I have very thick (but very silky.. weird i know) layered dyed blonde hair. It used to be waist length, but i went through a rough time and started snapping the ends off the layers and pulling it (NEVER DO THIS). Lets just say that ruined it. I sorted my life out, and I don't pull the dead ends off now but my hair needs some TLC to get back to where it was! It's growing slowly but i've damaged it by pulling it so much :( The top is greasy after 1 day and the ends are curly, crispy and frizzy.. (how sexy!)

I've tried all sorts of hair masks- £1 boots own ones (the coconut and almond one is really good actually). Really expensive £30 shu umuera ones (nothing to write home about at £30) and this is honestly my favourite. My hair is now getting longer and is so sleek and silky!!!

I use this at a weekend when I have time to spare- I shampoo my hair twice, wring it out and get it almost dry, then i slather this stuff on- Its so rich i don'r need a lot and i do have thick and rather long hair.. Then i shove a shower cap on it and go to watch a few episodes of bones... after 2 hours I wash it out and my hair is completely reformed!!

I picked this up on 3 for 2 at boots, and using it with the over night repair serum in the same brand, and redkens anti snap leave in treatment my hair is growing like no ones business. I highly recommend for thirsty hair!

This product is great, It works really well and makes my hair look healthy again after abuse from hair straighteners, curlers and colours. My hair was brittle, knotty and NOTHING was fixing it until I invested in this little product.

The only downfall for me was the tub. When you are in the shower and have wet hands, its not the easiest thing to unscrew. I think it would be so much better in, either, a squirty pumpy bottle or a tube simular to the shampoo and conditioners.

Other than that, I think it was marvelous!

I accidently burned my hair with an iron and this product saved them after 1 use. Fantastic! Hair feels soft, not freazy, shiny and still has volume. The smell is ok, rather generic. Overall hair feels and looks like straight from the salon!

I love this stuff! Perfect for parched and brittle hair, I particularly use this when I'm too lazy (or too skint) to go the hairdresser... It smells lovely, consistency is perfect, and my hair feels soooooo soft afterwards! Worth every cent!

You can buy this treatment in a small sachet to try, or fully commit to a tub. It's not expensive and widely available (in the UK at least)

This is a nice little treatment/conditioner from John Frieda. I use it as a treatment by squeezing out excess water from my hair and applying it for 15mins. It leaves my hair soft and smooth. I alternate it with John Frieda's Blonde Hair Repair treatment. I think this conditioner works better to moisturise however my only concern is that it doesn't do much for my blonde hair colour.

I like to repurchase when I run out of my more expensive hair treatments and don't have the money to splurge.

Have tried a lot of deep conditioners and masks over the years but this is far and away the best - even better than expensive jars I have purchased from the salon. No comparison whatsoever.

My hair's suffered a bit recently. Too much colour and too much frying with the hair straighteners had left some of it really very parched and unmanageable.

I've found the most effective way to get a really deep treatment is to apply, then pop on a shower cap or towel and wait around 20-30 mins (if I have time). My hair then feels TOTALLY different. Smooth, soft and easy to style.

I started buying the sachets for an occasional treatment, but found it so good, I now buy the jar as it works out much cheaper. And it's still only around £5.50.

fantasticly magical stuff. really good if your hairs feeling a bit fried. Makes your hair super smooth and soft. Bit pricey but It is quite a thick consistency so a little does go a long way even on my long hair.I use this as a weekly treat for my hair, before i go out and will always get compliments if i've used this. Have recomended to all my friends.

This product does wonders for my hair. I had people ask me if I went to the hairdresser because my hair looked so great. It makes my hair sooooooooooooo soft and easy to comb that it's my HG when it comes to hairmasks. I tried several of them and none had this result and the biggest plus: it just takes 1 minute to leave in.

The only neg. is the price which is around 9 or 10 euro's but it's worth it, I promise.

I think this deep conditioner is very good. I have bought it intermittently over the past few years but following a recent (unwanted) hair cut because of overprocessed hair, I decided to use this 1-2 times per week to prevent my hair getting in the condition that it did before! It leaves me hair soft and shiny, although I only leave it on for 1-2 minutes while I am showering, rather than 30 minutes or so as intensive treatment. I also use this on my little girls hair - she is mixed race and has very curly (spirally) hair which is also very fine, and it works a treat on her hair, leaving it soft with defined curls. My only gripe is that I find it quite runny, and would prefer it be a thicker type 'cream'.

I just had to write and tell everyone about this - this was the one of the best things I have ever put on my hair. My hair was so overprocessed it was ridiculous - years of highlighting / bleaching, followed by a couple of permanent blacks, followed by bleach bathing that out and then an all over bleach after that. I was the convinved the only thing I could use were very expensive salon brands, and they did quite well, but I still got sections of frizz that just reflected (and looked like) fried hair. I got a sachet of this as a trial, and I did leave it on in t he bath for a good hour, but it is the ONLY conditioner that has left my hair soft, shiney and with no frizz at all.

I am off to buy a tub of it and if anyone is really struggling with totally fried hair I say give this a go pronto.

I have no criticisms of it at all (although I only had a sachet so I don't know what the normal packaging is like and I wonder if it might be too heavy for some people if their hair isn't as wrecked as mine). Highly recommended.

this product did wonders for my hair. True John Frieda products are expensive, but for the magic that it does to your hair, it is worth every dollar. I found that if you put it in your hair and then go under a hot dryer, it workers even better when you wash it out and style it. I would recommend this product to anybody.

I buy the single-use packets of this whenever my hair is feeling dry or overprocessed. I leave it on for five to ten minutes and am always pleased with the result- silky hair that looks and feels soft. Overall, it's a very reasonably priced deep conditioner that's well worth the cost.

I got a sample of this and it's nothing special. I would never spend my own money on it. It smells awful and it makes my hair feel just okay. Ordinary conditioner makes it much softer than this does.

I was very surprised how well this product worked. Since it did I bought a lot of other frieda products. Why spend tons when you can spend less and have it work!

I really like this stuff. I used it last week and left it one for 5 minutes. My hair was softer and looked better. Today I left it in for about 10 minutes and my hair was so soft and bouncy. It didn't weigh it down or anything. It looks alot healthier to.

I bought the travel size pack to give my hair a little extra something. My hair is extremely damaged, and im using the L'Oreal intense repair mask(which i LOVE), and decided to pick this up as an extra. While it DID make my hair super super soft, and a bit shinier, i couldnt help wondering whether this was help to my hair AND coating, or wether th whole thing was just because my hair is SUPER coated by this.

It didn't do anything for my hair. (in fact, I think that my ordinary Pantene conditioner is way better) The smell is nasty ....what a rip off! You can find a conditioner that is richer with a fraction of price!
