So far so good! I was looking for a natural spot treatment and this one fits the bill. I've only used it on small pimples, and I've treated them asap, and they're usually pretty nonexistent by the next day.

It did nothing to my acne at all after using the whole pen.

I really like Boscia's willow bark treatments. They are so gentle unlike some of the harsher (Neutrogena eep!) salicylic acid treatments out there. Willow bark basically equals salicylic acid so no fooling there but its a great gentle anti-acne treatment that I use between nights of retinA and glycolic wash, and it works really well in just calming my skin down, getting rid of potential acne after tweezing, and smoothing out skin tone between flakey retinA bouts. Admittedly it doesnt work as well as a spot treatment but if you apply it for a week or two on big pimples they will go away. I find spot treatments much too drying honestly and would rather wait through the ugliness of a pimple and treat it with a gentle more long term alternative like this. I like that its rather refreshing as well and doesnt have a lot of irritants in it. This and Kinerase serum for acne are the only two serums with salicylic acid that have ever worked for me (with salicylic acid)--benzoyl peroxide is much too drying on my skin.

It doesn't do much for existing erupted pimples but works best for brand new pimples. For me, I definitely see reduction in redness and pain. And because there's less redness and pain, I touch it less so it gets less aggravated than it nromally would so it heals faster!
This is a staple item for me. I always have one in my purse because it's small and easy to use anywhere. I think the opening is weird and not best idea. I wish it was more sanitary. 3 - for packaging, 3 for price, and 4 for product rating

Although it's not "the miracle cure" for pimples, I highly recommend this product! I have this unsightly pimple on my nose (those are the worse!) and from experience, they usually take one month to heal with noticeable redness left. However, within 1 week of using this product, it's already at the "redness" stage! So, this product sped up the healing process dramatically. Moreover, when I use it on not-so large pimples, they go away within 2-3 days. I will definitely re-purchase this product.

I got this as a free item for purchasing the Treatment C product. Its not that great. Maybe if you have a small pimple itll help but if you have one of those cystic pimple this is no good. Dont really recommend this product, just try and just proactiv refining mask.

This doesn't really do much for my pimples. Well, I get an occasional cystic pimple and this formula doesn't work for those kinds of pimples. It'll probably work really well for small zits or white heads. It definitely does help cool down your pimple and make it hurt a little less. But overall it doesn't do much for big pimples. The packaging is pretty unsanitary because it's packaged like a lip gloss.

I bought this a while back and I don't think it works any better at clearing up skin than any other spot treatment I've tried. HOWEVER, it is good for taking the ouch out of those really painful pimples. It's also very gentle and non-drying and does help with redness some.

I got this when I was looking for a preservative-free gentle product to use for pregnancy acne. I didn't want to use salicylic acid since its not recommended for pregnant women. I like that this is a clear gel, but I didn't find it strong enough to conquer my occasional flare ups. I ended up using benzoyl peroxide anyway, just dabbing less and that helped more. I won't be repurchasing.

I love Boscia's Willow Bark treatment, so this mini-size is really convenient. The click pen packaging is also very easy to use for on-the-go use. If I dab this lightly on blemishes, they literally wilt in less than 24 hours - the next day it's dried up and no longer red looking.
My only gripe with this - as with all of other Boscia's products - is the packaging is very deceptive. It's solid white plastic so you can't see how much product is inside. Also, i've discovered that many of their products have "false bottoms" - that is, the pump bottle may be several inches tall, but it only contains about an inch of product while the rest of the packaging is solid (their Amino Enlivening eye treatment is like this). So don't be surprised if you run out of your lotion/treatment/serum faster than you expect, because the packaging may make you think you have more product than you actually do!
I will, however, continue to purchase this product despite the packaging issues because this is the only thing I've found to effectively zap pimples before they fully develop.
