I like this! A new face wash I recently purchased was making my skin very dry and reactive. So I wanted something that was gentle and light moisture for sensitive skin. Soooo, this product is what I choose and so far so good. I like the feel and smell of this and it makes my skin look fresh. No breakouts....no burning. Fairly priced, I would repurchase.

I bought this moisturizer because it was buy one, get one 50% off at Walgreens and my usual moisturizer (Josie Maran Argan Oil) is getting expensive. I am very happy I purchased this. I may use this forever. I have combination skin and have dry skin around my nose that would not go away until I tried this. Now my face is smooth. It goes good under make up too. I feel like it somehow makes my makeup look better. It does not break my face out either. I use this with the Yes To Tomatoes daily clarifying cleanser.

The pool I work in has been wrecking havoc on my skin, and I bought this in hopes of helping out my dry skin. I don't consider myself to have sensitive skin, but I try to be careful about what I put on my face. This made my face turn BRIGHT RED and it burned so bad! Even after washing/rinsing with cool water for about 5 minutes, there was still a burning sensation and the redness lasted about a half an hour to 45 minutes. I've never reacted so badly to a product in my life. I thought that maybe I was allergic to it, and not wanting a practically full bottle (used just one time) to go to waste, I gave it to my boyfriend (yes, he moisturizes, he likes to take care of his skin.) His face also got red. His roommate used it and her face got red, and she said it felt like it was burning as well. I'm not sure what it is in the product that's doing this to me and many others, but Yes To needs to figure it out and fix it or pull this product.

Got this at walgreens on sale one day, I was so excited to be getting it for FOUR DOLLARS!! I gave it a week but it ended up breaking me out horribly. It made me extra oily and it smelled pretty terrible. I forced my boyfriend to use it a couple of times (he has normal skin and never breaks out) and it gave him two or three pimples within the first two days of him using it as well. I will say that I really liked the packaging!

I have extremely dry, tight and sensitive acne pone skin with tons of black heads and alwaysnanfe red spots.

actually love this stuff- and I'm a face care junkie- I've done dermalogica, arbonne, Lamere, had findly settled on a complete Bobbi Browm collection because although it was treating my acne, per se, and didn't have any special magical treatment properties- it did keep my very dry skin moisturized And didn't irritate it.

But to be honest for the $12 vs $60 I've completely switched to this cucumber line. No it will it not cure your acne (usually only a prescription will if your acne is persistent) and in the meantime thienbstuff is sensitive when I'm washing and comforting when I'm moisturizing. It's actually 100% preventing the sensitivity, redness and peeling I was expecting from my perscriotions, my skins actually feels plump and smooth,

Also- they are naturally paraben and petroleum free which makes me feel better: and you get can get a whole skin care line for $30 instead of $300.

Trust me I know my stuff. Sorry if my response is sloppy I typing on my phone and can hardly see.

One of my all time favorite moisturizers. It feels light, absorbs quickly, and doesn't look oily. I always feel good applying this even over active pimples because I know it won't irritate them. The smell is probably my favorite part. It smells EXACTLY like a freshly cut cucumber, not perfumy or chemical-like. The smell isn't overpowering or overwhelming though, it dissipates quickly. It is hydrating, but it's not quite enough for my driest spots. So I think of this as more of a summertime moisturizer.

I am using retinol which has a veryyy drying effect on skin. Im also flaky these days.

This is an excellent moisturizer if you want a lightweight one...something that won't irritate your skin and calm down any irriation you might have. The packaging is hygenic and convenient. The price isn't too bad...can be found at Ulta and Target.

However, if you have dry skin like I do right now...this might not do the job and you will need something else.

If I wasn't using retinol, this would have been perfect but since I am...its not enough.

Alright I applied this moisturizer earlier today. The consistency was hard to rub in, I had a white cast from this not melting into my skin properly.

My skin started to burn so I wiped this off and put on my normal moisturizer. I won't be buying this again.

I have tried this product for a few days now and i can safely say that it meets my expectations.
Overall, i think that its really hard to find an specific product for your individual satisfaction (since everyone's skin type its different and the exposure to different environments) but so far, so good.
Also, for those who skin burns when you apply the product...well...IM SORRY IT DOES, MUST FEEL AWEFUL HAVING TO BEAR THE BURNING SENSATION IN YOUR FACE.....WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT.....PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO CONSIDER THE ANIMALS WHO USUALLY HAVE TO BEAR WITH ALL TYPE OF EXPERIMENTS FOR HUMAN SAKE.....THIS PRODUCT ITS CRUELTY FREE AND IM SO VERY GLAD IT IS...I RATHER EXPERIENCE A LITTLE BURNING AND MOVE ON RATHER THAN EXPOSING ANIMALS TO DAILY SUFFERING.
THANK YOU..THAT WAS MY 2 CENTS! :D

I have sensitive skin combo skin. Within 1 minute my skin burned & turned bright red. :(

If you're going to try this out please purchase this from a store with a good return policy. Also I rated this low on packaging as 1 pump dispenses way too much product. 1/2 a pump is all you need.

