Started using this a month ago and it is amazing. I use the Shampoo and Conditioner with my dyed hair. My hair is dyed dark brown (natural color is bright blonde) and my hair color is still just has strong. It has actually kept the color in longer, I don't have to use hair spray for the everyday anymore because this keeps my frizz way down. I also use the Garnier anti-frizz hair serum along with it twice a week. With both of those I love my hair it is shiny, no frizz and very bouncy. I still only have to wash my hair the usual 2 (sometimes 3) times a week. So glad I found a shampoo and conditioner I can stick with!

I wanted to like this so bad! It smells fine to me, the consistancy is rich and creamy and it lathers well. The bottle is pretty, although always falls over in the shower. My problem with is is that it makes my scalp insanely itchy and gives me dandruff. My scalp looks greasy while my ends are fluffy. Would not buy again.

My hair is naturally silver, long, layered and fine, but I do have a lot of hair. My hair is neither dry nor oily but the ends do sometimes need extra conditioning. I bought Everpure because it was sulfate and silicone-free.
When I was washing my hair it felt greasy, but after rinsing very well and using the conditioner and drying my hair, it felt and looked really good. It was very soft and full.
I received many compliments on my hair that next day. I think it was because the shampoo brought out the silvery highlights and made my hair very shiny and full looking.
I'll definitely buy it again.

I need to shampoo my hair twice with two giant globs for it to feel somewhat clean, and it still doesn't feel clean until it is dried (then it actually looks pretty good). It fades my hair color so fast, I can actually see it in the water at my feet since my drain is currently clogged.

I have fine, wavy hair and not a lot of it, so almost anything can weigh my hair down pretty easily. Since I have highlights and they're prone to fading, I thought I'd try something sulfate free to keep to color from fading. Washed my hair with it and let my hair air-dry as usual. My hair has never been left so flat and lifeless! I mean my hair is thin but this shampoo made it look 10 times worse. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you have naturally amazingly bouncy voluminous hair and you could stand to lose some volume. I could wear a hat for hours and smush my hair down and it wouldn't be that flat. Never used a worse shampoo!

I have to add my two thumbs down to all the negative reviews for this shampoo. Everything bad that is in every other reviewer's comments is exactly right. This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. As background: I have the driest hair on the planet (permed, colored, blow dried, curling ironed) so I was hoping that this product would A) Moisturize my hair and B) Make my color last longer. I have only used this product twice and could already see and feel the negative results (and did not need to try it again!). After the first wash, I noticed that my color had faded quite significantly, something that it does not do with any other shampoo I have ever used. (It usually doesn't start to fade that badly until the second week. For reference, I use a semi-permanent color.) After the second use of this product, the gray roots were completely showing through. It was almost as if this shampoo instantly washed the color out - something that has not happened with any other shampoo I've used. As to the moisturizing effect: Again, with my dry hair I expected it to feel softer; however, I did NOT expect the weighed down feeling that I got by the end of the first day after using this nor the greasy, dirty feeling the next morning. I have not had greasy-feeling hair since grade school! Now for the smell, this stuff smells HORRIBLE! It has an earthy, manly, pine-tree kind of smell that does, indeed, last and overpower any other product or perfume you may use. And the smell WILL last into the next day. The only good thing about this product is the pretty tube that it comes in (although I can tell that would be a negative as well once you get to the end of the tube because there will be no way to get all of the product out thereby wasting some). So, all in all, this stuff is going straight into the trash (I'd return it if I had the receipt) and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone.

I tried these a long while ago. I instantly hated the smell. It was such a deep smell that I felt like the scent was lingering around me all day like a bad odor. The line did nothing for my hair, and I believe I tried a few different ones. Specifically the ones in the green and purple container. I hated the line, period.

This was recommended to me by the SA at Sally's. I fell in love with this from the first time I tried it, and I've been using it ever since. It leaves my hair soft and silky, and moisturizes it without making it flat or greasy. I can skip conditioner when I use this, and I've basically abandoned all of my other (higher end) shampoos. They are sitting in the cabinet collecting dust. I recommend this. For reference, my hair is long, straight and fine.

I love this line, and it gets the job done. My hair always feels silky and smooth. I have blonde hair with red highlights and it maintains them well. You technically don't even need to use conditioner. As for the smell, its not that bad as people make it out to be. I gave it a 3 because some of the chemicals seem to be misleading and that is my biggest con. I have to say though I have been using this product for a while and I haven't had any problems.

