WONDERFUL. Like others have said, one of the best multitasking brushes I've ever used. I can use it to apply any loose or pressed powder, and I can use it to buff out my liquid foundation into a soft airbrushed finish.

You can't beat the price... You could buy 10 of these and spend less money on a brush that isn't half as satisfying.

The only complain about this brush that I have is that the head came off of the handle... but it's nothing a little hot glue couldn't fix!

Best multitasking brush EVER! I have never found one brush that can do so many different things, and do them all so well! I started off using this brush for my mineral makeup and loose, powder bronzer. I have experienced no shedding at all and it picks up a lot of product without having to constantly reload (my gripe with BM brushes). The final test for me was liquid foundation. I have never liked using foundation brushes. They always seem to hang onto product, but not deposit on my skin and take FOREVER to use and wash. With this, I dab the foundation on the back of my hand, grab it up with this brush and apply with even strokes and pressure all over my face. Before trying this brush, no matter what primer I used, the results were cakey. With this brush (and only 1 reloading of the brush for my entire face), my foundation/skin has never looked better. For reference I use CG Nature Luxe Foundation. Oh! It also works with my pressed powder for a final setting. The handle seems sturdy, it's super easy to wash and I have yet to lose a single "hair" from this brush. Best brush period.

I'll start off with saying this brush is AMAZING - especially for the price. It was only 3.00 at Target. It is great for applying mineral foundation, or just setting powder. It is amazingly soft. The smell is a bit odd, but not enough to make this 4 stars. I use it to set my makeup or to use bare minerals. I give it an A+ elf. :)

Oh E.L.F gods, you've really outdone yourselves. For years, I've been using a regular foundation brush to literally paint foundation onto my face. Long story short, I roll out of bed in the mornings and don't always have the time to thoroughly cover every inch of my face....which never leaves me looking perfectly even. Heck, even if I do take the time to apply it properly, it still doesn't look flawless AND it's just too time consuming. I found this brush and decided to give it a go. First, I was surprised at how little product I was using to cover my entire face. Just a little dab of product and I had covered one whole cheek AND my chin? That would take at least 3 different applications with my regular brush. The bristles on this are so soft and fluffy, I could literally rub this on my face all day. I can cover my entire face (in circular motions) in under a minute flat. (aka - less time I have to spend applying foundation and more time I can spend asleep...where has this been all of my life?!) The finish of my foundation is flawless when I use this. It doesn't settle into fine lines or ever look cakey - EVER. My old foundation brush used to get so dirty so quickly. With this brush, I see hardly any foundation left over on the bristles. I've used ELF's regular brushes (the $1 ones with the white handles) and every single one I've had has broken off of the handle and has been shedding. These brushes in the studio line are so much better, and for 3$ a piece, I can afford to replace this whenever. Thankfully I don't think I'll have to for a while since this gem is holding up very well! Go buy it - you have nothing to lose!

The bristles of the brush are extremely soft. I love it! It's really versatile so you can use it for liquid make up, powder, blush, and bronzing. I like it because it picks up a lot of product and its easy to blend. Washing it is pretty easy.. Some product might get stuck deep down in the brush, but the quality is great overall. Mine has not shed nor has the handle gotten loose. I'm definitely going to buy another one in the future for stippling on my foundation.

WoW! I own many other $$ brushes, (smashbox, BE, Tarte, UD etc) and this is my go to brush to apply powder. I absolutely love the way it feels on my skin and even more importantly the flawless way it delivers the powder onto my face for a perfect airbrushed look. No shedding either!

Let me start by saying that I don't use this brush for foundation - I use my (amazing) Sonia Kashuk flat top brush for that. I haven't ever tried using it for foundation so I'm not sure how it performs jn that area. However, I use this brush as a powder brush to set my makeup. For that purpose, it is excellent. I haven't noticed any shedding or fallout at all. It is soft and honestly feels very high quality. For about $3, it's definitely worth the price. Will buy again.

