I'm tan with yellow undertones & this is the perfect nude on me. Its hard to find a brown nude that doesn't have pink in it or peach. This specific shade is just pure brown. It is not dark on me at all but i guess if you are pale it will be. The formula though is what i kind of don't like. It is very creamy and it doesn't last long. Not that i would want it to be matte and drying but i just wish it was formulated to last longer and not glide around so much. Regardless i love this color. I tried finding my perfect nude in mac but i found it in this lipstick instead. Love! And great price too.

This is one of my favorite nude lipsticks. Let me show you why..

For reference, I am NC20 in MAC, with a bit of a pale pinkish undertone to my lips.

It has a creamy consistency. Semi matte, non sheer, no shimmer. I like this product since you don't need to use a lot to build up the color you want. It tends to crease on my lips when applied generously, so I use my ring finger or a lip brush to apply it. I can't use this alone, because for an NC20 like me, I look paler with it like I'm ill, so I have to use a gloss on top of it, not a clear gloss because it wouldn't help but a peachy to bronzy gloss so as not to look pale. It blends with any look I have especially if I'm doing dark bronzy shadows or dark colors to my eyes. It blends perfectly with the any peachy to bronzy gloss I use. The only problem I have with this product is that the product is so soft that it melts and when I apply it barely from the tube it breaks on the point between the product and the tube that holds it. So I just pack it on my lips instead of creating one sweep so as to keep it from breaking off wasting the product and making the packaging messy. It is a cheap product and would love to repurchase. It doesn't last long but I didn't expect to have a better staying power basing from the price. I still love it because its so pigmented and saves you a lot of money from high end products.

This looks similar to Circe in the tube at first, but Honey is just a bit warmer. So if you tried Circe and thought it looked a little too gray or cool, this may be a much better alternative.

It's a warm fleshy beige nude. Not too orange, but still warm enough to not make me look like I have no lips. For reference I am NC20-25 yellow undertones, Asian.

I was thinking about getting the MAC Viva Glam Gaga 2 lipstick but saw on a blog swatch that this was a pretty close dupe, so I opted for the Nyx Honey instead. The formula is creamy with good pigmentation, similar to Circe's finish. No shimmer or frost. No weird smell. I like that its buildable to a completely opaque look. Lasting power is as long as any other regular drugstore lipstick in my opinion. It does tend to accentuate any flakiness so I always exfoliate and apply balm before application. Very inexpensive; $.99 to around $5 depending where you buy.

If you're on the hunt for a good nude lipstick, this one is worth a shot. Nice quality and super cheap.

This product was disappointing because I had really high hopes. The colour was far too dark for me, almost looked like a gold rather than a nude. I don't completely hate it because the consistency was lovely but I just didn't like the colour. I loved the packaging and thought it was really high quality. I paid about $5AU for it which was really good, but i'll be passing this one along.

The color by itself is too close to my actual skin tone so it washes me out. But if I pair it with a nude pink lipliner, it looks great! It is very creamy upon application and dries nicely!

Horrible colour. I swatched it on my hand and knew it wouldn't work. The swatches on websites are a little misleading. I thought it would be more peachier, but it looks like I applied concealer on my lips. Gross. Passing this on.

Horrible. Ugh this color is just so pasty looking...I don't know how to describe it...it reminds me of a white based M.A.C. Viva Glam GaGa II lipstick. I really would have liked it better if it had some sort of depth to it..its so flat. Not only is the color a bit dull, but I can't even apply anything over it because the formula is so creamy it just slides right off. I absolutely hate hate hate this formula.

I absolutely adore this shade! I went to 'Sephora' and by fluke ended up buying 4 different shades of this brand. They were all dirt cheap-about 2.50 a piece. Each one is amazing but THIS is the color--NUDE shade I have been looking for and trying to create. Just one coat smoothed across your lips will do the trick, don't go overboard with this or it will look like you used a concealer on your mouth!

Overall, I am in loooooove with all of NYX shades--they are all exactly what I have been searching for and perfect for my olive/golden skin tone. ;]

I love this beige neutral color matte lipstick. I wish drugstore lines would make more beige lipsticks like this one. Honey works great on me while Rhea was awful! NYX lipsticks are so moist and creamy that it doesn't last on my lips by itself. The formula breaks down and gone from my lips very quickly. It's moist like a lipgloss. I usually use a dry cream concealer as a base, fill in lips with a lipliner, and put Honey lipstick on top. That is the only way I can make this last a few hours. On its own...It doesn't work for me. The color is the saving grace! One of my favorite and best neutral color wise. I wish it had a dry consistancy. It would work so much better. UPDATE: I must just face it...NYX makes great colors and great pricing, but the staying power is awful with this lipstick. And that goes for all their lip products I have in my collection. They never last on me.

Oh god, this turned WHITE on my lips and made them flakey as hell after a half an hour of wear. I was SO embarassed to have taken pictures with this on, it made me look like a nightmare. Threw it in the trash right after I got home.

It is a nude colour. The texture is very creamy which is a good quality for such a cheap lipstick. the colour is very pigmented. I think it could be both a lip concealor and a lipstick together.

I have a lot of nude lipsticks and this is one of my top 3. I like the fact that it's not completely nude (like Creme de Nude by MAC) but it has a bit of beige-y tint into it (but not overly beige like Rimmel's Nude Delight). I love the texture (very creamy and opaque) but I wish it could be more long wearing.

Gorgeous colour. This is the perfect beige, nude for me. It's very pigmented and does a really good job of covering my naturally pink lips. The only problem with it is it's a little drying. It looks lovely with Urban Decay's pocket rocket gloss in Kirk though.

This is one of NYX's most wearable shades, very creamy, nicely pigmented and a very nice nude shade. Looks really good on tan-dark skin. Would definitely buy again!

I have quite pale skin with pink undertones and have been looking for a great nude lipstick for a while. Honey is PERFECT! Well, for me anyway haha.
It looks like an intimidating dead beige in the tube but it was just nude enough to cancel out my naturally pink lips.

This is the best nude shade I have encountered thus far and I've tried many and even gone to MAC to try all the nude shades such as Myth and Creme d' Nude. There are no peach or pink undertones so it is a concealer-type nude shade but that's what I was looking for as I have very pigmented lips and wanted a more neutral look. However, I'm now obsessed with pink-nude lips. The best application I've found is to dab it on until you're happy with the color. If you apply too much it could end up sliding around. The lasting power isn't that great but it's so cheap that it doesn't matter much.

I actually think the packaging is very nice. The tube is pretty minimalist and sophisticated looking - I just wish that little line "Lip smacking fun colors" wasn't on it.

packaging is cute but it really is so light and on the first day, the lipstick wiggle and smear the whole tube. which is kinda stupid. However, like other nyx round lipstick, it is very moisturising. i have yellow undertone (strong) so it suits my skin just nice! :)

for those of you with medium skin and strong yellow undertone i definitely recommend this. sadly, it is not really dirt cheap in singapore. still, it's considered very cheap.

if u r on the nude quest, getting this would not hurt your pocket. trust me :D

Another strikeout for me searching for a nude lipstick by NYX. Not that it's a bad product- like the rest of the round lipstick line, this goes on smooth and creamy, depositing a good amount of color with little effort. However, this is another very brown/beige tinted nude. My NC20 skin really needs a little pink in a nude l/s so I don't look like the walking dead- this doesn't have a stitch of pink or peach at all. This is a VERY similar color to NYX's Circe, but with a bit more of a golden undertone. Great for a girl with different coloring, but not me.
