i dont know why this deodorant didnt get much review...this is the ONLY deodorant that i use and i will never look back! My experience with normal deodorant are not good, im kind of person that sweat a lot in armpit, even under the air condition..the normal scent deodorant cant stop my sweat...and it create yellow stain on my cloth, ruin all my favorite cloth, the worst thing is when sweat odor mix with deodorant scent...then i move to the crystal salt which some people recommend it...it does reduce but not remove the odor, i still can smell it somehow, but the problem with salt crystal is, it can stop sweating, and hard to use...
When i saw this deodorant in drug store, the price is insane for that small bottle deodorant...and i decide to give it a try. I apply it on my dry clean armpits after evening shower...the texture a bit watering, feel like i use too much..no scent which is good thing...and wait till it completely dry (take a bit longer than normal deodorant). Honestly, i dont like how it feel on my armpit, i feel like it a bit to hash for skin, i feel a bit itchy and uncomfortable, after it dry i apply some talc on it, and go to sleep. The next morning i shower normally, just put some talc on my armpits and go to work...the result is amazing, not sweat, even after i walk around 2km under the sun to my working place...i did try the next day on my morning run...sweat all over my body but not my armpit..
My advice of using this deodorant:
1. Put some talc after it dry so u can feel more comfortable when u sleep.
2. If u plan to shave ur armpit, pick a day that u wont mind sweating and without using deodorant. u dont want to try this deodorant under fresh-shave armpit...trust me.
3. if the 2nd night using it and feel too hash.. try to make it once per 2 night...u dont have to use it every night..
if u sweat a lot...i highly recommend this to u! no regret!

TLDR: This is expensive, but boy does it ever work.
The issue: I'm the type of person who takes a shower, gets ready, and by the time I leave the house my underarms are already sweaty. Not stinky sweaty, but just Niagara Falls. It made a difference in my everyday life because I was embarrassed to wear the shirts I wanted and do simple things like raise my hand in class.
I purchased this on a whim about 1.5 years ago, and it works just as well now as it did that first application. I use it once or twice a week, and I no longer have sweat marks on my shirts.
Your armpits won't be completely dry forever, they'll get a little bit moist but a NATURAL moist. Not enough to leave a mark in your shirt, but not little enough where you feel the need to put moisturizer on. I honestly can't imagine a more perfect pit situation.
I've suggested this product to 10 family/friends since I started using it, and not a single one has felt that the product didn't work. All satisfied individuals. I like to think I'm making the world a better less sweaty place...
BE CAREFUL: Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this product if you've shaved/waxed/epilated/etc that day. It'll burn/itch and cause a generally terrible sleep with the discomfort. I use an epilator and find the earliest time I can apply is the next night.

I cannot explain what a relief it is to have found this product. I have tried them all. Not only have I spent a ton of money on antiperspirants, I have also wasted hundreds of dollars on tops. Often, I have to throw a shirt out after one wear because of stains and odour that just will not come out. After only one application of Perspirex, I was no longer sweating. Now, I will not lie, this achievement does not come without some pain or, rather, annoying discomfort. I did exactly what the instructions advised: underarms are to remain unshaven for 48 hours, skin must be clean and very dry and the product must be allowed to dry before putting arms down. Also, application is to be done at night before bed. At first, I felt a tingling sensation then it progressed to a full blown itchiness. All I wanted to do was scratch my underarms off but the box warns not to touch the area - - and, so, I do not. After about an hour, these symptoms wane and I am able to fall asleep - - albeit, a broken night sleep. The next morning, the Perspirex is washed off with soap and water. I even apply a scented antiperspirant for the day. My underarms are slightly red that morning and slightly itchy but not uncomfortable. The directions are to use it once daily for a week and once every two days for two weeks if you have sensitive skin. I have actually used it once every three days so as not to irritate my skin and it still works brilliantly. It's been 15 years since I have been able to wear coloured shirts with confidence ~ normally, my wardrobe consists of one colour...black. I can also raise my arms in public without embarrassment. Although this product does cause me some discomfort on the night of application, it most certainly makes up for it in efficacy. I can honestly say that this is the best product I have ever laid my hands on. I am so happy and relieved to have found something to cure this embarrassing problem. Thank you Perspirex!!

