Huge disappointment. There are way too few granules for this to even do anything. It didn't make my lips feel softer at all. If anything, it dried my lips out. $18 for .75 fl oz is definitely too expensive - especially for a product that doesn't do what it is designed to do! That's more than twice as expensive as the Lush lip scrubs! I'm just going to make my own homemade lip scrub from now on.

Found this while looking for a lip scrub. Comes in a small tube for almost $20. Thought the product was going to be thicker but it is kind of slippery. Does make my lips a little softer. I do love the smell, it smells like peppermint. I feel like this is an ok product for a lip scrub. Might work better if used everyday. Will only continue to use if I can not find any other scrub that I like better.

I initially got this in a kit, but I have since repurchased a 2nd tube. It is expensive, but it lasts a long time. Sweet and minty, it works on removing the dead skin on my lips during the winter months. I wash it off after the exfoliation using my cleanser.
Edit: I've found Lush's lip scrub as my HG!

My lips are usually quite chapped and peeling. Its especially bad in the harsh Canadian winters. I thought using medicated lip balm 24/7 would be enough but it made my lips drier after it wore off, spawning more applications.
I came across this lip scrub for $22 CAD which is quite pricey for a little tube but I was desperate. It took a few uses and lots of scrubbing to get my lips looking good. Leaves your lips smooth but you will need to still use a balm afterward to seal in moisture.
The only reason why I would not buy again is purely the price. The lip scrub is made of sugar, poppy seeds, peppermint, and a bunch of different oils. You can simply make your own scrub at home with olive oil, sugar, and honey.

This exfoliant is not all that great in my opinion. The sugar granules are WAY too small and too few to do a decent job at exfoliating my lips. Also, the formula seems to make my lips dry out faster than usual when I use it. I am not a huge fan.

I bought this lip exfoliant when I couldn't find the Sally Hershberger exfoliant I usually use. Well, I will be searching even harder for Sally next time--this purchase was not worth it. The exfoliant is actually edible, not that you would want to eat it, but it does taste good. Sugary and minty. However, it does not get rid of the flakes on my lips at all. After I use it, my lips dry out super fast and feel dehydrated like never before. Don't waste your money.

This is a great product. EMULSION is a sugar-based, peppermint-infused lip exfoliant is packed with vitamins and soothing conditioners to smooth and soften lips. Poppy seeds and sugar granules gently exfoliate while cocoa and shea butter, grape seed extract and jojoba deeply nourish. Definately helps gets rid of chapped lip skin.
Ingredients include: castor oil, sucrose, soybean oil, beeswax, theobroma cacao seed butter, dimethicone, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, shea butter fruit, jojoba esters, poppy seed, mango seed butter, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, peppermint oil, sesame seed oil, avocado butter, spent grain wax, argania spinosa kernel oil, shea butter extract, tetradibutyl pentaerithrityl hydroxyhydocinnamate, phenoxyethanol, propylparaben
Retails for $18 for .75 oz. A little goes a long way. Doesnt taste bad either if you accidently lick your lips.

My lips often get chapped or dry out - not terribly chapped - a good chapstick usually helps - but sometimes lipsticks look a little funny on me if the color clings to the chapped parts - so when this lip exfoliant came in a smashbox set I was pretty excited to try it. Overall it works pretty well and it has a nice minty taste. There are two ways to use it - you can either just rub it on and then tissue it off - or you can rub it on and leave it on for awhile for added moisture. I believe if you buy it outside of a set it costs around $19 cdn and the tube is quite large for how little you use when you use it so i'd imagine that it will last for awhile. It's not HG status so I doubt I would buy it again, but I do like the idea of a moisturizing lip exfoliant.
