So I stumbled upon this cosmetics brand while I was on a road trip down the coast of california, we stopped at a cute little souveinir/gift shop and I found these cute little ceramic pots filled with mineral eyeshadow. I thought they were so adorable that I bought one eyeshadow in hermosa. For one thing, I love the color. Its so irredescent and shimmery and has a lot of pigment, I think it has great staying power too. Overall I'm impressed because of the quality of this eyeshadow and the cute pots are apparently hand crafted. Once the eyeshadow is used up you can use this little clay pot for anything. So far I haven't run out yet, they give you a lot so I'm sure I will have it for a while. One reason I didn't give it 5 lippies was because I'm not sure if they use nano particles or not...nano particles aren't good for you according to ewg's cosmetic database so I e-mailed them and I will update my review when I find out. EDIT: They e-mailed me back and stated that they don't use nano particles in the makeup so yay! 5 lippies!!

I geuss they don't sell this color anymore because it's not on the website but there are no reviews and I think this company deserves some attention! They e/s's and blushes come in a ceremic pot closed with a cork. The packaging is really pretty and unique, this is the only item I have from them and I am not sure how it came about. I geuss my mom got it a while ago. This shade is a teal/grey. I love it as an all over wash just worn by itself. Each e/s is $11 and is made of minerals. The website says they are fragrance, oil and talc freeThe texture of this shadow reminds of Alima shadows but this one seems to actually show up rather than the Alima shadows I have tried that just end up being brushed off. It's pigmented but has light airy texture. I removed a lipstick rating because sometimes when I open the cork or close it, loose shadow comes out in a small cloud, but not too bad. I am not too familiar with this brand, but I am interested in it. Has anyone else tried these?
