I used this together with the Junkisei toner, and its too oily for me ! Mind you, I do not even have oily skin to begin with.
Left my skin feeling sticky, and as if my skin was suffocated with a layer of oil. I rinsed it off with water immediately, I can't quite imagine anyone liking this product unless you have VERY dry skin, or is living in a very dry environment. Consistency of this lotion is runny and milky,
This lotion will be used as a body lotion of neck cream instead ~

It's very light and works pretty well in moisturizing. I didnt have any break outs with this.