This is a wonderful sulfate free shampoo. Smells great, lathers well & works great. Does not dry out my hair or strip it of its oils but does clean well. Most sulfate free shampoos do not lather, this one does...and well! Also smells really nice & cost less than $6.
Highly recommended!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for about 2 weeks and my hair has been falling out like crazy! It has been breaking and the ends look like someone hacked them off with a pair of gardening shears! Don't waste your money.

This isn't really Sulfate-Free. Its kind of misleading which is why I'm giving it such a low rating. It cleans fine and I was able to comb my wet hair with no issues (using the accompanying conditioner).

This is a wonderful shampoo. I use it in combination with the conditioner in the same line. These products leave my dry, damaged hair feeling healthy after using. (no residue, no heavy feeling) I can actually run a comb through my hair. It feel clean, soft, and healthy. There are many higher priced items that don't work nearly as well as these. I highly recommend!! :)

Very satisfied with this product--it smells great and it's sulfate-free. I've found that when I use a sulfate-free shampoo it is necessary to always use a conditioner. When I've used the conditioner afterwards, this product leaves my hair feeling smooth and shiny. I would definitely repurchase

I'd had my eye on this for a while but didn't buy it because of the price (around $17 AU), but last week it was on special in Coles for $8 so I decided to try it. I coloured my hair about a week ago & wanted something that would help to keep my colour from fading. I'm pretty impressed so far- the shampoo lathers up really well & cleansed my hair without feeling like it had stripped it. The scent is quite different but I like it. I also used the matching conditioner, which is thick & left my hair moisturised and soft. I was able to go an extra day without washing my hair after using this, which is a big bonus for me. Love & will buy again.

I have straight black hair which had been colored.
I have been using this shampoo for about 5 months already. I was first attracted to the "sulfate free" element of this shampoo.
When i first use it i was really wow by the fact that a little amount of it could lather up so much foam. I love the smell too!
Other than that, i makes my hair so moisturise even without using a conditioner.
I love it but after using it for 5 months,i realised that it seems to be too moisturing for my hair.
My hair gets oilier easier than before and it always feels like i did not wash it clean enough.
I would still use this once in a while if my hair gets too dry.

I was looking for a sulfate free shampoo, and I saw this in Safeway and decided to give it a try. I used it once, and my hair felt really weird, but it didn't look too bad so I just rolled with it. The next day my hair was greasier than it's ever been the day after washing it. I also looked closer at the ingredients and it's all the same bad stuff as in regular shampoos, just under different names so you don't know it. Terrible, terrible product. Not to mention, I can't stand the smell. Just yuck. Don't waste the money.

DO NOT USE THIS SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER[Loreal Sulfate Free]. It splits the hair from root to tip, it separates the cuticle, the shaft of your hair will be destroyed. It also leaves a waxy residue on the hair that will not wash out and it changes the texture of your hair. Your hair will look like a bird's nest. I am still trying to repair the damage this product did to my hair after just one use. I have 3 friends at work who used this product and their hair was destroyed as well. All four of us have long straight hair mid-back or to the waist. It will take years to grow it out because the damage to the hair shaft cannot be repaired. You will regret using this product.

I have been using this shampoo(and conditioner) for about 2-3weeks at this point, and I am very satisfied. It has great lather, and the smell is so nice and sticks around for most of my morning. this is my first "sulfate free" shampoo and if other products act like this I am sold on the idea of sulfate free.My hair looks and feels healthier than it has been in awhile and generally seems to be improving. I'm going to blame it on my new shampoo.

I love this whole EverPure line of shampoos and conditioners. This shampoo is sulfate free (which is a detergent found in most shampoos and cleanser for the face and body.) Usually sulfate free shampoos don;'t exactly lather well. Not so with this shampoo as you get tons of billowy lather even when hair is particularly dirty from product build up and general scalp oil. A small amount achieves this level of lather which once again is unusual in the sense that a detergent based shampoo will not even lather well under these dirty conditions and you'd have to use quite a bit more of it then what you'd have to in this sulfate free formula. Sulfate free shampoo will not fade or strip colored hair, but will also cleanse virgin hair more subtly without over cleansing or over drying. It's formula leaves the hair cuticle flat so it will reflect light better creating more shine and managability. It leaves hair moisturized and in excellent condition sometimes being able to skip the conditioner altogether. This product can be had at a low price (Walmart.)It also leaves hair easily combable and with a soft clean frgrance. Highly Recommended!!!.
