Hand down the best mascara I have ever tried. It is volumizing it is lengthening and it isn't very clumpy at all! I have not found a better mascara, i like to sweep one coat of telescopic after 2 coats of this and my lashes look so long and nice that they even look fake, however i have somewhat long lashes to begin with, not many mascaras have done my lashes justice. Love this duo, no need to pay 25+ for a high end mascara! This combo can not be beat! The price can be a little cheaper in canada, luckily i go to the states a few times a year and scoop a couple up!

I adore this mascara. It doesn't make lashes clumpy or crispy. It doesnt flake and it holds a curl. It's easy to layer up even when its already dried.
It's quite a wet formula (which I love) and it has a real bistle brush which is great.
Its easy to use on bottom lashes and its quick to remove. The packaging looks expensive which I like, I'm a total sucker for packaging!
I would definately repurchase this. Really can't understand why the reviews aren't better than they are!

I think this is a okay mascara.
I wouldn't use for daily basis or party, i think i would have it in my schoolbag for touch up's.
It clumps very easy and makes your lashes thick.
I'm not very excited for the brush, i find it too big for my eyes.
It doesn't really do anything good for my lashes.

It's ok, nothing mindblowing, but I am a pretty tough critic in the mascara department. If I were to find it on sales or clearance, I might buy it just to have as a back up mascara in my travel makeup bag.

Satisfactory - Overall the only words I have for this mascara, it does clump 3% (more or less) of the time but overall I love how it joins my eyelashes and makes them look thicker while opening up my eyes. My eyelashes look done with mascara but in a natural way.

I love this mascara. I originally got it when it was on a promotional sale in the drugstore, although I usually get L'Oreal Voluminous mascara.
It lasts quite a while in the tube, it doesn't get clumpy. It's easy to apply. It separates and thickens and darkens and lengthens -- I really find it does everything good mascara should.
When I've worn it, people have marveled at my "long eyelashes" and even asked if they're fake. My eyelashes are really nothing special until I put mascara on, but it does seem this one is especially dramatic :D
Now I wonder if I should stick with this or go back to the classic, trusty L'Oreal Voluminous...

I really like this mascara. The bad reviews kind of scared me but I had already bought it so I tried it. I have naturally long lashes and it did a nice shop at added volume and length. Its a nice deep black and I like the formula they use because its kind of wet. The only thing is after a few coats it can get clumpy..but I would for sure repurchase!

I'm shocked by all the bad reviews on this product. I like it. It's not my favorite but i like it. The packaging is cool. The brush is a bit weird but i got used to it. The formula is not bad, kinda flakes but that's about it. I don't know if it gives me extra volume but it does give good volume. I may repurchase.

it made my lashes clump and flake.

I have pretty long, thin eyelashes and this is the best drugstore mascara i have found. After trying all of the other volumising ones around, this is the one i have stuck to. I'm on my fourth tube now, going out to buy a new one tomorrow. This mascara volumises my lashes immensely after a few coats and lengthens a bit at the same time, the colour is very very black and it gives my eyes a pop. The tube is shiny, sleek and professional looking making it attractive to have in your make-up bag. The only thing i would say is that it takes a while to dry and having such long eyelashes i usually end up getting mascara on my upper lids. Overall, i would definatly recommend this product to anyone looking for very black, volume.

The packaging is nice, it looks professional and sleek. The mascara and brush however are a disappointment. The mascara is clumpy and dry, you have to apply quickly, the brush doesn't apply evenly. I had to use my mascara brush from L'Oréal Panoramic Curl (too bad they discontinued this great mascara and brush!) and still the results were not amazing. Will not repurchase.

would NOT recommend this mascara because:
1) very difficult to apply due to it's huge brush
2) makes my lashes feel brittle and stiff
3) clumps very easily
4) flakes easily
5) not very water proof
1) very dramatic lashes

Along with L'Oreal Voluminous, this is the only mascara I ever buy. HG material here. Great length and volume. I like the wand, I find it separates well. One coat gives a really good base, then normally I go over my lashes with voluminous for a little more oomph. I have very long lashes, so I really notice the difference.
For girls who need to apply more mascara I can see how doing several layers may result in clumpiness and smudging. If there is too much on it takes longer to dry. I'll wait a few minutes in between before doing a second coat. Any layers beyond the first I never apply from the base up. This is sure to lead to clumping!
For successful mascara application and beautiful lashes remember: patience, let dry longer between coats (esp with this stuff!!), don't apply several starting at the base of your lashes - tips only, and keep a gentle hand!

The only thing i like about this mascara is how black it is. The product is quite thick and you have to spend a bit of time wiping the wand on the bottle. The bristles don't separate the lashes. It seems like the product never dries and lashes end up clumping together which means they don't stand out in photos. I think the product might be almost too heavy and drags lashes down.

well i really like this mascara. i have really big eyes so the big brush isn't a problem for me. it doesn't smudge or clump and it is really build-able. i never would have bought it if i had read the reviews, so i'm glad i hadn't! it gives me volume and length and it's really "comfortable".
EDIT: ok i have decided this is really a HG. you can jsut layer it forever and it looks amazing. lasts forever and lashes are soft too.

I like this mascara, it makes my lashes full and nice, it doesn't lenghtens that much, but it does give a nice effect. I bought it to use it as my everyday mascara to go to work.
What I don't like about it is that I feel like it slowly disappears throughout the day, and it flakes a little bit.
It has a nice big and full wand, and doesn't clump on me if I put it on in fine layers.

This is the only mascara I ever use. As someone with long eyelashes to begin with, this mascara is perfect for adding a nice little length to them, making them lush and full. I've picked up a few other varieties but always go back to this little beauty. It clumps slightly, but if you pinch your lashes with your fingers, the clumps go away and leave some extra length behind. Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY THIS MASCARA !!!
i saw this in a local drug store(i live in Hong kong) and it was on sales, so i thought i should give it a try for the word "collagene". but it was so disappointing.
The design of its extreme large brush...i just don't get it. It makes the application so difficult that i can hardly put on the mascara. Besides, it does nothing on lengthening or adding volume. It clumps and smudges and fades even mine one was waterproof. And the most i hate was, i dont know how to describe, but after i put on the mascara, it looks dry and flake, it stays unevenly on my lash.
This mascara was a total disaster. if i could, i would rate a zero for this!

This is ok... I wouldn't purchase again but i AM going to use it up just because, you know, I paid for it! :P
The huge brush is very hard to be nimble with and it seems that the little bristles extend so long that every time i use it I get little black dots on my lids that always ruin my eye shadow >:( Minus one lippie for that!!
For this to be useable, i found that wiping some excess off really helps with the fact that the brush picks up way too much and that adds to the clumping factor. Another minus! I should be able to have my mascara wand all ready for me when I take him out of the tube...LOL.
But, hence all my bad mouthing this mascara, after all my wiping off, my lashes DO happen to look lengthened and more voluminous then they do with say, ELF mascara. (Sorry elf!)
Well, to wrap it all up, this mascara is just another drugstore product...not terrible, nor wonderful.

Ummm...no thanks. My bad for purchasing without reading any reviews (what was I thinking?) The first clue that this wasn't going to work was the brush itself. Its very construct looks terrible and clumpy. User beware: if you're going to risk using this mascara, use a tissue or something to wipe off the excess. That's the only way i could get this mascara to do anything useful. Removal was a pain and its not a waterproof formula. I always give l'oreal mascaras a try and usually I am disappointed. Won't be repurchasing this one for sure.
