark to cover grey hair. I bought three of these EverPure products--shampoo, conditioner, and this masque. I love the shampoo and conditioner. I really see the positive results of both, yet am not sure if this masque is doing anything different or special because I don't notice a difference. It's definitely not harming my hair--the smell is great and I haven't experienced any breakouts. The packaging is the only clearly negative thing about it. I don't like scooping out any product and this one is especially bad because it has a wide mouth and it's easy to spill. I lost half the product when I dropped it.

This is my new HG hair masque. For years, I've invested so much money into hair treatments in hopes of reviving my dry, damaged, color/perm-treated hair... Kerastase was the only one out of the dozens I've tried that seemed to moisturize well enough. But I go through it so quickly and it's more than $50 a small tub! Well I'm so glad I came across Everpure masque in Bed Bath & Beyond for only $6. It's totally comparable to Kerastase.. hydrates my dry/damaged hair very well and makes it shiny. Definitely worth trying ladies & gents!

First off, my hair isn't dyed so the target hair is completely out of the question. However this product makes my hair feels so soft after a shower and I gotten complements from my friends on my hair whenever I took a shower before going out to meet them. I got it for free in a gift set a couple of years ago and I am still not done. I didn't like the shampoo that much that came with it but this is really nice for my hair. You only need a tiny amount, which I focus on my ends then the rest of my hair away from my scalp. The packaging is a small tub, I don't really like it but I don't mind it when the product is really effective. I hope this doesn't discontinue. I would really be sad if it does.

A great deep conditioner, it smells so good! It leaves my hair feeling soft and hydrated. I think it's a bit pricey so try to find it on sale or use coupons. I wish it came in a tube instead of a tub but oh well.highly recommend!n

I love this masque! It's as good as or better than some of the higher end products out there. My hair is damaged from straightening, curling, bleaching, coloring, and volumizing. This product makes my hair soft and shiny and helps repair and prevent split ends without weighing it down or leaving a residue. It rinses clean. I personally like the smell (I think it smells "earthy"), but it is strong and unusual and it does linger. I have long hair, down past my armpits, and it only takes a quarter size of product to do the trick. I hope L'Oreal doesn't phase out this masque for the Everstrong one (the newer one in the green container), which is garbage.

My hair is naturally dark brown but I have it bleached to Blonde and I use this to keep it soft. This is the only conditioner that moisturises my damaged hair without coating it in greasy residue: I feel like it actually penetrates my hair shaft to keep it healthy! This is a bathroom staple for me. The only issue I have is that it doesn't reduce the frizziness on the ends, but overall this is fantastic.

Wonderful. Really hydrates, doesn't make the hair heavy or limp. I have oily scalp with fine dyed hair that easily ends up like straw. Performance way up the price.

Bought it on sale at my local drug store after reading many positive reviews here on MUA. I have the shampoo and conditioner set from this line, also the leave-in treatment. The leave-in treatment has not done much. This one however, is a very different story.

It is a thick cream stored in a platic tub. The smell is the same rosemary mint like any other products from this line. I am not a fan of the tub but I enjoy the smell. I think it is very refreshing.

A little goes a long way for this mask. I work my fingers through my hair with this product and leave in for at least three minutes as instructed. Right after I rinse it off the first application, it made my hair very soft. The ends are better moistured and I rarely have any frizze or flyaway hairs. My hair is soft and silky.

Since my hair is pretty damaged from regular heat styling and hair dye, I purchased many similar products. I have to say I see the most dramatic results in this one just after one use. It continues to perform well but I think i need to be careful is not to use too much. If I put too much on, it is very hard to rinse it all off which in turn makes my hair greasy.

This left my hair moisturized but without any body. I have long, fine, thin, chemically straightened hair.

Due to a job loss, I have to drastically cut corners. One place, unfortunately, is my hair products. I have been using Kerstase shampoo and conditioner, but I simply cannot justify spending $40 for each, even if I don't wash my hair every day!

My Liat Vitale conditioner hasn't even been treating me that great lately, perhaps there is too much protein in it, my hair responds poorly to that maybe. I purchased this based on MUA reviews and am so glad I did. My hair is really amazing with this stuff. I think I could probably even use it as a regular conditioner b/c my hair is not weighed down. I have horribly dry hair and have been able to keep it looking remotely healthy with Kerstase. But now I have a masque that can help for $7!!

My hair is blonde, dry, colored (my scalp is even dry, never oily), curly and I straighten it almost daily. With this conditioner, my hair looks just as good as it did with Kerstase, and actually almost better I think! It's shiny, bouncy and more moisturized. Pretty much no frizz.

You don't need much, but I do put extra on b/c it feels so silky and the smell is gorgeous. The packaging is a tub, so you may get water in it, and find a stable place in the tub so you don't drop it and it spills out everywhere. Only bad thing about this product.

Also, since L'Oreal makes Kerstase, I assumed this was a safe try.
