The formula of this lotion is amazing. It leaves my dry, irritated skin soft and calm. The softness is long lasting and it helps keep my skin itch-free. I also love that it doesn't contain mineral oil or petrolatum, which make me itch. BUT...I absolutely hate the scent. I tried to live with it for a couple weeks because I love the formula so much, but I just can't use it. It should have a natural fragrance, but instead it's harsh and smells like cheap perfume. I had to wait quite a while to get dressed because the scent would stick to my clothes and drive me nuts. Even on bare skin it lasts most of the day. Such a bummer!!! If they changed the fragrance I'd buy it by the case!

My sister received this free from the company and kindly gave it to me. I've been using it for a while now and I'm very pleased with it.

I use it every time I have a shower, and it leaves my skin sooo soft. I'm such a moisturizing fiend! I can't stand having scaly, dry skin. Eugh. Also the scent is very inoffensive and doesn't linger - I don't want my lotions to clash with the perfume I'm wearing that day. It's simply fresh smelling.

The only thing I'm not too chuffed about is that it does take some time to fully absorb. I might switch lotions in winter because of this. Who wants to stand around naked in a chilly room waiting for it to sink in? Not me!

Apart from that I really enjoy this particular Jergens lotion. It works and the price is reasonable. That's pretty good in my book so I'd probably buy this product again at some point, but I do like to dabble with different brands, so we'll see!

I hate this. Compared to other lotions, this takes forever to sink into the skin and yet it's not even that moisturizing. Not buying this again.

When I ran out of Beauty Without Cruelty's unscented lotion (and needed something a bit thicker for the upcoming winter months) I decided to grab this. It isn't tested on animals, is mostly all-natural and is readily available in many stores. The price was also right. I have to say I am surprised by some of the reviews below. I find this lotion to be VERY lightly scented, with no scent lingering after application. It is also fairly moisturizing and sinks quickly into the skin. I'd imagine if you got very dry, scaly winter skin you might need something thicker, but I have pretty dry skin on my legs and feet all year round and I find this to be close to perfect. For me, the true test of a lotion is if it soothes my legs after shaving and does not cause additional itchiness or inflame any bumps or nicks I might get. This passes the test with flying colors and I will continue to buy this lotion.

What a fantastic body lotion!! The skin on my legs gets always really itchy and flaky over the winter fom wearing the tights and cold weather, no matter how well I moisturise. Well, this winter was the first it didn't happen, thanks to Jergens product. I absolutely love it, and with such a low price, it's a winner. The smell is a bit too strong and plastic, though.

Smells fab, light texture, leaves my skin soft and smooth all day. I have quite dry skin on limbs, but this really does this trick. I sometimes use Palmers Cocoa Butter on arms and legs - this works just as well, but has a much lighter feel. Love it!

I bought this Jergens naturals lotion except in different scent (nourishing-mangosteen/acai berry). I was iffy about it at the store because of its floral scent but I dished out about 6 dollars anyway cause my boyfriend said it seemed fine after I asked him twice...I regret buying this and throwing out my receipt now.
Within a week this lotion BROKE MY SKIN OUT. Most of them are itchy red spotting and a few actually are raised bumps that hurt like pimples.
I wanted to moisturize my dry/senstive skin but I should've known better to stay away from products like this. This is the first and only Jergens lotion that made my skin react this way so I'm honestly surprised of its poor quality.
SO I recommend those of you with sensitive skin to stay away from this lotion!! Despite the quantity you get for such an affordable price...it left me disappointed...I wish I knew how to treat my itchy spots now. It flares up so badly after showers =(

This is a light moisturizer, I would not recommend if you have very dry skin. But this product is great during the summer months when I don't want anything heavy. It provides just the right amount of moisture without the greasy feel. The scent is nice and not too strong. It's 92% natural which it nice too :)

bought this on a whim when i couldn't find aveeno and was in a hurry. first thing i noticed is the super floral perfume. my husband hated it. he said i smelled like a grandma and it was giving him a headache. lotion works fine. the scent is way too strong and way too much like cheap perfume. my husband refused to use it and made me give it away to a friend. on the plus side, he bought me a really big bottle of aveeno a few days later.

This is a nice body lotion with a soft floral fragrance that I found to be pleasant and pretty inoffensive. However, this lotion didn't "wow" me. It does the job, but it didn't do anything amazing for my skin. And although the fragrance didn't particularly bother me, I prefer fragrance-free skincare products.

I bought this lotion because I was interested in using a natural moisturizer for all over my body. It was disappointing for me, though, because I didn't feel like it hydrated my skin well at all. It's a little on the watery side even for a lotion. I will probably use this up, but I will not be repurchasing.

Read the ingredients list very carefully and it looked promising. Burns, makes me itchy and then I broke out in hives.

The lotion itself isn't bad - I guess it moisturizes ok and doesn't leave my skin super greasy. However, the scent is overwhelming!! It's not a particularly bad smell, but it LINGERS forever. Like, until your next shower. I hate that. I put it on before bed and after one night, all my sheets smelled like it. I won't be buying this again; I'm sticking to Lubriderm, which is so much milder!

The packaging is stylish, the product itself is light on the moisture side, but I can not stand the scent! It's like a very strong floral-yet-fresh scent. It's probably the agave. If you're into that scent, you will love this lotion.

I received a free bottle of this from Jergens, and I wasn't very impressed. I have never been a huge Jergens fan, but after falling in love with the shea butter moisturizer I thought maybe they were making better products now. This lotion did not help my opinion of them. First off, it's extremely difficult for me to rub in. I do like the smell, but it's not enough to distract me from the application. Second, it is SO sticky on me. I put it on before bed and I was still sticky in the morning! Plus it did not make me feel smooth or help my itchy dry winter legs. I am glad I did not shell out $7+ on this poorly formulated watery junk!

I've been using Aveeno daily moisturizing forever as my HG of body moisturizers. I was tired of always putting dimethicone on my skin, and always wanted to switch to something natural. The few all natural body lotions I've tried had problems with being too oily, too drying, or just not moisturizing at all. I've even resorted to just putting olive oil on my skin but that doesn't work to well if you need to get dressed right away aftewards. This is the closest thing I've found to an almost all natural body lotion that does everything that I loved about Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion did for me... the ultra smooth skin, the fast absorbing without being drying, etc. The smell is devine. I absolutely LOVE the scent! It's perfect! Overall, the best moisturizer I have found to date that's as close as possible to being all natural.

I received several samples of these new lotions, and tried this one first. It's very light and it has a faint smell that fades quickly. It absorbs well, though it's not as hydrating as I thought it would be. Some of the ingredients on the list are decent, but there are still quite a few chemicals in here. I did some research, and quite of few of the ingredients are know irritants, and the DMDM hydantoin actually releases formaldehyde. I filled out a form at cosmetic data base & this lotion only got a rating of 6 (moderate hazard rating; 0-2 being the best with the least amount of chemicals, 10 being the worst) You can go to cosmeticdatabase yourself to get accurate rating of which products truely are low in chemicals and which are only pretending to be. Gotta hand it to Jergens for the great advertising; they have people believing this is safe and natural when it's safety rating is actually pretty poor.
