This stuff STINKS and the scent lingers. It's not terribly moisturizing or detangling for my hair, either.

This does a decent job of de-tangling and hydrating, but I think that there are better products out there. This leaves hair very soft, almost too soft somehow. It just makes my hair kind of blah and wishing it had some life to it.

The fragrance is herbal, but it doesn't really bother me like it did the previous reviewer. And to me, the scent faded quickly anyway. It does a fair job of detangling but you need a decent amount to thoroughly detangle. There is a fine line between using enough product to detangle and too much product where my hair looks greasy the next day. This product may work better for someone with dry hair. My hair is healthy and normal and as such, this product is too hydrating.

I was looking for a leave-in that was free of silicones and thought I'd try Terax based on the generally good reputation of their product line. I chose this over Life Drops since Hydrate is for moisturizing versus repairing damage and my curly hair is thirsty. Plus I figured the natural ingredients would only help (oooh hey, "Botanica", and a list of herbs right in the ulta.com ad). I only wish this were a free sample rather than the full size (and priced) bottle.

First off, it STINKS. It wasn't too bad right out of the bottle, the slightly floral/herbal scent is okay and fades quickly. I let my hair air-dry for half an hour, then hit it with the blow dryer for fluff and scrunch, and caught a definite whiff of wet dog. I let the BF smell it and he drew away from me quickly with his face squinched up in classic "you stink" fashion. Oh Lordy. Or "Woofy". It's faded now, half an hour later.

Performance isn't that great, but not awful. It helped somewhat with tangles but I wouldn't call it a detangler. Not much shine, no bounce, and not a lot of curl. It's made my hair very soft to the touch, and has given me volume, but it's not pretty, shiny, defined ringlets. Granted, asking for any of this with my hair is akin to expecting miracles, but Sunsilk Anti-Caida has me spoiled.

The consistency was good, liquid enough to get good coverage, but the cap spits out a bit of product every time I press it open. A friendly warning?

I'm so sorry I spent $20 on this.
