I love this shampoo! Makes my hair soft but not limp, gives my volume, keeps my curls all day and makes my hair healthy.

I had such great success with the leave-in, I bought this shampoo & matching conditioner. Sadly, they left my thick, coarse hair feeling stiff and dry. After several days, my hair couldn't take it anymore, so I switched. Because it's so expensive, I feel I have to use it but I will not repurchase.

This is a great shampoo. But then again, there are many great shampoos. I feelt great conditioners are hard to find.. but this one is fantastic.

The first time I saw this shampoo it was sitting in my sister's shower. The packaging looked cheap and kinda gimicky and I was surpised that my sister, who is a hair dresser, would have bought something packaged in such a way. Despite my reservations, I tried it anyway and I'm so glad that I did! This shampoo leaves hair so much more managable than other brands and the smell is second to none. Even after drying and flat ironing my hair still smells like it was just washed. One obvious downside to this shampoo would be that it's not readily available. Unlike other shampoos this has to be special ordered or picked up in a registered salon. The second and most obvious negative is the price. While I still feel this shampoo is worth the money it's definitely not cheap. I would reccomend buying just the shampoo and sticking to your more economical conditoner.

Was too heavy for my fine hair. Left my hair coated and tangled. Tried it twice and returned it.

Honestly, this product was alright. It isn't something that i would rave about to friends and family, but its not something that I'll tell them not to buy either. its an average shampoo. First off, my hair is frizzy, dry, damaged, but by the end of the day, my hair can be quite oily. I used the shampoo and conditioner set. The smell is alright, it doesn't bother me, but its not like i'll be wanting to sniff my hair all day. The only thing that I did like about the shampoo and conditioner set, is that it didnt really seem to weigh my hair down, usually I would have to wash my hair everyday with a regular drugstore shampoo, but with this, I felt like I could do every other day, which is quite a relief! But for the price--I personally don't think that it's worth it. I'd rather buy something more affordable that smells fantastic, than buy this again. If you are considering buying this, I did like the shampoo a lot better than the conditioner, I felt the conditioner didn't make my hair feel moisturized at all, but left my hair feeling a little dry. The shampoo was pretty hydrating I felt, without stripping my hair, and without leaving a residue of some sort. I'm not giving this set a bad review at all, just that it is quite pricey, and for me, that money could be better spent on another product.

My hair dresser said my hair was very very dry about a 7 on a 1-10 scale. Which I can feel it was horrible!! I do have chemicaly treated hair and now trying to quit all that and go natural. But anywas I only used this one time and my hair feels very soft! I'm so gald I found this product. The shampoo doesn't lather because it's sulfate free which is a great plus!! The shampoo runs through you hair like butter it detangles hair even before the conditoner. I'm excited to use this product a 2nd 3rd 4th 5th time that's how amazing it is. Totally recommend this for your if your hair is feeling like straw! I also use the whole it's a 10 line it's fabolous!

I bought this when it first came out (had sulfates in it) and it worked wonders on my bleached hair. It smelled great, too. I bought it last year from my salon and paid $25 for basically a bottle of junk. No lather, stinky smell, and even after using the "new and improved" its a 10 conditioner, I couldn't get comb through my hair. I took it back to my hairdresser.

This is my HG Shampoo...(and i can confidently say this only having used it 4x so far)
My hair is fine, damaged and highlighted and before i had the blonde put in my hair my HG Shampoo was One'n'Only Argan Oil Restorative Shampoo (i prefer to use sulfate-free). Since having the foils this shampoo no longer worked well on my hair - weird but oh well. So..out of my cupboard full of the hundreds of hair products i have tried the whole of 1x and decided i did not like, came the It's a 10 Miracle Moisture Shampoo...it was expensive when i bought it, why not give it another go.
*I had previously tried once on my virgin hair and was not a fan hence the "forgotten cupboard" placement*
Anywho this time i was AMAZED, my hair.. my tangled, breakage-prone sorry excuse for "hair" was soft and conditioned and tangle-free and this was after just shampoo. Unheard of for me..i could have gone without conditioner..if i wasnt so addicted to conditioner...thats how goood this shampoo is! When it dries it is noticibly smoother looking and softer to the touch than usual.
Im so baffled at how this stuff worked so poorly (for me) on virgin hair and so well on highlighted hair...i guess it really shows just how different hair reacts to products.
LOVE LOVE LOVE will re-purchase for ever. I also love the mask but the shampoo and leave-in from this brand have transformed my hair.

I have bought other '10' products in the past and have been satisfied, but have to say that this one was quite a disappointment. I didn't find it to be moisturizing at all. I also noticed that it made my hair more tangled when I tried to comb out my went hair. I had rather high hopes for this "moisturizing shampoo", but am sad to say that I ended up returning it. Especially since it's $22 a bottle. Ended up buying a hydrating shampoo from Ojon instead which I hope will do a better job.
