This is my favorite yellow neon color! It is the perfect highlighter neon yellow. It wasn't streaky with 3 coats. You can layer it over white for fewer coats and still get a very neon color. It is a fantastic value. Color Club makes the best neons!

this should be applied over white. without a white base, i did 4 (!!!) coats of the color and still had polish lines and my nail tips visible. not the desired effect with a neon yellow! same issue i had with ChG "Celtic Sun" which lead to a scathing review. this gets a better rating because it dried much more quickly.
now.. application aside, the color itself,...
two coats over opaque white (i used China Glaze White on White): it's totally tasteless, unapologetically bright and offensive. perfect!!!!! this color is not meant to flatter your skin tone, it is meant to be loud. over white it is retina searing. love.it.