I bought this for $20 at Shoppers in Canada. Although $20 is pricey for antiperspirant, this is no ordinary antiperspirant, and I would pay $50 for this product, and I've only used it once.
I sweat from my underarms a lot! Even if I am not hot, and just sitting there I will be drenched. I used this last night, rolled it onto my dry armpits twice up and twice down, then I laid in bed with my arms up for a few minutes while it dried, then went to sleep. In the morning I washed it off in the shower, like it says to.
Today (2 pm right now and I've out and about since 7 am) my t-shirt is completely dry, and my under arms are dry as a bone. WOW!
I have used the Secret "Clinical Strength" antiperspirant and it really wasn't all that better than a regular one, such a waste of money. If you want something that actually works, you've gotta give this a try.
I recommend this product 100% so happy I found it!

I absolutely cannot live without Perspirex! I used to sweat like crazy from my armpits. I hated getting the sweat stains on my shirts (even in the winter), it was so embarrassing! It would also smell pretty bad. So the humiliation was definitely the worst part. I was afraid of raising my hand in class or something because I didn't want my stains to be seen. I would cover them with more layers of clothing, but then it got so much hotter and it just made things really uncomfortable.
My dermatologist recommended this product. It's so easy to use: put it on at night and let it dry for a little bit, and just sleep in it. In the morning, wash it off in the shower, just with water and soap! You'll notice a difference right on the first use. Once you get the desired effect after a few days of usage (you notice that there's no more unnecessary sweating), start using it only every other day. After a while, your skin will get so used to it, that you'll only have to use it like one or two times a week! It's up to you :)
Girls (and guys), you don't have to live with sweaty armpits anymore! Try Perspirex, I promise it will work!
P.S.: I am pretty sure you can use it on other parts of your body, like your hands, feet, etc.. But you better get informed first :)

I have been alternating between secret waterproof clinical strength antiperspirant and certain-dri. They have both worked well but very drying and can't last more than 2 days without.
I'll post back in week as I want to compare between the products.
Thanks!

UPDATE!
Ok, so I have used this product more than a few times and the past few weeks.
I don't like the fact it feels sticky after application, but I think it does have a better lasting power than secret clinical and possibly certain-dri. I think I like this product. I was contemplated botox treatments, but I am too afraid of needles and the possible side effects. I think Persiperex is the next best thing and will continue to use it.
A note on the pain factor when applying it wet or after freshly shaved skin: it did sting the first time. However, I just make sure to apply it, and shave the next day. Also, I noticed the pain isn't much different than the one you experience after applying Certain-dri. So this pain, once you are used to it, honestly I did not feel any pain after the first application. However, I also ensured to dry the skin completely by wiping with a towel (I apply this 10 min after getting out of the shower). Then I used the concentrator head on my 1874 watt blow dryer in cool setting to dry it for about 20 seconds per side.
The drying effect will last at least 2 days. I haven't tried going without for more than 3 days because I don't want to run into sweating accidents.
I also use it on my hands and feet. While it does not dry my hands out completely like underarms, it does help a bit.
Therefore, I think I will re-purchase this product (on sale) as it is effective. If a new product comes out and it is more effective than this, I will give that a try too.
I think Perspirex is made in Denmark? Anyways, good luck ladies!
Hope my review helped a bit.

I never had an issue with underarm sweat but my backsweat was ABNORMAL. It was getting really bad. I mean it's one thing to be sweating while bike riding but it was getting extreme when I would come into work after walking 1 block from the subway and my entire back would be soaked, and this was even before summer started! I had to wear sweaters or certain clothes and it was just making my life difficult.
I was desperate so I decided to try PerspireX. It wasn't too expensive. Yes it did sting at first REALLY badly. Less so the more I use it but I don't know if that's because I've gotten used to it. When applying I sit in front of a cool fan so that my back is dry and then I sit with it on and I think maybe the cool air blowing on my back lessens the sting. Then I wash it off in the morning and go about my day.
So far I've been using it for 2 weeks and I have noticed a HUGE difference. I am not worried about sitting at work with a soaking wet shirt on. I haven't tried it on any other areas other than my back but from what I've experienced, it's really helped me. Obviously while exercising I still sweat but that's expected, I was just needing something to block out the problems during a day when I wasn't doing too much to warrant all the sweat.
I'll definitely keep using it.

