I bought this shampoo when I started to get dry flaky dandruff on my scalp. I used it to exfoliate the dryness and it worked. However, I don't think it cures the dandruff, and in some cases I almost feel like it irritates and dries out my hair and scalp. I've been rotating this with my regular shampoo and will use it until it's done, but probably not re-purchase. I think it probably does the same job as head and shoulders for 3x the price. I've never really had dandruff before and struggle to understand why it's happening now. I'm not sure if it's a product i'm using or some other reason....but this shampoo helps a bit to keep the flakies at bay.

I've got psoriasis on my scalp and this is the only shampoo that's ever releaved me of the itching, out of the hundreds of shampoos I've tried throughout the years (even prescription shampoos).

On the negative side: it contains SLS and I think that my non-psoriasis scalp doesn't like that and becomes very dry and flaky.

But for the psoriasis-part of my scalp it's perfect and I'm not changing it if I don't find something that's equally great.

Edit: after having switched KMS with Green People (without SLS) my scalp is happy again and my psoriasis haven't resurfaced. Yay. So I'll have to down-grade my lipstick's for this one, because SLS is really not the way to go,

This shampoo was rather pricey, and although it does work to keep dandruff at bay, it leaves my hair feeling simultaneously dry and weighed down. I will not repurchase.
Active Ingredient: zinc pyrithione 1.5%. Other Ingredients: water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, acrylates copolymer, sodium cocoyl glutamate, peg-3 distearate, hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, panthenol, fennel fruit extract, lemon balm extract, sage extract, rosemary extract, nettle extract, horsetail extract, hops extract, chamomilla recutita extract, ppg-9, lactic acid, citric acid, propylene glycol, quaternium-80, butylene glycol, glucose, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, sodium benzoate, dmdm hydantoin, fragrance, blue 1.
