I was so surprised by this gloss. It really is a very moisturizing full pigment lip color. Yes, it is glossy, but you can blot it and it is just a great non-drying lip color. I do use a colorless lip liner with it because of the gloss/moisture it can creep very slightly into the lines around the mouth.
The color is very dusty deep plum on me...almost a dark iridescent lavender. I thought at first the color would not work on me, but I blotted it and that toned it down a bit. I do like a dark goth lip color but at my age...I have to be very careful not to end up looking too harsh.
It wears very well, I can drink and eat and although it does wear away it leaves an even amount of color...none of that dreaded "ring around the mouth". If I use a straw to drink it barely wears away at all.
I would recommend this lip gloss to anyone that does not mind a sticky gloss with incredible pigment and wear.

This is the only BE product that I endorse hands-down. I wear the buxom lip gloss or full color gloss almost every single day. This is a very, very pretty color. I actually picked this shade up by mistake. It looks a tad scary in the tube, but is gorgeous on. If too light a color, lighlty apply a darker liner around your lips.

This looks as purple in the tube as it did on me. I wonder if I got a bad tube? It is pure purple with maybe a teensy bit of brown undertone. I got it in a set with Vanessa which was a keeper. I certainly wouldn't buy this again, but I do like it mixed with Vanessa if I have extra time.

What an amazing color! A rich dark mauvey plummy pinky creamy rich shiny gloss that leaves a pinky plum stain...but that almost doesn't matter because the gloss sticks and lasts! I have never found a gloss I liked as much as this brand. ( I have the BE clear sparkly one too which also clings and shines)
I just ordered my second tube along with Vanessa ( QVC has sets!)
I love love love the brush instead of sponge, it smooths on better. Sponges seem to soak up and hold the product, but the little brush with this is dense enough to paint the color smoothly and small enough to outline perfectly!
My only concern is the tingle is a little annoying but I am getting used to it. I do not notice a plumping action at all, but it is a luscious color rich gloss.
In fact when I 1st wore it, I was walking past the MAC display at Nordstroms, and a MAC salesgirl stopped me to ask me what lipstick was I wearing because she loved it! Now THAT is a testimonial ( and I love MAC lipsticks too!)

Gorge, lovely, slightly golden shimmer on top of a dark, purpley halfwway burgundy red. Love the color, great amount of pigment and well, I'm not a tingle maniac so I can't say I love the tingle (though it is cooling) but I definitely see and feel slightly fuller (but off course, fades soon).
