I don't like this mascara very much. I purchased it and My Longest Lashes by prestige both on clearance at Rite Aid. I like My Longest Lashes much more. My biggest lashes has a huge brush. It makes it hard to control and not get any mascara on your skin but still get enough on your lashes. Also, the formula is quite wet, which I do not like because in my opinion its hard to build volume and then if you sneeze or anything it gets under your eyes. I didn't think it did anything too great for my lashes either. Would not repurchase.

This is great! I saw some reviewes and went to buy itI have thin straight eyelashes, this mascara works wonders to make them thicker and darker making my eyes look bigger. After a month of using it dries up a little and now I like it even more. One of the best I have tried and I only wear mascara on upper lashes. Yes I will buy more!!!

This product doesn't wow me, but it's decent. The formulation is a little on the dry side so it had a bit of trouble grabbing onto my lashes. However, after that first coat was down it deposited nicely. The bristles of the brush didn't seem to add anything to the whole package. The package is a pretty color...it is a cheap feeling plastic though. That's ok, it's a drugstore brand. Bonus: they do NOT test on animals. :)
Edit: This layers nicely without clumping. Got more dramatic lashes...so up a lippie it goes!

This is my HG mascara, and I am a mascara junkie. I've tried everything from very low end to very high end, and I keep coming back to Prestige My Biggest Lashes. When you first open the tube, it is kind of "wet," but within a week or two the formula dries out a little and is absolutely perfect. It never clumps, is very buildable, and stays put all day. It doesn't give spider lashes, which is my number one pet peeve with mascaras. The brush is a little large and takes some getting used to, but once you do it's fabulous. I'm currently living out of the country, and I've already asked relatives to mail me a few tubes of this mascara in my next package.

I recently picked up this mascara at Ulta for around $7 on a whim, and oh my gosh, I am so glad I did! At first, I was slightly upset, because I accidentally picked up the color black/brown, and I normally get my mascaras as black as I possibly can. The color does look brownish in the tube, however once applied, I cannot even notice a difference.

Honestly, this baby is amazing, and I have tried dozens and dozens of mascaras - anything from drugstore to high end. I am extremely picky, and always on the lookout for the next best mascara. I recently tossed all of my old ones and I am *still* left with around 13 of them. I am never 100% satisfied, but I am starting to think that it probably doesn't get MUCH better than this one, as well as a couple other ones that I favor (The Falsies, L'Oreal Voluminous, Lights/Camera/Lashes and Mega Plush, just FYI... oh, and if you like waterproof, L'Oreal Double Extend is a beast... it feels as if it's cemented on your lashes).

About my lashes: fairly long and full, curl without needing a lash curler, but not very dark at all. A great mascara can make my lashes look amazing, but they're not much to write home about when I go bare. Hence, I wear mascara pretty much 24/7.

The wand on this mascara is pretty big, round and consists of what I call "regular" bristles (I don't much like the rubbery kind... I'm looking at you, Covergirl Lash Blast). The formula itself is fairly wet, and it takes a LOT to make it clump. I can apply several loving coats of this without getting that spider leg effect, which I cannot stand (and often get with, say, The Falsies mascara, if I am impatient). I find it makes my lashes wonderfully long and full, which is a bit of a tough combination to come by, it seems. The only bad things I have to say is that it does take a bit of patience to build up, but it is oh-so-worth-it. Also, it does seem to fade a bit throughout the day, and I do not particularly like applying it to my lower lashes. As far as removal goes, I use a homemade eye makeup remover made out of olive oil, water and aloe gel, and it takes this off without effort.

I don't know yet if this is my HG mascara, but if I find nothing better, I am perfectly okay with that, too! This thing is wonderful, and definitely worth a try!

Repurchase? Definitely, although I will try to pick up the black version next time. I am also curious to try the "My Longest Lashes" mascara by Prestige and see how the two work layered together.

This is an excellent mascara! I am so impressed with it and with Prestige in general, which is a new brand to me. This really does create big lashes for me and without much work. I also find it to be very black (I bought the blackest black color) and find it pretty comparable to Loreal carbon black for coloring.

What I really like about it is that unlike most Loreal mascaras (for me), it does not flake at the end of the day or smudge. The brush is a traditional one and is fairly large but not so big that you can't do the smaller lashes.