Oh my God, I just had to write a review for this! I see only 2 reviews so far... I wonder why, this product is.. AMAZING!!! I have been trying so many brands of deodorants - Secret (my mom loves it even if she still sweats.. ha, I wonder why she doesnt want to try this magic stuff that REALLY helps), Lady Sped Stick, Crystals, Rexona, Garnier.. you name it and I probably tried it). Nothing worked for me more or less... I was still sweating on hot days, when nervous, etc. Then about a year (or more) ago I saw a comercial about PerspireX and decided to give it a try. It costs $19 (expensive compared to regular deodorants but worthy) but I bought it anyways as Shoppers in Canada has pretty good return policy. You are supposed to use this on clean, dry, unbroken skin only (that is important!) at night, before bed. Wait until it dries completely and go to bed. In the morning you are supposed to wash it off but it feels sticky and weird if I try to do that so I just leave it on. And... well, this is unbelievable but TRUE, I am not sweating at all for like 3-4 days. I was very impressed and so happy I found something that actually really works! Do not use this after shaving/waxing for about 2-3 days, otherwise it really stings and you may get irritation (happens to me sometimes so I try to use it day b4 waxing). The bottle is small and nice (25ml) but it lasts long, about a year maybe (at least for me). I finished mine while living in US.. and what a nightmare it was to look for it. I was sweating again, tried to use Secret, no help. I don't know if they sell this in US, at least I didnt find. Then I moved back to Canada and voilaaa... I bought it and I'm so happy - no more sweating! This is my HG and I would keep buying it even if its $40 or more, its totally worth it! I was so scared its doscontinued when I couldnt find it in US.

I absolutly LOVE this stuff. Since I started high school, I had a problem with excessive sweating and B.O...now at 17 years old, I no longer have that problem.
I had tried everything to try and combat my B.O...my dad told me to rub limes on my armpits as it kills bacteria, but that didn't work. My mum brought me about 10000 truckloads of deodorants that never helped. I'd pretty much given up hope. But one day my sister picked this up for me and told me to give it a try.
It's pretty pricey (just under £7 or something) and the bottle is REALLY small but seeing as you only use it 2-3 nights a week, it'll last a good while. I apply at night time after my shower, just before going to bed. Make sure you only use it 2-3 times a week otherwise it may irritate the skin on your armpits. Anyway, when I wake up in the morning I then wash it off in the shower like you're supposed to.
After just ONE usage...I noticed a huge difference. I usually sweat like a pig on crack but since using this, I don't sweat as much, and best of all...NO B.O! For over 7 years I've been battling with it, and now it's gone. Seriously, all you hardcore sweaters should try this out. It really does work.

I can't believe there isn't a product review on this! I am a hardcore sweater. I mean giant stains under my arms after just an hour of wearing a shirt. I used to wear only black shirts because of this, until I tried PerspireX. It's about $20.00 CDN at Shopper's Drug Mart.
It comes in a little container with 25ml of product and is applied with the roller ball at the top of the container. It's pretty small and compact but it lasts a very long time (for me, about a year!).
You're only supposed to apply it at night because that's when it does it's magic. Before you go to bed, put on a tank top and apply the product under your arms and lie there for a few minutes and wait for it to dry. It's in liquid form, so be patient, but it totally works. The downside is that it smells strongly of alcohol, but it goes away and you can just apply perfume or your regular deodorant when you get dressed the next morning.
I DO NOT recommend applying this right after you shave your armpits because it will hurt so bad. Like applying alcohol on a wound. I apply it at night then shave the next morning. It CAN itch, but try to ignore it because if you scratch while the product is still wet, you'll rub it off and it won't work.
The great thing about this product is that you only have to apply it once or twice a week, depending on how hard you sweat. For me, it usually lasts about 3 or 4 days. The results are phenomenal. It could be the hottest day in summer and my shirts stay perfectly dry. I don't know what I would do without this product. And it saved me an embarrassing trip to the doctor and costly injections.
All you hardcore sweaters out there go buy PerspireX!
