I own over 150 bottles of nail polish and still have nothing else like this color. It's a gorgeous, dusty, lilac-toned periwinkle that looks really flattering on pale skin. Really nice for spring in particular. The formula is somewhat thin, leaving the first coat a bit patchy. Since I applied this in thin coats, it took 3 for opacity, otherwise you might be able to do it in 2. Despite that, I love the formula - it levels nicely and is the best possible look for a creme polish, drying to a glossy, smooth finish even without the aid of a top coat. I'd definitely get it again.

I bought this pretty much on a whim, and I definitely don't regret it at all. I love the color, I love the texture. But it didn't have the best longevity. It lasted 4 days with no major chips, when for me, a good, awesome nail polish lasts 7. (There are a good many China Glazes that can do that - just not this one.) It's just so classic and, in my decent experience with nail polish shopping, (since the late 90's - I still own neon frosts...) rather unique. Expect to need at minimum two coats, three in some places.

This is, hands down, my favourite blue nail polish.

First, the colour is gorgeous. I'm very pale with cool undertones to my skin, and this is one of the few shades of blue polish that don't make me look dead. Instead, it's one of those happy, fresh blues that are gorgeous in spring and summer.

Second, I love the formula. After two coats, it's shiny and not at all patchy. It dries quickly and last longer than average. Although China Glaze in general has pretty good formulas- I prefer it to O.P.I and Essie almost every time- this is exceptional, even when compared with other polishes of the same brand.

Finally, this stuff is cheap. It can be bought at beauty supply stores for around $6.00 Canadian (might be less expensive for Americans), or at a wholesale cosmetics store for $4.00. The bottle lasts a long time, and I consider it an excellent investment.

Great product! It wasn't too expensive and the color was just right, it was also very shiny. I used 2 coats and 3 on some nails, but since it dried fast i didn't mind it! Though it didn't look too good on my medium/short fingers, but that's just my problem. I'll probably update later with the wear time.

Beautiful color but too sheer for me. Even after 3 coats, I could still see a few bald spots. Disappointing...I barely have the patience for 2 coats...

Meh...I thought I wanted periwinkle, but I think I was looking for a lighter, greyer blue. This is definitely periwinkle-one of my favorite Crayola colors-lol, but it doesn't do any justice to my NC45 (yellow undertone) tone.

I really love this colour... and the name! It's a very pretty dusky blue with lilac tones. It is a little thin to apply and takes 2-3 coats to be opaque which is why I took off a lippie. But the great colour is worth it. This is a really feminine blue, and I think it would look nice on all skin tones. If you are looking for a girlie colour but are over pinks, I would highly recommend Secret Peri-Wink-le.

The opacity of Secret Peri-Wink-Le starts off sheer on the 1st coat, but it builds up to an opaque finish by the 3rd coat. The formula is slightly runny but drying time is good. Personally, I feel that this is a gorgeous colour and would work on a variety of skin tones.

I gave it a 4 out of 5 only because I think that the formula could be improved so that it would be opaque in 1-2 coats, and I was also a bit put off by the fact that the bottle's logo rubs off pretty easily.

Despite these (minor) annoyances, Secret Peri-Wink-Le is a favourite of mine, and one that I turn to when I'm not sure which colour to put on. It's a classy, understated, and unique colour that is bound to look good on your nails.

I find this color very addictive, especially for my toes, they just look perfect on my toes even though I have a nc25 skin. A real must have, it's a happy color! Application good, dry time fantastic!

This color is just a pretty on as it is in the bottle. Great formula, levels nicely and only took two coats for perfect opacity. Looks great alone or with glittery topcoats.

I don't know how to explain this color, it's just periwinkle, dusty, and blue.

I just bought it yesterday and very surprised that this is not opaque. reminds me of the tickle my france-y formula.
I don't know if it really does not opaque, or from the supplier add some thinner in it.
Considering this is just an old series.

I expect this will be a very opaque color coz it's belong to creamy color.
And it won't be enough to swatch once, twice is minimum.
Anyone please give me a reply....Thank you.

My co-workers are always looking at my nails to see what color or combination of colors I'm doing today, and when they saw this color, they were asking me what it was called, where I got it. That's the norm for pretty colors. What got me was that even my customers were asking about it. It's a very stand-out color that will turn heads to those who are on the lookout for pretty shades.

I use two coats applied gently. (AKA not dragging the tip of the brush through the applied polish.) Came up beautifully. Applied a small white flower to an accent finger, and viola: Instant commentary on my nails all week.

Best six bucks I ever spent on a polish.

One of my favourite blues! It is a nice and creamy formula, that seems more opaque then other CG polishes. It does chip after a few days which I find with most Essie and CG polishes to be an issue even with a top coat. But the colour is worth it to me! It's a flattering shade on anyone I think, I am quite pale NW15 and this is a more mature blue if that makes sense. Some brighter pigmented blues stand out too much against my light skin but this one is just perfect! My other favourite blue is CG For Audrey but I'm sure you've all heard of that one ;)

This was my very first ChG polish...totally hooked on the brand now. (Formerly just an OPI snob...haha). Great periwinkle color. Highly recommended!

Like others have said, this is a perfect Periwinkle colour. In different lights you change your mind thinking its blue, then its purple. I really do love the colour and I think it goes nice with my skin tone. The formula went on really smooth however, I did take off one lippy. This is because after the second coat, there were still bald spots on most of my nails so I needed to do a third coat. For some people this is not an issue but for me, I feel like if I'm doing more than two coats, the polish is getting a bit too thick on my nail. Other than that, I highly recommend this polish.
