Really like this product....what I would usually do is that instead of spreading it all over my body, where I would usually put perfume - around my neck, shoulders & arms - it also works as a lovely spring & summer hand cream.....I highly recommended this product :)

This body butter has such a divine scent. It really smells like roses, and it's so hydrating without being greasy.

I am a bit of a rose connoisseur and the fragrance of this body butter perfectly captures the fresh citrusy note that is characteristic of centifolia roses. The smell is light and bright , lingering on for hours. As a perfumed body lotion, I would recommend this but as a moisturizer, I suggest that you opt for the almond body butter or if your budgets allows it, Lush's Dream Cream. Dream Cream cured by adult onset eczema in days; I was so impressed by this product that I even worked for them during my travels abroad. Unfortunately, at $25 a jar and with no longer my employee discount, it is no longer within my budget.

One word? Amazing!!!! Beautiful scent, and moisturises really well too. I have the Morrocan rose perfume too, but the scent in this body butter is just fab!

So-so. Not worth the money. It leaves skin greasy yet after few hours it can feel dry again. The gorgeous scent doesn't last.
Go for Moroccan Rose Body Milk spray instead. It soaks into skin immediately, keeps it hydrated and smelling beautifully for the whole day! It costs less and lasts longer too!

Pros:
1. Smells great
2. Great for dry skin
3. Nice size that last for months

Cons:
1. The scent can be overpowering to some
2. My hands get so greasy after putting it on my body
3. I was assuming that it contains mainly shea butter, like many of other body butters from the Body Shop, but I was wrong. It is mainly soybean oil and if I would have known, I would never had bought it.

I previously owned the body mist and loved it. I'm not a fan of flowery scents, but this one is different, it smells exactly like fresh roses with a light musky undertone making it very feminine and exotic. So when I went to marshalls today I stumbled upon the body butter for 7$ and had to buy it. I looovvve it. The scent lingers all day. not too strong, and actually sinks into my skin. Most other body butters I feel don't penetrate my skin and mousturize. However, for my really dry areas I'll have to pick up Eucerin (cuticles, and my scaly patches). I don't think I can afford this unless I can find it at Marshalls again. I am a little worried about how it will blend with my regular perfume which I switched too, but I think because this scent is pretty simple, it will go good with most fragrances.

This is a beautiful soft, feminine, powdery, exotic scent that lingers. Normally, when I wear lotions and creams, especially from The Body Shop, the scent will stay for a few minutes and then quickly fade afterwards, but the clean, unique smell of roses in Moroccan Rose definitely prevails. The lotion itself is extremely moisturizing. My hands, legs, and arms feel like silk, making this great for cold Canadian winters. I wish it weren't so expensive, because I've gone through my tub pretty quickly...

I really love this stuff. I've never been a huge Body Shop fan but this stuff really got me re-thinking that. I love the smell of rose and this stuff is all rose! It's a very moisturizing cream but what really drew me in was as it sinks in theres almost a vanilla musk scent that comes out very lightly atop the rose. It's beautiful! I will definitely buy this again. Love.

I love The Body Shop's Moroccan Rose and was lucky to score this body butter for third of the price at TJMaxx. This is not your grandma's powdery potpourri rose. Instead, this is the scent that lingers in the air of as you walk by a rose bush on a summer evening. It's utterly feminine, enticing and somewhat exotic. For some reason, I can see beautiful belly-dancers wearing this scent. I really like it, and though I enjoy rose scents, I am very picky about them. What I am not crazy about is the moisturizing qualities of this butter. It's okay, but not amazing but any means. What I usually do is that instead of spreading it over my body I just put it where I would usually put perfume - around my neck, shoulders and arms. It also works as a lovely summer hand cream. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I will be getting another one of those, along with the shower gel and massage oil.

The thing I like with this body butter, is that unlike all the other types TBS has is that it's smell is less chemical and more subtle. I really love the slight rosy smell and I often just use it around places I'd put perfume.
As for moisturizing properties it's average. I prefer to use unscented creams and lotions on places that need moisture, but that's just me.

Moisturises so well, especially the 'target' dry areas like the elbows. Gorgeous smell when I tried it out at the store but over time it gets a bit sour and .. just odd. Still a nice product.

Like the person below me, I would give this product more lippies than I can! It smells beautiful! It leaves me moisturized, and it works great on dry spots like knees and elbows. This is a body staple for me now, I couldn't imagine not using it. I love the smell of roses and have never been able to find the perfect rose scent, they usually smell too artificial or strong. However, this one is perfect, it smells like a fresh bouquet of roses! I LOVE IT! :)

I recieved this as a gift set and I LOVE it! I would give it more lippies if I could. I know most people say that cocoa, coconut or shea are more moisturizing, but rose makes my skin feel so soft and smooth without that slightly heavy feeling that the previously mentioned butters leave me with. I used the shower gel first and then rubbed in the body butter and my skin was silky and gorgeous. I even had some girls at work ask me if I had been to a spa recently! This is highly recommended!

I have a mini size of this, it came with a mini size of the massage oil and a shower gel that I got in a gift set on sale. So it was very cheap. Today I washed with the shower gel, then used the body butter, massage oil and the EDT. I normally don't use body butters because I prefer more lightweight lotions, and I also love the massage oil as a moisturizer (or as a bath oil!). This scent is like real roses, not an icky, fake "rose" smell. I will keep repurchasing this line as I want this as one of my signature scents.

I have the perfume and I had to just have the body butter as well. This is a great moisturizer and can be worn on its own if you just want a subtle smell. My Mom also uses it too and she finds it does not bother her allergies to most scents. It smells very fresh and feminine, but not like rose bathroom spray or your grandmothers rose perfume. This smell is like a breath of fresh air and reminds me of sunny summer days with the smell of roses in the air.

This is an OK body butter. Not very moisturizing, seems to sit on skin without sinking in. It also turns white like it's almost starting to lather when I massage it in. The packaging and scent is great, although the scent turned slightly sour in time. Probably will not buy again as I got two in a sale.

I love the smell of roses and this is a beautiful body butter, however, I find that it doesn't sink into my skin as easily as the others. I will repurchase though because it smells heavenly - like a wealth of fresh roses!! Great for summer months. It's not as moisturizing as Shea, Cocao, Coconut, and Brazil Nut but equivalent or maybe a tad less moisturizing than Papaya and Strawberry.