The consistency is nice; not too dry or too wet. Comes off very well with soap and water for me.

I really have no complaints! It is a really nice mascara and one I would buy again in a heart beat. I am sad I haven't tried it before. I also like the price of it- very affordable for drug store.

I plan to buy the other Prestige one (my darkest lashes or something like that) and compare the two, since I had a hard time deciding on which one to get.

I was so excited to try this mascara when I bought it. It just didn't really do anything for me. It doesn't lengthen and in now way does it volumize. It also came with the waterproof version which i haven't tried yet, maybe it'll work better. But if ur planning on buying this don't. I also feel like I get really bad racoon eyes with it. Especially when I went skiing with it. I know dumb idea but i'm sure my other mascaras would've worked but this one was instantly all under my eyes. Overall would definetly not buy this again.

I have to admit this is a surprisingly great mascara. I can build it up quite nicely and my eyelashes stay curled and never droop. Gives great length, volume, separates very well and I know other people have had problems with smudging with this mascara, but quite the opposite with me. I've never had it smudge and it stays put the entire day. I admit it can be annoying to take off but I've compared this to so many mascaras and to me this one gives pretty amazing results.

My favorite mascara that I've tried so far! It gives super black, thick, lush lashes all without flaking, clumping, drooping or smudging. You can build and build and build it up to be suuper dramatic. My favorite before finding this was Essence Get Big Lashes waterproof mascara, which was great but it did have minor problems of a lot of tiny clumps and flaking. I only used waterproof mascaras before this because I really need my mascaras to hold a curl, but this Prestige mascara, despite not being waterproof, holds a curl very well. (It's still a bitch to remove though, but for all its pros I'll put up with it) I also like this way better than Jordana's Best Lash Extreme, which was pretty dramatic but also became fuzzy-clumpy and also drooped my lashes a lot because it was so heavy.
If you buy this mascara and it doesn't seem that great, give it a week before you return it. I thought it was really meh until I tried it again after a few days after I opened it, and that's when I fell in love!!
If you're on the lookout for big black dramatic lashes that doesn't look like you glued fuzzy spider legs on your lids, give this a try!!

I bought this in a two-pack with the My Waterproof Lashes. I prefer the Waterproof over this as it makes my lashes longer, but this isn't bad either. No mascara will hold my curl for long without a base (I love Majolica Majorca's mascara base), but this performs well for the price. I prefer this over a lot of other mascaras except Majolica which are my favorites.

I have been on the hunt for a decent mascara for a long time now. I have bought expensive and inexpensive, all disappointing. Until now. This stuff is awesome! It totally gives me thickness and volume and doesn't clump which is a huge bonus. This keeps the curl as well, so I really can't see any cons to this mascara. Really like!

If only it would hold the curl, I wouldn't mind that this costs double the price of Maybelline mascaras where I'm from. Doesn't smear, clump, nor flake.

this is one of those mascaras that just gets better with age. when 1st opened, the formula is very wet-ish and a little hard to work with (such as smearing onto the eyelid when applying and some clumping of lashes together to form a couple big clusters of lashes that require a lash comb to separate). however, a few weeks in, the formula dries up a bit and the results are amazing. it gives me jet black dollish eyelashes (translate: like i'm wearing false lashes) that last the whole day. biggest bonus is that it holds a curl amazingly well (especially for a non-waterproof mascara). some times i do have to wipe down the brush, but it no longer transfers onto my lids during application or clumps my lashes together. i do get a little bit of smudging on the lower corners of my eyes about 5-6 hours in but it's easily cleaned up with a q-tip. the price point is just right at less than $7. i absolutely love this mascara and will continue to repurchase as long as they keep making it.

In a mascara, I look for 1. Holding a curl 2. Length then 3. Volume.

