I love that there are 2 sizes in the box, and that they heat up so fast, but the heated clips are a pain and ruin the curls and volume every time.
The heated clips always leave a terrible crimp at the top of my hair no matter what I do. The combination of their weight, the sharp edge and the heated plates sets in the crimp which makes it impossible to get out without starting over. It is SO frustrating.
I have considered finding replacement clips, but it would almost be cheaper to just buy a different set instead.

Although these rollers are made well, and I love the velvety feel of them, I've been having problems with the clips. Where the edge of the clip touches my hair (near the scalp) leaves a huge crease in my hair when I take them out. Anyone else have this problem?

Love these! My hari is finally long enough to use these and get that awesome Pin-up look! I received these as a gift, and at first I was a little nervous about using them because of the heated clips. However, the heated clips mixed with the smooth velvet material on the rollers make my hair AMAZINGLY soft. These are by far the best rollers I have ever used. The clips hold the hair in place perfectly, so you can move about the house and get whatever else done you need to get done. I for one roll my hair first thing in the morning, eat breakfast and then apply make-up. Then all I have to do is unroll spray pin and go! Such a classic look! For less than 40 bucks, you can't go wrong!
