This product is totally non comedogenic and it's beautiful for my combination and acne prone skin. I use it every day under my makeup and have no problem with my skin.

So, my skin - very dry, very sensitive. Almost all other moisturizers, especially those with perfume or alcohol in them, make my skin freak out and flake. I had tried really expensive Dior moisturizers and been baffled that they didn't work, before I realised that it was because they had perfume/alcohol in them (why do companies do this?!).
Anyway, I tried this in conjunction with the Bioderma H20 and was initially underwhelmed. It's a thin white fluid, non-scented, in kind of a cheap looking tube. I guess I was just missing the bells and whistles my other moisturizers had claimed to come with.
However, this is the only moisturizer I use now, and whenever I try a new one I always come running back to this. It moisturizes well, does not break me out, and does not make me react...and what more do you need from a moisturizer?!
Also this definitely doesn't break me out and is light enough for my skin in the summer, but the weird thing is, it is also enough for my skin in the winter. Now I have VERY dry skin in the winter; I'm talking flaking, red patches, you name it. The first winter I used this I switched to the 'rich' version but it broke me out pretty badly (those horrible under the skin bumps). I then tried Clinique Moisture Surge, which was ok, but felt sticky. Giving up, I returned to the Bioderma light cream and somehow it worked! My dry skin stopped flaking and I stopped breaking out. Now I'm not sure how this cream manages to work for me in the winter and summer but it 100% does!

I've been a faithful user of this product for over a year.
Pros
- light
- doesn't clog pores
- a little goes a long way
- doesn't aggitate my senitive skin
Cons
- during the dry winter months I use a more heavy cream.
But this is the only moisturizure I can put on at night and in the morning not look like a total grease ball.
Very nice!
~~~~~Revised Review~~~~~~~
I think there is a ingredient that I must be allergic to in this line becuase I am always red immediatly after applying it. I have switched to the Sebium line in bioderma becuase it is made for oily skin.
Please see my review of those products for more info.
I have discontinued my use of this line of products.
Known as Sensibio Light or Crealine Legere
A really fantastic moisturiser. Comes in a 40ml tube, it's a white cream, very light and completely unscented. The tube looks like it comes half empty for some reason but you only need a little bit of the cream, as it spreads really well. It's funny because it sinks in very well, but you have time to glide it and get the most of very little product.
Really soothes skin and provides comfortable moisture, especially in the hotter months.
Granted I do not have particularly sensitive skin but this helped my skin calm down after some uncharacteristic breakouts and has been keeping it clear and unclogged for a long time. Love it.
I really like this moisturizer for sensitive skin. In fact i fell in love with it the first time using it. My skin feel so smooth and soft, unlike all the other moisturizer i used before.
The texture is light and smooth, little to no scent. On days when my skin is acting up, like when i have skin allergies, i'll use nothing but this morning and night. The packaging is also pretty good quality.
Really love this product.
I can't believe so many of you hated this moisturizer. It literally changed my life! As I have gotten older, I've been getting red patches on the sides of my mouth. These are dry and irritated. Nothing I did helped. Exfoliation with even the gentlest particle product made it worse. About 1.5 years ago, I found a value pack with this moisturizer and the H20 (which I badly wanted to try). Since I was in the process of looking for new skin care, I thought, why not. And I have not looked back since. This is the perfect amount of moisture for my skin. Since using, it my skin has calmed (no more red patches), and has become less 'combination' and more 'normal'. The oilier patches are less oily and the dry bits are no longer dry. After a year and a half and many tubes, I can honestly say this is a holy grail product!
This is an ok moisturizes, not too bad, not too good either. It does a good job at moisturizing and doesn't case me allergies, but although it says on the label non-commedogenic it sill gives me some whiteheads. So I'm not going to buy it, there are other moisturizers that do a better job, and even less expensive ones.
I have very sensitive skin and this "moisturizer" irritated it, though less so than the toner or cleansing gel. My skin improved a bit after I stopped using the cleanser altogether and just used the moisturizer on its own for a short while. Sensibio light "moisturizer" it did help in some respect (I did an experiment and used it on one cheek and a different moisturizer on the other before I started applying it to my whole face -- I noticed that, if I ate something I was allergic to, I got the tell-tale rash, but it was less severe on the Sensibio side), but it didn't actually moisturize as my skin was very dry and I believe even the moisturizer caused some irritation.
This product made me break out really bad, but only after a month or so. The first days, it was totally wonderful, then I noticed my skin became oilier and patchy (and I have very dry skin). One morning, I even woke up with a rash on my face, which I had to take Benadryl in order to calm my skin down.VERY BAD REACTION. I don't know what happened, it seems that my face developped an allergy to this product over time. Not a good cream, at least for me.
I'm glad I got a sample of this, rather than purchasing it. It is a very heavy cream, and never quite sinks in. The texture is kind of sticky, and it is not possible to use it other than at night. My skin is acne prone and quite sensitive, and while this seem to make my skin a bit less red, it is way too greasy in my case for daily use.
I bought this product because I have been using La Roche Posay's Hydreane Light for a while and wanted to see what else is out there. I found that this lotion left my face feeling very sticky as if it were coated with sugar. The glycerine on its ingredients list likely explains the sticky feeling. In addition to the stickyness I also noticed that my face produced ALOT more oil while I was using this moisturizer. I was going through an oil absorbing sheet every 2 hours when normally I only need 1 or 2 sheets a day. It also left a few pimples on my nose and some red bumps on the tops of my cheeks near my nose. Normally I have very clear skin so I decided to return this product and go back to my Hydreane. The product does however have a very nice texture and applies to the face very smoothly but other than that it just wasn't right for me.
I have oily, flushed and sensitive skin. This product quite sticky and made me break out. So, I used it with my body instead. It's quite good to calm skin after waxing.
I had high hopes for this product, but it made my rosacea worse (tiny red bumps & pimples) and it made my skin really oily too, which is highly unusual for me.
For reference I have combination, sensitive, highly reactive rosacea skin - I'm am in desperate need of a moisturizer that doesn't irritate (you don't even want to know how many products I have had to return
:( - so if anyone has had any luck, please let me know!!
This product cost me $25 CDN so it was expensive considering it is a basic moisturizer but I am very pleased with it. It says it is for sensitive and intolerant skin (and normal to combo). It is light, unscented and doesn't leave me feeling greasy and has caused no breakouts which surprised me because if I so much as look at a moisturizer I get a pimple...lol. I use it on the spots on my face which tend to get chapped by the wind. This is ideal because it doesn't sting. I've got my boyfriend using it now too.