This holds a curl, which is rare for a mascara for me. It also gives great volume. If the tubes ages enough, it can get clumpy, but just wipe the wand on a tissue before applying. No smudging, no flaking. Great product, especially for the price. If you already have super long lashes, and just need volume, this is the best out there. I prefer L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black just because it gives me slightly more length and a slightly longer hold to the curl, but it is a wetter formula.

i got this mascara only a few days ago, so it might be too soon to say whether or not i love it. this product did not have the 'love at first application' effect on me. i tried it again and again. 1st compliant, its too 'wet' i wish it was thicker. and d brush is so big, it smudges my shadow. argh. after 2-3 coats, it has a pretty great look for a cheap mascara. it does give volume but not compared to the maybelline xxl pro 2 in 1. i'll rather stick to my clinque and maybelline mascaras. maybe as i keep using this, it'll grow on me but for now. i won't repurchase.

I had heard such great things about this mascara but i'm disappointed. This reminds me very much of revlon grow luscious lush in terms of formula and the brush. The brush is super large and isn't good at getting product off the brush.Without using the edges of the tube to get stuff off the brush. So if you like grow luscious you'll like this.
Even when you set this mascara with shadow you still get major raccoon eyes.I'm so disjointed thought it would be awesome as my first prestige product total fail.

I absolutely adore this mascara. The packaging is so cute and fun, being chunky and dark pink with black stripes- it looks almost retro! When they say "my biggest lashes", they're not kidding! A stranger told me recently that she loved my "snuffleupagus" eyelashes, haha! She said they were so big and fluttery and pretty- so if that's what you're looking for, definitely buy this. It's easy to take off and it lasts forever, as far as I'm concerned, and I wear mascara almost everyday. I've been using it for over a year now and I plan to continue purchasing it!
I also love that Prestige is a cruelty-free company(: not to mention that this mascara is just so cheap for the quality.

I can't even begin to descripe to you how much I love this mascara, honestly... whenever I'm at Ulta, I pick up two bottles of it JUST IN CASE. With this mascara, you can never be too careful, and I never even want to take the chance that I might run out of it! Being worried is foolish, though, seeing as one bottle of this lasts me up until the mascara itself has expired... (:

Best drugstore mascara. Hands down and yes, I've tried ALL of them! :)
You can build and build away with this. Hell, I've even put over 7 coats at times and STILL this doesn't get clumpy. There is no stopping the volume potential with this mascara. It doesn't weigh the lashes down or make them look like spider legs. The formula is light weight but very waxy and dry. I love doing multiple layers at all times regardless if I'm strolling the park with a friend or a night out on the town. I've been asked if I'm wearing false lashes with this! Naturally, I have very thin short lashes so when people ask if they are fake, I'm excited! Another great thing is that this mascara doesn't smudge even during an hour sweatfest at the gym yet it comes off so easy with warm water and facial cleanser or a makeup wipe. I have naturally curled lashes and this mascara doesn't weigh down curl. The only con with this mascara is that it doesn't give length. Also, it is a bugger trying to get a hold of this mascara! I've only seen this mascara at Rite-Aid and Ulta. However, I've noticed that many Rite-Aids are phasing Prestige out in my area so Ulta is the better choice for buying this.

This mascara is awesome! It's a pretty black formula and I would say it's between wet and dry, which is perfect for me. I have shortish, fair lashes so I mostly look for length and a touch of volume. This is it! This gives me awesome length and killer volume. I can even wear two coats with this stuff and not get clumps which never happens for me. It lasts really well with no flaking or running down my eyes. It thickens the base of my lashes so much it's great. I get so much volume and it makes my lashes look..well huge pretty much like it says. The packaging is okay but the first tube I got broke and wouldn't shut all the way afterwards and I had only used it a couple of times. That was off putting but ehhh I figure I just got a damaged tube. Can't say enough great things about it. HG

I wasn't impressed by the lack of curl this mascara held. I like being able to see my lashes in the mirror when I look straight ahead but this mascara drooped them so it looked like I didn't have any lashes. The profile view was also not cute (in other words, straight and pointing downward). Japanese mascaras are the BEST at keeping a curl so maybe I have been spoiled by them.

I know that it is not meant to be waterproof, but this mascara gave me some intense raccoon eyes. On top of that, those smudges were impossible to remove without make-up remover so they stuck around all day!

Volume and length were decent. On me it was a teeny bit more noticeable than Maybelline Full&Soft but I like Full&Soft 10x better for its hold, non-clumpiness, and non-smudging.

Overall, will not repurchase and I was disappointed because my experience was nothing like the positive reviews on this product.
