Just an average product. It would have been better if it's cheaper.

I got this as GWP of my daughter's Tresemme shampoo from Guardian. I use this in the shower with no much expectation but I was impressed. My body does not tolerate scrub well so I am careful not to rub much. The product is quite waxy but it melts fast in my hands. It feels like any body wash/scrub in the shower but after shower I noticed that my skin was truly silky- I only feel this silky feeling when I use L'Occitane Amade Milk Concentrate, the only diff is St. Ives body scrub silky effect lasts for 24hrs. (Yes I shower once a day only).
This is the real deal. I will be ditching my L'Occitane Amade Shower Oil for this.

I do like this product. I apply it before I shower, when I am dry. I add water to my hands when it gets hard to rub in, because it is pretty thick and dry but I don't want to add water to that tub. I wish there was a better method of delivery for this than the pot it is in. I store this under my sink, not the shower because I want to keep water out of it. It rinses off smoothly and does a nice job buffing (fine grains) and brings some color to your skin. It is cheap! $6 or so at my Drug Emporium. I had a tub last me about 6 months. I do like how it suds up a bit when you wash it off in the shower!

I'm currently on my 2nd tub and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone! The scent is light, clean, and refreshing. The scrub itself is sugar-based so there's no danger of over-exfoliating and it rinses off without leaving any greasy residue behind. Makes skin soft and smooth and faintly, but very pleasantly, scented. I wish it came in a tube instead of a tub though, since it can be hard to finagle the jar open and scoop out the product when everything is wet in the shower. Also, I can't seem to find this at drugstores?? Both times I happened to come across it at TJ Maxx/ Ross and snagged it for about $3, so I'm wondering if it has been discontinued... such a shame if it is... I would continue to buy it even at the $7-8 price tag. It's wonderful stuff! I've spent $17+ tax on Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush scrub and I have to admit, I like the St. Ives polish better by far.

I found this along with the other 2 versions on sale.I got this instead of the Oatmeal or the Collagen ones because this has a refreshing scent.
I was expecting it to be like the Apricot Scrubs but surprisingly it is much gentler than i thought. Unlike those salt scrubs which can feel really harsh, this one is sugar based. I really love this so much i went out and bought the matching body wash.
2 thumbs up for Mineral Theraphy ;-)

This stuff is great! Its perfect. Not a harsh greasy salt scrub, that makes a mess in the tub or shower. It is just moisturizing enough and suds up just the right amount. It reminds me of my all time fav. that is discontinued, Scrub me tender. Only this stuff is better. I use it on my legs, rub it in until the crystals melt then use the left over suds on my legs to shave. My legs are amazingly smooth. Also the fact that the scrub is sugar based, means no left over grit which I hate!!! I can't stand the apricot shell scrub just for that reason. Plus the sugar scrub is very gental, I use it everywhere except my face. Highly recommend this!

This product is the best and so cheap. It's really hard to find a body scrub that actually does it claims. The scrub smells really nice and it leaves the skin silky smooth and ready for moisturer. The tub is annoying but not sure how you put package it as it's too thick to go in a tube. I buy two pots at a time when this stuff when on special. I'm paranoid that it's going to be discontinued as so many of my favs are...

I LOVE this stuff!!! It is the best scrub I have had. It doesn't leave me greasy or waxy, just smooth and moisturized. It is not too harsh like some of the other scrubs. It holds up long enough to actually work before it is down the drain like other exfoliating products I have tried before. It has a paste-like consistency. The tub it comes in is a little bit inconvenient, but I take care not to get too much residual water into it. I definitely recommend this scrub. At $7, it lasts me a long time (I use 1-2x a week only) and is a great deal. I make sure to use it before we head out to the lake and I get browner more easily. I am very fair.

Love this! Nice texture. At first it seems like it could be a little dry, but once you start massaging it into moistened skin it feels wonderful! I started using this just when my salt based shea butter scrub ran out and I definitely prefer the St. Ives body polish with its sugar crystals - it dissolves better, yet not too soon.
I didn't find the smell too bad, and it didn't linger, which is great. (I agree with the other reviewers: packaging sucks)
The bottom line: this scrub does the job, and at such a good price too.

I've had this for about two months (and it's almost gone) and it's a good affordable body scrub for the tub/shower. Good exfoliation without the scrubby bits being too hard or large or uneven, the base leaves you feeling nice and moisturized. The packaging kind of sucks but I'm really not sure what they could do differently--this is a very dense product and it wouldn't work in a tube or anything like that. Like others have said, it might seem like it is dried out, but it's just very tightly packed and doesn't have a lot of water in it. I usually pry a small ball out with the handle end of my razor (I have one of those intuitions so the handle is spoon shaped, heh), work it in hands with a bit of water and then scrub. I use it on feet, calves, and shoulders/upper chest. Will definitely repurchase (soon).

This is a great product! I've always wanted a exfoliating body scrub, I wasn't too crazy about the smell at first but I got used to it. It really does take away all the dead skin cells, my skin is like super smooth afterwards! The only thing I have the problem with is the packaging, I don't like how you have you dig in there in order to get the soap. I really recommend this to any one!

I bought this today because I liked the packaging. At first when I got it home I thought it might have dried out - it doesn't have the usual creamy/liquid texture. It's almost like a slightly wet lump of sugar. But when you massage this product in it transforms into a creamy lather with small scrub grains. I though they might be a bit mild but they really do smooth the skin. My feet were incredibly silky and still feel all nice now 8 hours later under my desk on the carpet. This is one to try and preforms like a much more expensive product. One thing I don't like is the fragrance, but that disappears pretty quickly.

I found this stuff maybe two weeks ago since there was a big sign on the shelf at Walgreens about a free matching bodywash with this purchase. How could I resist?
The texture of this stuff is so different from what I was expecting. It's not like the apricot face scrub at all. Instead it's a much, much thicker (basically solid) creamy-white base with sugar and other scrubbies suspended in it. You could literally make sculptures out of it. I love that I can grab a handful and begin the body scrubbing process and it doesn't all immediately melt through my fingers. I can hold onto the wad and smear it all over so it doesn't end up on the shower floor until it's actually done it's work. No greasy feeling afterward, just nice and soft skin. I'm not crazy about the smell, but at least it's not too gross. (The bodywash smells even stronger.)
This isn't my favorite scrub, but it's a good one.

Oh god! I love this stuff. I have fairly dry skin & it tends to be dryer in the the winter. I don't care for the tub but that's okay. I liked the fact it doesn't contain cones & isn't the scratchy type of scrub. Will def buy again.

Found this new scrub at Walgreens for $7 and chose this one over the new Oatmeal Shea version 'cuz I liked the idea of "smoothing". Comes in a tub plastic jar with screw on lid. Don't like screw on lids in the shower, or tubs because water from the shower gets in there, diluting it. The scrub itself is a super thick paste. Its almost like playdoh. But it liquifies when it hits your skin, and foams up a bit which is really nice. The scrubbies are very mild (not a lot per square inch) and soft (read not scratchy). They're made up of sugar and walnut powder so they dissolve pretty fast. I usually like stronger scrubbies (like Origins Spice Odyssey) so at first I was disappointed. But I continued to rub it in, and was amazed at how really smooth my skin felt! And totally moisturized without any kind of film, oily or waxiness left behind at all. Just super soft skin! My skin is pretty dry about this time of year and I use lotion like theres no tomorrow, but with this i felt I barely needed any afterwards. The scent is a soft, non-offensive floral that is very mild and doesn't linger. I would definitely buy this one again.
