I did not like this scent at all...Smells really weird, I don't think Gardenia and Patchouli mix well...Of course the fragrances I can't stand I have a hard time washing off,and the ones I love vanish..If anybody remembers the way the hair removal Nair smelled in the 70's,this kinda smells like it!

I hated the cloying gardenia top note so much that I had to rub my wrists raw under hot running water until I could no longer smell it. It has such a fake plasticy artificial quality to it, if compared to a bouquet it would be the fake one rotting away in storage while the real flowers are on display. Might just be my body chemistry but from my experience I truly recommend looking to another floral perfume instead. The sillage is crazy and it lasts forever, I mean for. ev. er. Doesn't evolve in the slightest besides a slow transition to a powdery flowery old lady smell. All in all, Paris Hilton failed us once again, but is that really that big a shocker?

I'm a paris hilton fan and I love all her fragrances except this one... to me it's just all kinds of wrong in a bottle, something doesnt mix well in the juice or something but whatever it is it rubs me the wrong way... not her best but she does have some pretty darn good perfumes with this being the only exception...

First off I must admit, that I'm not a big white floral fragrance fan. Though, I do like peonies and some gardenia perfumes.

The most prominant note of Fairy Dust on my skin is the gardenia. Then in comes the light musk that seems to be the base of many of Paris Hilton's perfumes. I can also smell very faint peach.

As far as white floral's go this one isn't too bad. The gardenia note is nice. It's a very light perfume and I cannot see anyone being offended by it when you wear it. I'd say this would be appropriate for a younger girl, for wearing at church or the office.

Overall, it's okay, nothing too spectacular or original on my skin at least.

Though, the lasting power and sillage seem to be very good for this type of fragrance.

I tried this when I was at the stores. Smelling it from the bottle, it smelt like tea. After spraying it on, it smelt like an obnoxiously sweet, cloying candy, which I didn't like at all. But if I sniffed at my wrists hard enough, I could smell the tea again.
I wouldn't buy it though

Gag worthy and smells very cheap, not to mention it has that strong alcohol smell that most cheap perfumes have. I was really surprised when I smelled this scent of hers because I have said before most of her stufff smells nice except for her last fragrance (Tease). This is bad, it seems like there was not a lot of thought that went into this one. Strong smelling and not pleasant at all.

I bought it together with Paris Hilton Edp without too much thinking. The packaging is cute, bottle plain and overall simplistic. The scent itself is white floral, pretty strong gardenia. I admit that I love white florals, so I loved this perfume too. It is similar to Juicy Couture. But lasts longer in my opinion and smells a bit harsher sometimes. The best time to wear this is winter - this scent in winter is absolutely divine - luxurious, thick and bright. I even become addicted to it and wore it every day. In warm weather it seems harsh weird and not great smelling, so I get all these negative comments. Too bad I gave it away cause it was summer. Overall, if your budget tight you can try this as an alternative to Juicy Couture or Michael Kors Very Hollywood [it's more similar to it].

So i bought this at work. It was way overpriced but i got it for about six dollars on markdown. It had a cute box and a simple bottle design..I figured i love her other scents. Six bucks..why not! OMG i sprayed this perfume..and in my opinion..WORST PERFUME EVER! It just doesn't seem like it even belongs in her line. It reminds me of the perfume/musk your grandmother would wear! NOW I'M STUCK WITH THIS HUGE BOTTLE..lol i'm about to just throw it away..now if only the bottle was pretty..i would keep it in my perfume collection..

In my opinion, worst smelling of the Paris Hilton perfumes! I generally like her perfumes, owning some of them (Siren is my favorite!). Doing my weekly online shopping, I couldn't pass up the opportunity of getting the biggest bottle for only $17! Assuming that this perfume was going to be peach nectar, vanilla, peony, and water lily, I might like it. Boy, was I wrong! It smell way too mature for me (like Grandma, in my opinion!). First 5 minutes its alright but from there, it takes a turn for the worst! It just smells old and cheap! One spray is all it took to give me a headache! Also felt like the bottle design was cheap but for only $17, I can't really complain! Threw the perfume away after one use!

I've gotten SO many compliments on this perfume, I just recently bought marc jacobs daisy and altough I love the smell better ive gotten zero compliments compared to this. I get compliments every day and although I do agree it smells good, it just gets boring for me to wear every single day.

It might not smell good on you people! You all are going over the top. If I get compliments on it multiple times a day, shes obviously doing something right.

This was my least favourite Paris Hilton fragrance. Very strong of white florals (gardenia?) and quite musky on my skin. I get very subtle vanilla notes in the end, but not enough to cut back the stronger florals. Unlike the majority of her perfumes which suit a younger age group, this one would best suit someone much older in my opinion. Doesn't appeal to me because it smells too "mature" and powdery for my taste.

I think the negative reviews here are due to hormone stages. ;-) Every one's body goes through stages as they age & I am thinking sense of smell changes with age too. I find this to be one of those very clean smelling fragrances with a touch of floral on me. It is a very nice smell upon first spraying but it really does not last very long and requires additional pick me up sprays as the day wears on. The dry down is a bit weak leaving little if anything behind. The bottle is rather cute to me but could have been so much prettier with a name such as Fairy Dust. ;-) I envision glitter & sparkles of light, but atlas, it is just a small picture of a fairy on the front of the bottle with a bit of blue on the flared out lid. It is not an ugly bottle, just not the Fairy idea of childhood either. I am glad Paris moved on to more classy & beautiful containers.
Overall I find this fragrance to be a useful scent, but not a perfume I will use that often. It smells really good on me, but does not have enough lasting quality to wear out and about unless you carry a mini spray in your purse for needed touch ups.
I gave this one a 4 for overall rating due to it's weak lasting ability, a 1 on price as it is very inexpensive at the stores usually, a 4 on packaging as I have seen way worse looking containers on very expensive fragrances, and a yes to buy it again. I would buy this again because I bought the small tester.

Smells like grandma. Very musky. Not fresh or light. You know that relative that comes over reeking of perfume and hugs you leaving their scent on your clothes? She's wearing Fairy Dust! Or a perfume like it. There are so many versions of this strong perfume that I can't really tell the difference between it or the one my grandma wore years ago.

This is hands down the most disgusting perfume I have ever tried. It smells like the cheapest men's cologne you could possibly find. It is so masculine smelling it isn't funny. I wouldn't even like this on a man. I don't know what she was thinking when she came up with this fragrance. No wonder it was discontinued so quickly. I can't even use it as a room deodorizer because it is that bad.