I cant rave enough about this brush, I have 2 on the go and want a couple more honestly.

I use this brush for my foundation and it gives me such a flawless airbrushed look that I cant even imagine using anything else.

I pour a little foundation on the back of my hand (Ive been using Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundaton for a year, I love it) and pick up some with this brush and buff it onto my face.

Amazing.

I use the other one for my pressed powders.

Seriously, try this brush, its $3. Even if YOU dont personally like it, its worth a shot, but I need a few back ups.

I honestly do not understand anyone who raves about this brush. Throwing foundation on your face is better than using this. Yes, at 3 dollars, it is very very cheap. But if you think about it, those 3 dollars will add up eventually because not only does this brush shed, it will get nasty after a few uses and you will have to purchase a new one. I suggest checking out sedona lace, sigma, eco tools or real technique brushes. They are on the 9-15 dollar range but they will last you a long time and they make foundation look flawless on your skin.

Tip. you can find real technique brushes for Buy one get one 50% off at drugstore.com.

I HAVE JUST BEEN CONVERTED INTO A BRUSH USER FOR FOUNDATION! I picked this lovely little brush up last night at Target, remembering all the great reviews. I just used it this morning to apply my mac sff and i LOVE it!! That's a lot for me to say considering I've hated using brushes for foundation forever. I have tried a bunch and always hated the way my makeup looked. But now I am convinced! This brush barely absorbed any product, it all went on my face. It blended extremely well and gave me full coverage without streaks! I can't even describe how excited I am about this brush, and the fact that it's $3, you can't beat that. Love!!!

Wonderful brush. I have purchased brushes similar to this one but more expensive and they really dont match up to the greatness of this one! i have acne prone skin especially on my cheeks, and I'm left with minor scars and this brush helps to really set my foundation and give me the perfect coverage! Cannot go wrong with the price, I really reccomend this brush ladies!

So I bought this with the intention of using it for foundation. Verdict? This brush applies product well, and can blend it out just as great. Somehow the bristles don't absorb the products which i love so I don't waste more than i should. The only negative i have about it is that the bristles bleed a bit when i wash it and the handle is kinda loose, and i havent even done anything to it. I have replaced this brush so I rarely use it but nonetheless if youre on a budget this is a good one!

This is a brush that truly deserves all the great reviews its getting!! I bought this brush after reading the reviews here and its lived up to every claim.

Product: Its awesomely soft and the bristles are densely packed enough for you to use this brush for foundation. I've been using this brush for my powder foundation for about 2 months now and I haven't had any problems with bristles dropping out or anything. I clean my brush with some shampoo and am careful to make sure that the water doesn't get into the brush handle.

Application: This brush is so soft that it made my blush brush (which I felt was the softest brush ever) feel rough against my face! I was so amazed.

Effect: It made my powder foundation look flawless on my face and much more polished than other brushes. I haven't tried this brush with liquid foundation yet but I can say that for powder foundation, the finer the powder the more flawless your face looks, and this brush goes a long way in picking up all the fine powder and making it look flawless on your face.

Overall: Great brush, and for the awesome price, definitely worth repurchasing. In fact, I loved it so much after 1 week that I went back to repurchase a spare in case my brush gives way.

I really like this brush. I use it to apply my powder foundation when I decide not to wear liquid foundation. I have never tried it on my liquid foundation but I don't think I would like it. It seems like it would waste too much product. Anyway, its pretty dense and the bristles are so soft. It doesn't shed and I've had it for almost 3 years. The only con is the handle broke but nothing a little glue can't fix plus I only got it for $3. I would certainly purchase this brush again.

I haven't tried many brushes to put liquid foundation on (i've only used this and a stippling brush), but honestly i don't feel the need to. This brush blends liquid foundation in so quickly and easily and makes it look flawless. It cost me around $4 plus shipping, so super duper cheap. If it breaks, i'll repurchase, too good to not have in your collection.
