For the price, it's an ok product but I wouldn't repurchase it, and I wouldn't pay more than what I paid for it. At first, the tip is nice and all, but after a while, it get soft and the ink doesn't flow nicely anymore. It gets the job done at first but I will not repurchase.

This eyeliner is complete garbage. I was only able to get one pathetic use out of it. The felt tip is not sharp or precise. The ink is very faint and comes out only when it feels like it. The pen must be stored upright to get any ink flow, which is very inconvenient when traveling. It claims it is water proof but it rubs off very easily. Overall, you'd get better and consistent quality if you buy an actual office marker. 0 stars.

These dry out so fast it's not even funny!! I wish elf would come out with a waterproof traditional liquid liner & forget these pen contraptions coz even thou I store the pens tip down (gravity helps keep the ink flowing), always tightly capped when not in use n I've had 3 or 4 of them it's not that i got just 1 dud; its a good idea terribly executed all wrong. Elf would sell so much eyeliner if they made one with the traditional little brush but waterproof! I don't know why their only waterproof liners are in pen form it suxxxx these are marginally waterproof but I can't handle them drying out at an alarmingly fast rate. But if ur having trouble doing wings try this one that's how I finally made a wing break thru & perfected by wing technique. I suggest practicing w it til it dries up then if u still want a pen get Kat Von D "Trooper" from sephora coz it's a lot more waterproof & lasts at least 3-4 months when kept tip down capped tight when not in use. I will not be repurchasing this! I've got 2 KvD "Trooper" eyeliners already & a million liquids MUFE, DS brands, inglot 77 gel etc but elf rarely disappoints me but this isn't good at all!!

at first this was almost, dried out? but after continual use it got REALLY good. this is honestly the best eyeliner cat eye pen I've used. I haven't used the expensive ones, but you cannot beat the price tag on this thing! it was like $2.00 at most.

re-editing this, I LOVE this eyeliner so much. it creates the perfect cat eye, I just love it!

This liner is terrible. I bought it literally last night and couldn't get through one application today with any th ing nice to say about it. which is a total shame because I love a lot of other elf products. The pen drags on the eyelid, it smears and spreads with application, and I literally couldn't make it through lining both eyes with this, had to pull out my Maybelline line stiletto and cover it and fix it.

Have such a nice dark pigmented line and the point is super sharp cut but very soft and is very thin to store anywhere, however I used mine about 2 times and it already dried up I can prosit squeeeeeeeeze about 2 more uses but that's probably all, I was really disappointed with this because i love elf. I would recommend the nyc felt tip liner

I have the one in the white packaging...Im not sure if they are different or not but otherwise it looks exactly like this one. It only cost $2 and I think that it works really well!! Offers very dark black lines and its super easy to use and it doesnt smudge or come off through out the day. The tip comes to a very sharp point which is appreciated.

I keep this in my purse for touch ups if I need them.

Tip: At first I had trouble with the product skipping over my lid and not getting a solid line. You really have to apply your liner in dash marks for this to create a solid straight line, otherwise it works great! Also be sure you push the lid on all the way so the product doesnt dry out. Ive had mine 2 weeks now and it still works perfectly.

I just recently started using this eyeliner, and it definitely isn't as great as their other liquid liner. This product offers great control, and goes on highly pigmented. When I swatched it on my hand, it lasted without fading for at least 8 hours! However, I have greasy eyelids. So when applied to my face, the eyeliner looked streaky and faded after a full day at school. I would suggest this product to someone with dry if regular skin, but certainly not someone with oily skin.

I got this in Coffee. The pigmentation is nice, very pretty color, but it has no staying power. "Waterproof" is definitely false advertising here--it virtually disappeared within an hour of wear (especially on my waterline) and all I was doing was sitting around on the computer at home. I was expecting more endurance from a liquid liner. It was also sort of tricky to apply--I had to apply several coats and even then it looked uneven. At least it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, but to all readers: I wouldn't waste my money on this.

I bought this three times and they all dried out like within a week and I stored them tip down like you're supposed to. I got black twice and brown once and they all dried up super fast.
