This is a very hard eyeshadow to use. I have only been able to use it as a liner, as for that purpose, it serves extremely well. However, I cannot use it as an eyeshadow which is the purpose I bought it for. The product doesn't want to be picked up by any brush apart from an eyeliner brush. For these reasons I took off 2 lippies but if you like using shadow liners then I would recommend this but personally I would not repurchase as I can easily use another shadow which I feel works just as well as a liner but can also be used as a shadow.

I purchased this eyeshadow when it was on the website on sale at the end of the year for $6.00. At first when it arrived, I was very unhappy with it and would have probably rated it a 3. It was a very blue toned -gray matte that I couldn't see myself using often, and could look dull in the wrong angle. The texture was nice and it was pigmented for a matte shadow. However, I recently saw this in a new light. I used it wet and it gave me the most beautiful, rich, intense color. It is softer than black for those light, daytime looks, but can also be built up and smudged for a smokey look too. If your unsure of getting this, get it! I can assure you that if you play around with it, you can get an amazing result.

I absolutely LOVE this e/s. In fact it is probably my favourite. All my stila mineral mattes are amazing and I'm so pleased with them. Sajama is a gorgeous bluey grey which is amaznig in the crease. I love the way you can pack the colour on for more intensity or just use a little during the day for a more minimalist look. The texture is good, not super silky or anything, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Pigmentation is also good.

As for the staying power, I have never tried anything this good. I always use it with TFSI, but that's the same for any e/s I use. Normally I take my makeup off every night. Even if I don't, generally by the morning it's worn off anyway. I put this on yesterday morning at about 6:30am, as expected it still looked almost perfect when I went to bed at around midnight, and when I woke up this morning I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to apply any makeup and totally forgot I hadn't washed it off the night before either. I looked in the mirror when I was on the bus this morning and I was shocked that my eyeshadow still looked amazing, despite having rubbed my eyes numerous times throught the night and morning. It's 6pm now, so I've actually ween wearing the same eyeshadow for 36 hours (I know... I should really remove it!) and even now it still looks good. I'm just in awe.

Sajama works great as a powder liner! I just dip my slanted eyeshadow brush (the deep dove grey is beautiful as a liner), and apply it to my eyes over TFSI and it lasts all day. I was really impressed. I bought this product on sale for about $13 as part of the Stila Mineral Matte Eye Shadow Palette that included Kamet, Champara, Sajama and Makalu. I would definitely buy it again at that price, but $40 for the quad is a little steep IMO. I would probably buy this product again though, b/c it did work incredibly well as a liner (better than the pencils and gel/cream liners I've used!)

I am loving the Stila mineral matte e/s...the texture, pigmentation, no fall-outs. This shade came in the Minimalism quad I got from Beautycrunch.com. It's a dark, dove gray. You can mix this with black e/s to deepen the color when used as liner shade (see "stilavideo" on YouTube, I learned a lot on application method and on mixing e/s). Pair it with nude/neutral e/s on lids for the minimalism look. This shade is also nice by itself when I apply along the lash line, then blend towards crease, then apply a medium brown shade on the crease. It's a subtle smokey look w/ warm tones.

Sajama is a mineral matte eyeshadow. I love this color, it's a matte med/deep grey that makes a beautiful smokey eye, very sopisticated looking and blendable, a great alternative to black. It doesn't seem to be as creamy as their regular matte eyeshadows but it's still great and it didn't break when I dropped it.