About the stinging: when I first used this product it felt absolutely fine -smelled wonderfully, nice consistency, tons of misturization (it fixed my flaky nose, yay!) and definitely calmed my red skin BUT lately when I've put it on I've started feeling a sting in my cheeks, kinda like burning. Personally I think it might be due to me using Ole Henriksen Invigorating Night Gel underneath it but I'm not sure.

Bottom line is that you should always get samples of new skincare before buying, and for the price this is actually a pretty good moisturizer if it suits your skin.

Would not buy again because of the stinging.

I so wanted this to feel good on my sensitive skin. I read a review of the product in Real Simple magazine indicating it was good. I purchased this product and immediately after putting it on my skin began to develop red blotches and sting. I tried it again the next day just to give it another chance. I don't recommend this at all.

I have had so much problems with my skin lately, a lot of breakouts and itching rashes and I was so scared to put anything on my skin. I have tried so many moisturizers that I had actually given up about finding something that worked for me. However, I did try this one in the store and no breakouts so I took a chance. I am so glad I did that! My skin absolutely loves this series and my skin has never looked this good!

It is very thick but my skin absorbs it immediately. I put it on when I go up and after breakfast my skin is glowing and ready for makeup. I used to had dry flakes, red spots and a lot of pimples and now they are all gone.

If you have dry, sensitive, easily irritable skin I would really recommend that you try this. I see that it does not work for everyone so it might not work, but it might also work wonders. I know it did for me.

However, I will acknowledge that some days I also get slightly red on my skin just when I put this on, but that is common for me. However, if I just let it be it cools down in a couple of minutes and then I have an even, glowing skin tone for the rest of the day. And that's definitively something that happens very rarely for me.

I've used this twice. It is the product with sunscreen. It is very thick and takes quite a while and a lot of rubbing to blend into skin. It leaves a bit of a white chalky look on my olive toned skin. It feels sticky. Thank goodness I didn't have an allergic reaction like some did. I will not be using this again.

I think Yes To might have reformulated this based on the box and some of the reviews, The box mine came in says "soothing/sensitive skin daily calming moisturizer. I can't find anywhere on the box that this has sunscreen, which is fine, because I didn't want sunscreen, This comes in a pump bottle, which is great. I didn't notice any scent, but my sense of smell is not good, It went on smoothly and sunk right in, and left my skin looking and feeling moisturized. I had no burning or redness. As long as it doesn't break me out, I can see using this long term, I had tried the new "Simple" brand, and after a couple of uses it was blackhead city so I switched to this, I like other Yes To products, and have been really happy with them. I do have sensitive skin so if problems arise, I will update.,

Nothing about this really impressed me. I guess for pros I can say I like the packaging - it's kind of cute, the pump is hygienic, and you can see a bit of how much product is left.

The actual moisturizer was a huge disappointment. I think it's very interesting this is marketed as a soothing product - it did the total opposite to me. My skin got very red. I don't like the fragrance it initially has - a weird slightly synthetic cucumbery smell - but it's even worse when it sinks in and gets a strong clay smell. And it takes a long time to go away. No redeeming qualities. I've heard other products by this brand are better, but I'm a little hesitant to try them now.

I believe this is now the Soothing Daily Calming Moisturizer? The packaging looks the same...
Anyway, I picked up the Yes to Cucumbers Soothing Daily Moisturizer yesterday, and was hoping for that soothing, calming feeling described in the name. Unfortunately, I had quite a different reaction. Upon application, my skin became beet red and it burned terribly. It both looked and felt like I had a horrible sunburn. I have looked up other reviews of the product and found that many others had the same reaction to it. Needless to say I am incredibly upset and only wish I had read the reviews before I put this stuff on my poor face!
Do NOT let the name fool you! If you have sensitive skin STAY AWAY from this moisturizer!!!!!!!

I love Yes to Carrots and Cucumber body lotion, but this facial moisturizer hurts! I have sensitive skin, and my skin turned pink after putting this on over my serum. It burned a little on my cheeks as well. Nothing special about this moisturizer anyway; it's a good consistency, smells a bit strange (I like the body lotion, but the smell of this is a bit different), and irritated my face. I wanted to love this, but I'll stick to the body lotion.

I used this one time. It went on smoothly & 2 minutes after application my face turned tomato red & started burning like I was set on fire. I had to immediately put cold water on my face & wash it off.
